I had every light on my dashboard going off. I drove to the dealership immediately so they could address the issue. They identified the problem and the next day, upon request, I was given a comparable brand new loaner vehicle with no questions asked and I had this vehicle until the work on my telluride was done. Just picked up My car and it s driving as it should with no issues! LUV Kia also surprised me with an excellent detail and my car looks show room clean! Customer service was very accommodating, and the staff was friendly and kind throughout this stressful process. Thank you to all the service staff.

While driving from out of town to Ithaca, my 2015 Kia Rio had some serious issues in Jamestown; thankfully, I last stalled-out at a gas station .8 miles from Kia of Jamestown. After I carefully made my way there, a service center rep, a wonderfully helpful lady, and a nice mechanic, both worked so quickly to help me feel safe, and get my car up to run diagnostics. While they could not fix the full issue, they were able to tell me important info to pass on to my mechanic at home, and to stabilized the car enough for me to make it home (it s likely an electronics issue that would have taken much longer to fix than I, an out of tower, had time to wait for). Ultimately, I had to have my husband drive 2 1/2 to come get me and follow me back home in case my car decided to get feisty again; I was invited to wait in their service center lobby, given refreshments, and was made very comfortable by their kindness, and care. I thank all there for helping me during a very stressful time when I felt otherwise, very helpless.

Everyone is amazing. I am Velma by the way, but for some reason my phones under Craig husband lol it started with Rod, who is amazing and quick witted showing me a couple of vehicles that I explained to them exactly what I wanted and believe it or not he pegged it right from the first vehicle, but I did drive the second one for comparison, but I just felt at home in the first one and then Ashlin my sales person was totally amazing. I can t say enough about this place and then it came to Bill. Oh Bill just kidding Bill Bill is amazing. He works with you with the finance department and he gets you the best deal ever I have never had such a great experience in my life getting a vehicle I would highly recommend this place

My husband and I were traveling from Charlotte NC to Fredonia NY to view the eclipse on Monday April 8, 2024. We had experienced our car making a very weird scraping noise from the drivers side front end and were anxious about it because we had a 10 hour trip back home later that day. At 9 am my husband called AAA and they were unable to help us as we were "still mobile"... they did give us a few phone numbers for area shops, of which, none were able to see us... Then I told my husband to call KIA... He found Luv Kia of Jamestown and immediately called them. Matt in the Service Dept answered the phone and listened to our concerns and told us he would "fit us in"... We drove directly there and Matt personally took the car for a "test drive" to try to get the car to make the noise... of course it would not... He then said it was probably a rock that just got caught up in there and had just worked itself loose. He saw the apprehension on my face and immediately asked me what he could do to make me feel better and offered to put our 2011 Soul on a lift and to take the tire off just to make sure it was ok. I immediately accepted that offer and he was off to make it happen.... Less than 10 minutes later he came back out and said "thank goodness" they had taken the tire off because the brakes were COMPLETELY gone and he knew we had a lot of mountains between us and home at that point... He said they could get the brakes done AND have us back on the road in time to get to our viewing of the Eclipse with family that were waiting for us to arrive.... While they were fixing our car Matt helped us get directions to the DesiLu Museum that was approximately a mile away and we took a small side trip (walked) for a WONDERFUL walk down memory lane as my childhood was FILLED with watching Lucille Ball reruns.... I was SO HAPPY... our car was ready within minutes of us arriving back at the agreed upon 2 hour mark and we made it to the eclipse... I am SO GRATEFUL to Luv Kia and their WONDERFUL customer service and for Matt... He is a definite asset to this company and should be commended for his service.... I spoke with the general manager at the location and he was so happy to hear that we were so satisfied... I tried explaining to him how it wasn't just "satisfaction" this location and its employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND the expectation of "normal" customer service and exemplify what we know Kia to be!!!! We WILL be back.... thank you SO much!!!! Oh and the car drove PERFECTLY the rest of the way home and we arrived safely thanks to our Kia family.... Bought my car through Luv Kia this summer. Garrett was great to work with and has been even months later when I have questions about warranty and getting set up for oil change! Has done more for me then any other dealership I've dealt with. This Kia should last me a good while but when I'm ready for my next Kia it will def be through Luv!

Had an issue with my girlfriend s Kia K5GT the technicians at this dealership were amazing with their customer service they handled the issue with very a professional service making it a priority in and they also the Courtesy wash was beyond courtesy satisfaction

We have been to many car dealerships over the past few weeks looking for the right car for our summer road trip. This dealership was, hands down, the most pleasant experience we had. The salesman was extremely friendly, but in a genuine way, not a fake friendliness. We also spoke directly with the GM who was also extremely friendly and helpful. They were upfront and honest in every aspect of our experience. We highly recommend this dealership and their wonderful staff for your vehicle needs, and when the time comes for a new vehicle, we will check their inventory first.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Seltos EX. Just by luck, they received the exact car I was looking for that someone had ordered and backed out on. Within two days I had my new Seltos! Fast service and awesome employees.

I brought my car for a detail and my expectations weren t met originally. I spoke to the general manager about this and he had me bring the car back to fix my complaints. I received my car back and the results exceeded my expectations and looks and smells great. Staff was understanding and customer service was very professional to ensure I was completely happy with my detail.

Bill was very helpful throughout the entire process. Garrett helped me learn about the vehicle and was friendly and helped ease my mind about the purchase. Nicole was friendly and did all she could to help me. All 3 stayed late because of me on a Friday night and went above and beyond. For my first car buying experience on my own they made it phenomenal.

Every time I go in there, they are unable to help me. The first time, my sunroof wouldn't close. They looked at it after I paid my $50 diagnostic fee, and they claimed that it just needed to be lubricated. They charged me $90 to get it lubricated, and it still doesn't work. Next, my engine blew up after an oil change. I found out about a recall on the engines 2 years later after spending $4000 to get a new engine put in. They claim my engine isn't one of the ones affected, even though I have been neurotic about maintenance, and the new oil didn't even cycle through the engine because the garage that put the new engine in said it was thick. Now, I have glue coming out of the passenger side seat belt harness. It is clearly a manufacturing defect as there is nothing I could do to to cause this, and the glue inside might possibly be affecting the passenger side airbag. They said that KIA will not cover the cost of the repairs. If I were a dealership, I would have at least waived the $50 diagnostic fee if they truly cared about their customers. This defect could be FATAL if the passenger airbag doesn't deploy in an accident. I asked, "So you guys sold me a defective car, and now I have to pay for it?" He said YES. So they are admitting that Kia vehicles are BAD CARS. I used to love my car, I paid a lot of money for it, and I was a believer in KIA and swore I would always buy one. Now, I can't wait until I can get rid of my KIA and get something else. I will NEVER buy a KIA ever again, and will make sure that everyone I know will not buy one, either. I work for a home builder, so I am going to make sure I tell all of my clients about all of the manufacturing defects in my Sportage, and we build for a countless amount of people in a 100+mile radius. Do NOT buy a KIA, and especially DO NOT buy from Kia of Jamestown. They don't care about their customer's safety.

I am glad to append my original review. Although initially there were a couple issues with service, I am very happy to say that the General Manager, Brian, reached out to me personally. I am confident that under his leadership, this dealership will continue with it's long line of excellence.

Workers were nice and courteous.My only suggestion is if you tell a customer you will call them by the end of the day, you really need to call. I was promised a call 4 times, and each time, I had to call the garage.I ve dealt with this garage a few times, and they will do a good job for you.I do want to mention Dakota and Quincey. Both young men were courteous, polite and professional.I would recommend this garage and dealership. Hopefully, someone will call you at the end of the day,

These people came to me like I m dumb. I was disgusted. Tried to tell me my 2 day old brand new tires were bad and I needed new ones. Literally took my car there to get a new key fob, and they come back after sitting in the waiting area for an hour and say your key fob is bad like??? Why do you think I m here? Then they proceeded to rip off my front license plate that said saint Mary s on it. Literally RIPPED IT OFF. It was just screwed on. Horrible horrible place. Will never return.

Very long wait time while I had an oil change and tire rotation. It always is a long wait, but if the customer service is good I didn t mind it .The problem on this visit I was told when I had purchased my tires there last ,that rotations were free if I purchased the tires there . They did not up hold that on this visit . I had even mentioned it when I called for the appt. I questioned it when I was paying the bill and they did take half off the price of the rotation. That s better than nothing I suppose . The principle of it is what I was told when I purchased the tires wasn t upheld.I ve been going there for many years, bought two Kias through them and this was the first time they didn t up hold it.They also were out of inspection stickers so I had to go elsewhere for my inspection. It wasn t a good visit. I most likely won t go back.I can get my oil changed much faster and buy tires cheaper w/ rotation elsewhere.Not upholding what I was told when I purchased my tires is wrong .

Once again received wonderful service on our 7 year old Kia Soul! It is worth the 1.5 hour drive from our home to receive service here, as we have had some unpleasant experiences at the "closer' dealership. They don't "hound" you to buy a new vehicle (if one could be found!) but have always put our safety as a priority when giving options for upkeep and repairs. Love our Kia!!!

I purchased the car and have had constant problems. Called to have things repaired and was told I d have to pay for the repairs. Had the car less than a year. Had to contact owner to ok repairs. Then had more issues and took it to another garage. A diagnostic check showed 6 air bag deployments and a number of other codes. Took it back to where I purchased the car and they checked for airbag codes and said there were non. Still having issues with it starting.Not happy! Will not buy another car with this company.

I used to like taking my car here for repairs, not anymore. They charge you a hefty fee just to tell you what is wrong. That should have been disclosed when I made the appointment. The person that works the counter has no customer service skills. They tell me that I need ball joints, I just had them replace the same parts just a year ago, they act shocked and quickly say that the parts I bought a year ago are now out of warranty and I should be happy that they lasted as long as they did. I m no mechanic but I m sure those parts should have lasted longer. They over charged me for getting a starter replaced, if I could have trusted the car to start I would have left, but alas I had to take it. Won t be back. I ve bought three cars there, was a loyal customer but that was such a horrible experience and to be treated the way I was treated.... forget it. I m not one for leaving reviews, especially bad ones but this place should be avoided if at all possible. Not reliable or honest anymore.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. I was charged $1300 to replace the exhaust manifold and they never actually did anything. Took it to another garage and the mechanic showed me exactly what should have been done and They didn t touch a thing. Then returned my car with a broken from bumper. These guys are amateurs. And unprofessional.

I spoke with Ron DiNapoli, he was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I purchased a very nice used KIA with a great warranty, and am very happy with the purchase and how easy the financing was. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process. I look forward to bringing my car in for the scheduled maintenance in the future. Thank you Ron for helping me with my purchase.

So far poor, several issues with a new kia. Great at selling, ultea Poor customer service with manufacturers defects. Lots of turn over with staff.. each time we are told that they are sorry and they have new staff ( and are reassured things will be different) ( yeah right) that still doesn't sort out the issues ( lost paperwork on claim). Going on 3rd year with issues that developed within the first 3 months of buying the car. Do yourself a favor.. find a different dealership. Now that this is posted we may get the phone call we have been waiting for... not holding our breath... I will not use kia of j town again..

Bought my last Kia in another city and had an awful experience with them selling me a car with mold in the A/C. Shopping at Kia Jamestown was quick, easy, and the staff were awesome. My Soul is BEAUTIFUL and I couldn't be happier with the service leading up to me driving away. I will definitely be coming back. Ron, you're great!

Bought 4 new all season tires ( Mastercraft ) through Shults KIA for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and had them installed at the garage on Washington Street in Jamestown. Cameron from the service department even went as far as coming out to pick up my car and dropped it back off when the job was completed. Very fast and professional services. Thanks Shults KIA
