The professionals are working here indeed!!!My appointment was at 0700 in the morning today. I was basically in and out :))) I m sending my kindest regards to lady, who work there as a security officer and to Mr. Eric, who unloaded me super fast.Cheers! ATB

Everybody talking about how nice the security guard was, that was not my experience at all. Maybe she is having a bad day? It seems like they expect you to know exactly what to do and where to go even tho you never been there.

They do not help with reconfiguration of shifted freight, or assistance in repackaging/repalletizing services. Called and spoke with Bill who said they only work for Cummins, and do not service the public.

Last week I stayed at the wonderful Chautauqua Harbor Hotel while visiting my parents. First time I ve seen them since the pandemic quarantine. Every morning I would run to Starbucks, enjoy a latte, and run back. I ran on Jackson both ways. I have never experienced the level of kindness and respect while sharing the road with others as I did with the truck drivers who were coming and going from Regal Services and Cummings. I passed many trucks going in and out and up and down Jackson. Every single driver was extremely careful while passing me. I felt safe and cared about. Nice experience. Thank you drivers .

The woman of the guard shack had very pleasant demeanor and I was given super simple instructions and I was out of there in about 30 minutes.

Ok place. Appointment strict so make sure you have one made before you show up. Fast unloading if you show up on time. No overnight parking so don t show up thinking you gonna sleep here kwik fill 4 miles down the road. Good luck and keep on trucking

This place don't even deserve one star it is the most piss poor unload I have ever experienced 2 hours after my appointment time and still waiting they used to be better than this I will no longer haul loads here

Always fast . Check in at guard shack , back into a door , bring keys at paperwork to office door on east side of building opposite the guard shack . Sign in and usually about 30-40 minutes later you're done . They have a restroom as well for drivers .

Even though there is some parking spots in front by guard shack and clearly many spaces available they will not let you stay not even 5 hrs which is when my appointment is due at 7am its 2am now. Ridiculous!

Guard is over the top rude. When unloading a brake chamber blew apart, and no sooner get off the dock and look at it and he was demanding I leave. Right now! With or without brakes, no concern for anyone's safety, just leave the property

appt was 0700 but arrived 0400 and was given a gate number fast ,slow to unload but oh well

Waited over an hour to get unloaded.Then the receiving guys go on lunch, still not unloaded. I ain't waiting anymore, you want your stuff, call back and ask for it now !!!
