Plug did not work on windshield and cracked more so hoping for the best with a new windshield installation. -- Caleb came out and replaced windshield and was very professional and did it in a timely manner and re celebrated due to type of vehicle.

Excellent service, especially from Matthew! I am blown away by how easy and fast everything was. My windshield was fully replaced in under an hour and I didn t have to replace anything. All my registration, inspection and service stickers were put on the new windshield, everything down to replacement EZ Pass strips! I hope I don t need to use their service anytime soon again but I will gladly recommend Safelite of Jamestown to anyone and they ll be my first choice in the event that I need to. Matthew was wonderful, I can t say it enough. Professional, courteous, and very willing to go the extra mile for his customers!

Safe lite did a great job on replacing my windshield , the staff there was top notch , I only had 1 1/2 hours to spare before I had to be back to work , thought I would have to reschedule but they said they would get it done and they did . Last year they replaced my windshield and their service was fast. Unfortunately their equipment cracked my dashboard in the process. I notified them of the damage when I replied a few months later when I received a survey about their service and stated what happened. The next week I received a phone message stating they would like to speak with me and correct the damages. I called back the same day and left them a message. They never called me back. I recently had the car inspected for it's condition and value, and discovered the cracked dashboard devalued the vehicle by $69.

Excellent service. Had a shattered windshield replaced at their shop, they not only got the windshield and trim looking like new they also vacuumed and cleaned the interior. Highly recommend.

My car window was broken over the weekend safelite was very fast at responding and got my window and car cleaned up in a timely manner they kept in contact with me about what was going on (my switch broke) they are going to replace that as soon as I get the part in all the part stores were out locally they called them for me just very satisfied with everyone there especially Amanda and Caleb

Scheduled time was in between 12-2. It's now 3:30 and still nothing. Im being told that the customer service representative can't get ahold of the local store. Definitely won't be using Safelite again.
