So far, Mike, manager and Tyler, State Farm estimator have been great. Explain everything. Biweekly phone updates regarding back ordered parts, etc. Shop is clean as are techs. Once my vehicle is repaired and home I will update my review. These photos are pre repair, of course.

Workmanship on replaced parts was very well done. Top quality work. Attention to detail, however, was lacking. Tire has a slow leak as a result of accident and this issue was addressed more than once with the office. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong. When I picked up the car had less than 5 psi in the tire. Second issue with the car was that it DID NOT START when I turned the key and they had to give me a jump to get rolling. Was repeated issues with the repair duration. Took over a month after parts had arrived due to an employee apparently quitting who was working on my car. Fortunately for me this repair was free as the accident was not my fault and was covered by insurance. Overall had I paid the over 6000 dollar repair bill I would have been seriously displeased with the sub par results.

I took my vehicle here to have repairs made and painting done from 3 separate accidents. I am so impressed and happy with the results. The people there are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They called and gave updates as to the phases that my vehicle was in and explained everything that was being done. I totally recommend them.

I understand how businesses work, and that vehicles can take some time. My car was fixed and looks very good, but the wait time was outrageous and they were not very good about giving updates. I was very clear on how I didn't have a rental or anyway around and still had to wait a month even after being told I was priority.. Do better Gerber

Took a month and a half for the vehicle to get fixed I had to call to get weekly updates and was being informed on someone else s vehicle .Picked it up and it overheated , they replaced the radiator and never filled it with coolant ,Installed a junk headlight and never replaced the pinstripe they tore off of door , supposedly replaced a washer pump that wasn t damaged and now that doesn t work . Was told to bring it back to have these issues corrected . WasTold they would call me when the headlight came in that was a month ago and haven t heard from them .Don t waste your time with them !!I would have been better off getting junk yard parts and having some back yard mechanic fix it

Overall great experience. I appreciate the information shared involving vehicle repairs and the honesty of my estimate. There are many things involving our vehicle insurance that we have to pay our hard earned $ for every year, that we are not able to claim. But with the very knowledgeable personal at Carubba, They were able to explain all of it to me where my own insurance company seemed to not have a clue.

Jessica was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question I asked, and I felt extremely confident in her ability to work on my car. She went above and beyond to assist me, and my car was even completed 3 days earlier than expected. The complimentary car detail was such a nice bonus as well. Because of Jessica, I will recommend Gerber Collision to everyone in need of those services!

They order the wrong stuff, tell you it will be done Friday, every Friday, for 4 weeks. It takes them, what takes the Ford dealer 20 minutes, an entire month to mount and balance 2 tires. And even with all that time, I still do not have my car! Merry Xmas!

The staff greeted me immediately and were very helpful. I was informed of every detail of the procedure they were going to perform . My car was repaired perfectly. It was detailed perfectly and on schedule. I am VERY impressed! Great experience... If you have to have your car repaired.

Little fender bender.....Molly was very knowledgeable. The estimate was very close to the adjuster's. They got me a rental and finished my car early. I was texted the progress of my car---loved it. Nice people, great job on fixing my car, and I am a very pleased customer.

I had my completed back in the beginning of 2017 due to impact with a pole. The work was great and done in a timely fashion.My husband had to have work done due to impact from 2 deer. We are still waiting on a back ordered part (but it s very minor cosmetic issue), otherwise he is quite happy with the work done and timely fashion it was completed in. Mike, helped us understand the insurance and pricing for each job over the last almost 2 years. Jessica has kept us well informed on what is going on with my husbands car and what was being completed that day! I would highly recommend Carubbas of Jamestown to anyone! Thank you Carubbas for all the awesome work and service!

My husband and I hit a deer while in the area on our honeymoon. Needless to say this put a bit of a damper on our getaway. Gerber is definitely not the type of business that takes advantage of stranded out of towners. They fixed our car within minutes just enough that we could use it the rest of our trip without having the car stuck in the shop all week. Ryan was so helpful and efficient. Amy at the front desk was really compassionate and kind. This business turned our frowns upside down :)

Chose that location because my Progressive insurance recommended it, insurance adjuster made very nice job! Although my SUV was totaled they made transaction nice and smoothly done! Would definitely recommend this location! 5 stars!

If your taking your vehicle to them because your insurance suggested them, you have the right to go elsewhere. Very rude unprofessional customer service and poor quality of work. Vehicle was not put back together properly and is now falling apart. This was an insurance claim. Maybe they should start a detailing business because that was the only positive thing about that whole experience. Or maybe they billed insurance for that too.

Terrible place to bring your vehicle. They try everything they can to hide things and cover things up. They left fresh welds untreated with no primer or paint. Honed out holes to make my taillight fit properly because they didn't weld the panel in the correct spot or test fit before welding. My bed was totally misaligned, paint burnt and blistard where they decided to torch a bolt but not fix the burnt paint they caused around it.. scratched paint and tried to return brush touched.. the list goes on and on...

It took them over a month to get parts for my car and then when everything was in it has been well over a week and my car is still not finished. I never did let them do the work....I was told 3 days and once they had the truck I could see it would be gone for a week. I took it back before anything was done and went to Kaczar where I dropped the truck last night.

My husband Nick got into an accident last year and we used Carruba. I cannot rave enough about the customer service provided by Molly at Carruba. It's such an unfortunate experience getting into a car accident but she really took her time with us and explained every step of the process. Highly recommend Carruba, make sure you ask for Molly!!
