Fantastic experience! Worked with Kevin online to place an order for a very hard-to-find 2024 Ford Maverick, and was kept updated throughout the scheduling, production, and delivery process. We're from out of state, so we flew into Buffalo, and Kevin picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership. Worked with Dave on all the finance/contract stuff, and got to meet Mike, the owner. Everyone treated us like family, and we couldn't be happier with our new truck!

Extremely substandard customer service. Never used to be this way when Ed ran the business. Shame on you Mike Conroy. You give Ford and your establishment a Bad name!!

Great dealership no trying to pull any cons or bait and switch with me the price was the price that we agreed to. Friendly bunch of people working there I also met the owner very nice guy. I'd highly recommend them for your future Ford.

Great family-owned dealership with personal touch. Never pushy or high pressure. In a rural location it's easy to get service when your located in the Java Arcade area.

Outstanding service and vehicle purchases in our family for over 3 generations, going on 4. I remember getting the FORD TIMES from them, enjoyed them very much. Visited Conroy Motors on our Mustang cruise to Letchworth State Park. Owner was very friendly, and it was a great opportunity to visit a historical Ford Dealer still in business in a small little town.

Small town dealership that makes you feel like family. They actually take the time to care about each of the customers. Something you don t see or usually get at the larger, volume dealerships. Bigger isn t always better.

Ford contacted me about a factory recall on airbags and stated that I could go to ANY ford dealer to have the issue resolved. I was turned down by two local dealers, Douglas ford in Nunda and Kelly motors in Perry. I called Conroy on a Friday and my car was repaired on Tuesday. Great customer service from a true hometown dealership. I would not hesitate to give these people my future business.

Dennis, Derek, Joanne and Bob are always so helpful. Always a great experience at Conroy. They performed a minor repair as soon as I arrived and got me back on the road quickly.
