Stop in and talk to the "old guy", Bob. He can help you out. While much of the DIY market has gone online, NAPA still has reasonable prices, inventory and service.

Pretty unreliable when it comes to getting parts. Called multiple times been told the can't get it. Save yourself some time and just order online!

I ordered online a couple times over the past few weeks, and every time my order has been ready for pickup less than 30 minutes later. The employees are friendly, helpful, and able to make good suggestions.

Nope! Not only do they have nothing in stock , prices are way too high, customer service is a joke. Nothing but rude and condescending people.Walked in every employee WAS NOT wearing a mask. Why would I trust someone with vehicle safety information when they can't do the simplest things too keep other's safe.Never will we shop here.3 time walking in and walking out.Not worth the wast of fuel.

Excellent service and selection of parts. This guy "Jeff" don't remember his last name but he was so helpful. He helped me pick out my windshield wipers. Highly recommend for everyone to go here for their car parts. They have the little pine tree scented things too. Just freaking amazing.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Brenda and the crew are great. I recommend them for all your car and truck needs. If they don't have it in the store they can have it later the same day. They go the extra mile to help you out.

Tried to return within the time period. Wouldn't let me at first and then said I can once I told them I will never go to them again. Charged me 20% so didn't get my full return. They were NOT nice and NOT accommodating. Plus, the prices were way too high.

All I can say is don't forget or lose your Receipt. They will not return a item that you bought one day ago from the same guy your trying to do the return with. Even with napa written all over the item.
