Fast, friendly, expert service! I have used this location multiple times and today the service was no different. Vehicle was seen right away and the issue quickly resolved. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I can rest easy that I won t be taken advantage of and that my vehicle is in good hands!

Clean & Friendly! I got my tires here months ago and they made it such an easy process! Also had an issue that Matthews in Vestal couldn't fix, so the manager Jon helped me without an appointment and fixed it so quickly! I will only come here- best staff and quality around!

I have visited this shop repeatedly for oil changes and tires. I have never had a bad experience. The staff here are consistently friendly and knowledgeable. They are very reasonably priced. I have a BMW and if I go to the dealership, the oil change is $200. Here it is $77 and they understand my vehicle just as well as the dealership. I am in and out in a timely fashion and making an appointment has always been easy. They have ample availability. I am happy to have found Mavis and look forward to continuing to bring all my vehicles there.

Jon and his team always take great care to answer all of my questions & lay things out for me in ways I can understand. They have my trust and confidence as they always get the job done right. I ve been going here for almost 2 years and I wouldn t think of going any place else. The shop is always clean, and everybody has always treated me with kindness and respect. Definitely recommend coming here for basically all of your car needs, Jon will take good care of your vehicle!

This is one of the few shops in the area I trust fully with my car.The manager, Jon, is a constant support for not only my vehicle but my entire family. It s a trust and security to know they re is someone and a shop that you can trust.Would go here time after time.

Stopped in at Mavis today to get my tire repaired. The service was friendly and was in and out quickly. Only place I take my car because Eric and John are trustworthy. That is very rare to find!

Hooked up 4 tires and did an alignment, great service. Also pulled in there one time as vehicle started making insane sound after a turn down the street. They threw it up on lift very quickly and I walked over to taco bell expecting bad news, got back with tacos and it was just loose panel that turned into wheel well, they bent it back into place and had it waiting in parking spot with a quick explanation as to the cause a quick smile and no charge. Good garage in high traffic spot, not typical but much enjoyed all around.

I have to give them 5 stars they were very fast and helpful with my service. Jordan was very on top of it and very professional with my service can't thank him enough for getting me in and out in good time and just the service they offered. I moved from Ohio to Upstate New York 3 years ago. This is the only shop that I patronize now. The job always gets done with no issue. Probably the most understanding staff I ve encountered in a service shop as well. I ve gotten just about every service I ve needed in the last 3 years here.

Came in on a Monday morning, bummed that my week started with car service. I walked in, and Eric immediately helped me out. In and out within 20 minutes. So grateful that the kind people here recognized the time crunch I was on as a BU student and fixed my car so well and timely!

I have a Tesla and I swear John and his team are the only ones know to work on Tesla in the region. They also provide amazing customer service. This is the only tire shop I would use going forward.

Got out of work to a flat tire. Filled it and drove to Mavis to have it checked. They found a little leak, repaired it quickly and sent me on my way no charge! Very appreciative of their fast reliable service!! Thanks Guys!!

Jordan was my mechanic and he did a great job fixing my leaks and would suggest him to anyone. He got right to business and ensured the job was done correctly and double checked his work before giving me the keys. Very good attention to detail and a great professional. Look for Jordan.

Eric and everyone working tonight were absolutely amazing! He helped me with my tire that ive been having trouble with. i went to put air in and he offered to look at it for me a few minutes before closing and ive never been somewhere more time efficient- in and out. everyone was so friendly!!!
