This is the best experience ever with an auto service center - John and Aaron were amazing and took great care of 2 vehicles of mine in a weeks time. I m referring all my friends here!! Convenient , smart and so hard working!! The Cadillac is coming in on Sunday. Where else can one get great auto service on a weekend?

Went in for inspection. Needed back breaks. Took a while for parts, but not Monroe's fault! Staff was very friendly, informed me of all steps along the way. They stayed open late to finish my vehicle because I had no ride home and no other form of transportation. Also, could have taken advantage of me and charged full price but told me I had a lifetime warranty on something and saved me money! I have been going there for years and will continue to do so. Have recommended family and they each had a great experience also!

super welcoming and friendly. i was way over my oil change and i called and they got me right in. only took an hour and he even checked why my check engine light was on and he fixed the problem right then. will continue business there and recommend others.

The last time I came in last winter the guy there was pretty rude and said my car was loud and annoying.Other than that I've had a great experience here.They don't charge much at all to do welds and they do have a tig welder so stainless steel isn't a problem.They haven't always done the best work but then again they always fixed it for for free. They have both some very rude and very nice people there. Thier also very cheap.Other than that one unpleasant experience, they've never done me wrong.

I scheduled an appointment to have my rear brakes replaced. After two hours the work hadn't begun, and i was presented with a two-thousand dollar list of repairs that were needed. Jason Green is deceptive in his representation of business at Monroe, and i do not recommend anyone do business there. He will talk you into repairs you don't need. He is the reason auto mechanics have a bad reputation

The part was delivered later than promised by the third party. It was not the fault of Monro. Other than that I could not have asked for a better experience. I was stranded 600 miles from home due to needing a new catalytic converter. The repair was perfect, the price was acceptable, and the staff was amazing! Thank you Jason in Jamestown NY!!

We were traveling from Chicago for a funeral in Apalachin, NY when my low tire indicator came on. We filled up with air and it still was leaking. We stopped at one location and they said they could not take us as it was almost closing time. We drove to Monro and they said they could help us. in 30 minutes they found and fixed the problem (a bone from a deer from a roadkill we had run over). We are SO grateful... They were so nice and they only charged us $20!!! Very honest, very nice, and VERY reasonable. Thank you so much!

Had them do a oil change. Charged $43.00. I was surprised how much the cost of a oil change. Had to wait 30 minutes after appointment time to get the car in. They were very busy being Memorial weekendOnce in did not seem to 5ake long. Will return and encourage other to go to Monro.

My day was jammed with appointments and obligations when I realized my car was three weeks out of inspection. I had 6-7 businesses to choose from to perform the inspection, and had heard from other people that Monro on Fairmount was good. I called them up in the morning asking for the first available time, not expecting to even get in that day. They said they had a noon appointment that same day. Needless to say I took it with jubilation! Once there, they got my car in right away and were done in record time, and it was not expensive! AND the guys there are SUPER nice and helpful. Thank you Eric and Jason for superb customer and car care. I will definitely be telling my friends to go to Monro Muffler on Fairmount Ave in Jamestown, NY! :) :) :)

Excellent service every time I ve gone there. Jason, Nathan and Matt are very friendly. Theses are the 3 main ones I ve dealt with. They re very honest about what I ve needed and never told me I needed something that wasn t true. They all have a sense of humor which is a plus in my book and I ve never had to take my car back for a shoddy repair on it. I ve had that happen to me at other places including the dealer. I ll continue to bring my car here as needed. You ll never find this kind of service elsewhere.

Wow, never had better auto service - ever!. We had a breakdown with our Mercedes Sprinter. Jason Green, the shop manager, opened the shop early, ordered the necessary repair parts and serviced our vehicle, in an incredibly professional and though manner.Repair work was excellent, the service beyond excellent, allowing us to get back on the road in short order.... all at a very reasonable cost.

Our vehicles have been serviced by this Monro Center for a long time. We continue to go to this Monro because their customer service is great. They seem to have very good mechanics and Jason goes over the top to treat his customers right. Additionally, their prices are very good.Great job, guys...thank you!

Will absolutely use their services again. Everyone on staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. The DM, Eric, happened to be there that day and was especially helpful in my situation.One recommendation I have is to ask for the printed bill before paying. The original amount given to me did not have the online discount of buy 3 get 1 free for the tires I chose. Once I pulled it up online Eric honored the discount without hesitation. I was given the revised total and paid. After payment I was given itemized billing receipts and my keys. Later that night looking at the bill I saw I was charged for the premium installation instead of standard - which is what I'd selected when booking and is on my appointment estimate- a $10 difference/tire, not a huge deal, but something I would have seen had I been given a itemized bill before paying. After looking at the service, it is a good upgrade that I'm going to keep. Having tires rotated twice, it pays for itself. BUT, I would have rather had it explained and given the option to upgrade rather than find after I left and feel somewhat duped. I'm sure it was likely an error, but again, had I asked to see all charges before payment I would be feeling better about the transaction.

This is Tyler s girlfriend Kim but both of us are extremely happy with this garage! Every time I call no matter what the problem they get me right in! They do incredible work and the prices are very reasonable! Would recommend to everyone! Also friendly staff! Great place!

Absolutely honest and great service. I had my 1994 Mustang GT serviced on a Sunday. He had to get the part Monday and made my car a top priority. The car runs great and was amazing on my ride home to Cleveland. Jason was fair and honest and kept the cost reasonable. A must use
