I needed to get my headlight "wrapped' because of a car accident that I was in while I was in Jamestown New York. This facility was the only facility that would actually help me out.I would like to thank them for helping me out in this situation. They're wrapping (AKA press and seal) was good enough for me to make it back to Texas where I could actually get the repairs that I needed. Thank you again.

Kaczar Collision does wonderful work. You will have no problems after they do the repair because it will be done right and look like new. You will love the paint job they do so that no one can say oh I see you have had some repairs done to your vehicle. The service is great and they are very nice people to work with.

Great customer service is hard to find at any business, and isn t top of mind when I think of auto repair. Kaczar s is a 10! Candy, Steve and Todd were all friendly, accommodating, expert on what they do, and made me feel taken care of like family! Not to mention the results! They own Line-X Ryan runs the place incompetently does it respond to emails doesn't respond to phone calls or letters took us a month just to get the work up for the products we needed paid approximately $2,000 then we tried to do additional orders couldn't get them on the phone wouldn't respond to emails or letters cancel the order was supposed to send our approximately $2,000 back had to call the owner of kazar he promised it'd be in the mail within two weeks didn't do it 6 weeks later we had to turn it over to a lawyer and do a credit card refund process my advice don't do any business of either one of them there's something terribly wrong at both locations with mismanagement incompetence etc when you spend money you can't even get answers to question about the type of work they're doing clarification they don't answer the phone they don't respond emails and even when they promise to send your money back in 2 weeks 6 weeks later they still don't have to do it you have to hire a lawyer and get a credit card refund process going because they are badly managed incompetent and shouldn't be in business to begin with. If you want a nightmare do business with them I advise you to do business with somebody else anybody else would be better

PHENOMENAL WORK!!! So pleased!!! My vehicle was backed into and smashed in the front pretty severely . They repaired and painted it, within less than a week!! Also only one of my headlights was replaced, but they took it upon themselves to clean the older one, so it matched and was clean! I would HIGHLY recommend them. My wife was in a accident in North Carolina. We fought with the insurance company for 3 hours to get the car shipped to Kaczars. I have used Kaczars in the past and I am always very satisfied with the work they do! My brother has been dealing with Steve for over 30 years. I've had Steve do work for me. The best. Period. He takes his time so the job is done right. There isn't another body collision shop worth going to in the area.

I had 2 cars that needed repair due to an accident.The 1st car, which is an Infiniti, was taken to another local body shop recommended by State Farm. That body shop did such a horrible job and was so difficult to work with that I decided to look into trying another shop, which is when I came across Kaczars. Kaczars was able to handle all insurance issues related to work already done and they made it so easy. When I got my car back, I felt like I just got it off the lot. It was absolutely perfect!Just my luck... not too long after taking in my 1st car in, my 2nd car, BMW, was hit by a deer. Knowing the fantastic work Kaczars does, there was no question that my 2nd car was going there. Once again, Kaczars did an outstanding job and I am absolutely thrilled with the work.I would absolutely recommend this company for any type of body work... insurance related or just updates/upgrades. They are the best at what they do!Ps - I mention the make of my cars to point out that Kaczars is well rounded and can work on domestic and foreign models of cars.

They walked me through what to do after my accident. They kept in contact with me throughout the process. They also knew I didn't have a car while they were working on mine and worked hard to get it done for me. I cannot recommend a better shop.

Made everything so easy for me. They dealt with my insurance company for me, booked my rental, all I had to do was drop my car off. They were faster than I was expecting and my car looks new again
