2016 Mazda CX-5. 136,000 miles of Western New York mud dirt salt snow sleet ice hot and cold weather. Ziebart of Jamestown NY did ceramic paint coating and undercoating rust protection when I first got this vehicle. Annual inspection included and this is the result today January 2024 when I picked it up. Still looks like the day I purchased. Awesome.

Next Level Customer Service.I write this, because I have noticed many companies have /are taking their customers for granted. Feeling as if the customer owes them their loyalty just for being. In today's world, that is so far from the truth. You need to work and continue to nurture and take care of your customers. ZIEBART does exactly that, they go to the Next Level! You are not taken for granted. You feel as if you are their only customer. They communicate very well and most importantly, they stand behind their product!Job Well Done!!

So I got my car detailed today and everything looked great until I started driving down the road. I picked my car up before they closed and everything looked great. The tires and the whole inside and out looked great almost like a new car. But as I was driving down the road and the sun hit the windshield I noticed that it didn't even look touched. I know this because a couple days before I ran my finger on the window to see how dirty it was, and it was dirty af. The mark was still there. I didn't know what to do because they were now closed and noone would answer. Now I'm stuck cleaning it myself when one of the reasons for the detail was for the window. I got tired of the build up of dirt and it reflecting car lights at night. I guess I'll just clean my own car windows from now on. If your looking for your car to get floors and seats and outside moderatly cleaned I would recommend. But other than that I would research options. Customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. Just not impressed with the quality of work since they had my car all day.

Very professional and courteous. I missed my appointment at my own fault and they got me in less than a week later. Can't say enough good about them. This is my 3rd year, second touch up, and zero complaints. Thank you!

So let start from the beginning. I brought my suv and it was DIRTY. So customer service was great. I was greeted at the door. We look over the car together. And we talked problem areas. Great on the front seat cargo area well done! I asked for scratch removal on the back panel pictured. This is barely a surface scratch. I don't understand how the cereal picture below was missed. So the inside roof area picture below. I know we talked about it. So let just say it sticky. There still gunk on it. I feel as though it was just missed. What is up with the water marks all over the windshield?!?! The center console looks amazing. The rest looks absolutely fantastic.***** Update: After receiving a phone from the company. I have taken the car back down to Ziebart. They have fixed the windows and the stain on the roof. The scratch on the back panel is almost gone. Thank you. I appreciate how hard you work to fix your mistake and make it right with me.Service: Auto detailing

They did an amazing job! Wife and I got both our cars full detail. Went here to have a bed cap installed on my truck as it was the closest Leer retailer to me. "Techs" damaged the paint on both sides of my bed while installing the cap and I was immediately met with defensive aggression from the employees when I came in to try to get it fixed. They denied any responsibility and tried to fight to not fix the damage they caused. The only reason I was able to get it fixed was because the person who pulled my truck into the bay did not follow their pick up procedure properly (which consists of taking low quality cell phone pictures.) I did notice they were taking photos of other vehicles from 10+ feet away, where you would never be able to see a scratch on a wet or snowy day so they can also refuse to fix damage they could cause on others' vehicles. Stay away from this place

I had to wait for 2 months for An appointment. I arrived at 10:30 am for my appointment. I am writing this review. As it has been 2 hours and NO ONE HAS TOUCHED MY CAR !! What good is an appointment? Ism going to have to leave because I did not BLOCK out a whole day for a LOUSY 30 MINUTE TOUCH UP. I say go the at your own risk!!!

Been a customer there since 2015 (Full metal rust protection: The work done) things I had to deal with recently, the realization that this location is a quanity>quality, expect fast work looks great at first but touch ups are inevitable, don't be surprised to repeat yourself. Don't be afraid to ask questions (any and all about there services/work done, write it down) Always double check the work being done. Never blindly trust what's being said. Anyone can be a b.ser behind a professional smile.Words of advice:-bring a good flashlight-cardboard/creeper to lay on-it's your vehicle, you have the obligation to care, ...they... not as much as you.

UPDATE - Chad from Ziebart scheduled me for another cleaning, and this time the service was excellent. My mats looked brand new, and Chad made every effort to ensure my car looked excellent and I was satisfied. I have adjusted my rating to reflect this and his genuine concern to make things right.Original post-(It cost $200 to have my car detailed , just the inside. They couldn t even put my mats back in when done, leaving them in the trunk and still dirty. )

The amount of service fee and quality do not line up!!! I paid $161.95 for this !!! Poor me.They tried to clean the carpet. I understand the salt being burned into material a bit. But the carpet cleaning job was poor.Also the leather interior looks and feels about the same as well.The stuff is really great in terms of being friendly. I expected better. But kind of the only place to go around here.

They did an excellent job at undercoating my new vehicle. They also care about there quality of work. Easy going after you look at there work. Did a small spot I wanted done. No issues after. Still a great business.

I stopped into Ziebart regarding detailing on my vehicle. I was greeted by Nick at the front desk and he was nothing but kind and genuine from the start! Nick went over detailing that would help my vehicle the best, with having a couple dogs I had dog hair stuck in my seats and scratch marks all over. When the service was complete my car looked brand new! Nick definitely lead me in the right direction for what was best for my car! Nick, thank you again so much for your kindness and help! I recommend asking for Nick when you stop in for service!Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

Got some mediocre customer service. They seem to say anything on the phone to get you in the door, but then once your there its a different story. I did get undercoated... hopefully they did it right, i havent been under the car yet.

Awesome Awesome place to take your vehicle to have work done if you Love your vehicle & want it to last longer! Great services they offer & very reasonable. I have been there a few times for various things done for my truck & each time it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly & always treat you like your family. If you ever need anything or have any kinds of questions, do not hesitate call them, they will get you the products you will need to make that vehicle of yours stand out, shine & last so much more longer than if it wasn't treated well at Ziebart of Jamestown.. Nick at Ziebart customer service rating is 100%. You can be confident in him to keep you updated every step of the way. My husband Jeff was very satisfied with the undercoating and rust protection. He also installed the Decked drawer system and cap with great detail and care. Dropped off our car late Saturday night, it was ready to be picked up by Tuesday. Maybe Monday, but we got it back quickly.Staff was friendly and ready to answer questions.Easy access to the parking lot, and appreciate being able to go in one side and out the other.

My husband and I recently had a great experience. Everyone was very professional, understanding and did a wonderful job. My vehicle was under coated while his truck had the rhino bed put in. Looks amazing! Chad and everyone there worked with us with our unique situation. You can tell they really care about their customers and going above and beyond what s expected. I can t express enough how happy we are ! We will definitely be a repeat customer for the other amazing products they have there.

I would highly recommend Ziebart of Jamestown. Definitely a five start company without a doubt. I got a remote start as well as heated seats done on my 2010 subaru forester. I received nothing short of excellent customer service from everyone, especially Skylar. He was very knowledgable about everything, and answered all of my questions. The quality of work that was done to my car was the best I have ever received. My car is a standard and putting a remote start in a car like mine is not easy and takes a lot of time. They took the time to do that for me, and I have no issues. I will always go to Ziebart of Jamestown. They know what they are doing and take the time out of their day to help you any way that they can. When you go, ask for Skylar! I would highly recommend!

I recently had a remote starter installed. I thought I had done my research well, only to find out that I was looking at a pricier model for no reason since I had no intention on using the aftermarket remote. The techincian was extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone at this location went above and beyond to answer all of my neverending questions. I would highly recommend!
