Twice, I've been given the wrong part from this store. On 1st occasion, they gave me the wrong oil filter which was just slightly oversized. The threading was the same but the gasket ring didn't make the right contact and began leaking. The second occasion, they sold me the wrong transmission gasket and trans filter. Pretty friendly people there, but unfortunately doing the bare minimum.

Dale at Napa was ever so helpful helping me put on my wiper blades that had a special adapter that no one could figureout except for him and the crew at Napa I give them 5 stars for their effort and persistency

This is the only place I will go to purchase auto parts. They actually care about giving you the right part and getting as fast as possible. Pooh is a top notch dude.

Had to make paint run because cans were spitting out pieces of paint, got there at 3:30 sharp and store was closed. They are open to 4pm supposedly.

They sold me the antifreeze but won't help me put it in. I overheated about 3 miles away and had to be towed. I live in the south, here we help people!
