Amber , Kim , Keith and their crew are very professional and honest so far . I move here in Upstate 4 years ago form Long Island and since then I have been taking my cars back to LI. Not anymore , so far its been great experience with these guys. Quick and cost effective . They are always respectful, have given me ride home and pick me up when my car is ready. You can bring your own parts ( but there will not be any guarantees from them if you use your own part) . I have been there with my faimly and they are very friendly and nice withkids . Overall very good experience .

Awesome service, they fixed my exhaust in about an hour and my car sounds better than it did when I bought it. This is the least that I have spent on car repairs for a similar issue since i got my car, and they re super friendly too. Bonus points for the donut gave me. I m recommending my friends go there for their car repairs as well.

This is the place to go for competent and honest car care. I have found them to be honest and fair and pleasant to interact with. I've also found them to be flexible in getting my car in as well as very helpful when I was trying to save some money on an expensive repair by buying some parts,myself. It's nice to find a place run with integrity!

I always take my vehicle to Kim and the boys. The shop has that Mom and Pop type feel that you don't get at bigger chain shops. They always go the extra mile to get you back on the road and at a great price.

Always incredible and well done service. I've been to 7-8 different mechanics in my 9 years of Syracuse driving, and they do the best work for the best prices I've encounterred. Could not recommend any higher.

I would give a rated but you can't give a negative..my parents were recommended to tri country for their diesel Tri-County came over told her back to their garage Church to my parents $900 just to charge battery and check some glow plugs and then when they gave the vehicle back they didn't return the battery that were given to them originally on top of that they don't even work on diesels anymore and didn't even say anything before taking the vehicle or agreeing to come down to take the vehicle

It won't cost you an arm and leg to get service at this location.
