I have worked with Eric a few times now, he is WONDERFUL. So helpful, and when I needed new tires for my tractor he was able to not only get a great price but find them quickly. He is so friendly and incredibly helpful. I love coming to him for help.

I purchased a snowblower for my Kubota BX1880 tractor from Marshall Machinery. Everyone from Sean who sold me the snowblower to Dawn and Nia who helped me with paperwork and answered all my questions. It was a very pleasurable experience and they made me feel like I ve known them forever! I recommend them to everyone and tell them what a great team they all were and I won t go anywhere else!

Kind friendly staff greets you when you come through the door. They have the knowledge to answer your questions and reassure you that you came to the right place. I had a very easy and enjoyable experience with my purchase, from picking the right unit for me, and my wife getting to recieve individual training and instruction. To top it off, they delivered my unit a day earlier than expected. Thank you for all your efforts from sales, financing, service & delivery.@update@ i found out the financing options had changed, 2 weeks after my purchase & was 84 months 0%, it started 4 days after my purchase. I would have waited & bought implements if the sales mentioned it. Poor customer service in this regard, could've just said wait till next week, instead I get "didn't know". It was your own company & didn't know??? BS...Still a great machine & service is good.

Watch what day you go there and the mood of management cause they will up price your parts if they don't wanna deal with you or don't like you, being a former employee there I take my new company's business there being we have a fleet of kubota and much to my surprise they charge me more then a normal customer do yourself a favor and go to admar or messicks where they know how to treat there customers the same watch your prices change at marshalls

After I failed at Kubota financing after buying and paying for two Kubota tractors they were rude and offered no other options. Ah when times are good. Let's visit them when times ain't so good.

I've used Goodrich for years (with no issues), and had my first experience with Marshall. They were quick to diagnose my tractor's issue, explained things thoroughly, and came in under time/budget to fix my tractor. Very satisfied.

They are amazing!! Its nice to go to a shop and have original OEM parts for your small engine needs. Eric is fabulous in the parts dept. Highly recommended for those who are in need of Ariens, Gravely, Wright, Scag and Kubota parts.

Initial service experience was good. Yesterday, I called regarding a flat tire on my Kubota. They can no longer be bothered to replace a tire.

Bought a used tractor that was supposed to be good to go heard a noise in test drive they stated it was nothing. they parked it in my building and it was leaking, I ran it one time the mower broke in 30 seconds, they took it back repaired it taking 2/3 weeks got it back put less than an hour on it and now the transmission is broken. Buyer beware spent too much time dealing with them again will not purchase from again buyer beware

I will never go to that place again a complete waste of time. But definitely go to bob cat they won't deny you for getting a machine and they have better equipment
