I have luckily become a client of the Diane Meeker State Farm Agency after my previous Agent retired. Every one of her Staff from Receptionist ,Agents and right up to Diane herself have given myself the Very Best in Customer Service. Any questions that I have or research it takes to fill my requests is done in a timely fashion and I get a call back as soon as possible with an attitude of How can I help you Debbie . From a clean beautiful office to an amazing staff, this is exactly what I was looking for in a car insurance. Prior to State Farm, I never had an agent but since becoming part of the State Farm family Diane Meeker's office has made me question why haven't I been here from the start. Through their actions alone they show that they genuinely do care and are empathetic. I was dealing with a battery issue in my car and had to have it towed, to which they helped me utilize my Road Side Service quickly and flawlessly, there were no loopholes or rings to jump through throughout the entire process. Ironically enough, that same day I was experiencing those car issues I was also supposed to do a Coverage Review, but they showcased empathy in understanding that it may not have been the best/most convenient thing for me at the time and scheduled it for the next day without any hesitation. Overall, I see myself being with State Farm for years to come and I have already told/will continue to tell my friends and family what car insurance they should be with. I thank Diane Meeker's Office entire staff for always being professional and willing to work on our behalf! 5/5!!

Love the ALWAYS professional friendly helpful service from everyone here, especially Heather whom has spent many hours helping me understand life insurance policies with the best options for me and my children. She/they always explain in great detail any questions/concerns I have ever had. The staff at Diane's office is always very friendly and helpful. It is such a relief to have quality insurance coverage and a responsive team when dealing with a home or auto incident. I am a lifetime State Farm customer because they always provide amazing service. Because of an auto accident earlier this year, I have also discovered that they pay for better repairs (OEM versus after-market parts, etc.) than many other companies. It is also a great idea to do a periodic review of coverages with Diane's office. I was fortunate to have done one prior to my accident and didn't have to worry about whether my coverage, especially for my medical bills, would be adequate.

I've been a client for over 18 years and the service there has always been OUTSTANDING! Specifically, Heather is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and even remembers me when I call after it's been years! I cannot say enough about how helpful Heather has been and it's always such a pleasure to call them, where in most cases, it would not be a call you'd like to make. She makes everything so simple and easy, I couldn't ask for better service and treatment!

All of the employees at this location have been AMAZING. I've been going here for almost 10 years now. I'm dreading having to move as we can't take Heather and Ashley with us! Ashley takes my questions and payments when needed while Heather is our actual agent here. Theyve always been sweet, friendly and professional. Never knew insurance companies could be so nice before them. Shoutout to Melissa too, I don't speak to her alot but she's nice as well. Just an all around amazing location filled with nice people working for State Farm.

I have been with this office for many years. I would not change ! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain everything to you. They will meet with you every year and review your policies with you and explain all of your coverages and to make sure they are adequate now. I really like this personal service and I take advantage of it.

Great place for insurance. They call every 1.5-2 years to go over all plans and look for deductions. 10 years with nationwide and never received a call. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice.
