I have to say our experience with Dennis Sealy at Ed Schultz Ford in Jamestown NY was five star. Dennis was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Let us test drive a couple cars and explained all the tech on each car. Nick was wonderful he set up our phones and showed us how to use the screen in the new car. He was extremely helpful. Christian their finance guy was patient and very kind. The whole experience was top notch. We really appreciated it. I will definitely pass on our experience to our friends and family.

I had a dash cam installed . The quality of the install was very good , staff were easy to deal with and the technician even took me back to the vehicle to make sure he placed the two cameras where I wanted .The woman at the service counter was particularly helpful . I did have to bargain with Service counter staff about the cost of the cameras purchased via Ford . Their original asking price was about THREE TIMES higher than the exact same camera available at Best Buy or Amazon . The manager was willing to lower to about two times what Best Buy sells it for . I know dealers usually have more expensive parts , but the mark up on dash cam systems seems excessive . That s a Ford issue , not a dealer specific issue .

I walked in totally cold, without an appointment, looking for a new Ford Fusion.I was warmly welcomed by Dennis Sealy, whose lunch I apparently had interrupted.No problem. Except he informed me that Ford doesn't make Fusions anymore. Dang! Great car!But he patiently took the time to introduce me to several alternatives. One of which caught my eye.When Dennis told me what the APR was, I was hooked.Usually it would take a dealer a few days to get the car prepped, paperwork done. Nuh-uh. Dennis packaged the whole deal in one sitting, and I drove home with my new wheels in time for dinner.I've spent longer shopping for food at Tops.Dennis escorted me around the shop, where I got to meet the friendly professionals in the sales, parts and service department. It is one of the cleanest service departments I've ever seen.If you're looking for a car, you need to give this place a shot.I'm glad I did.

Bought my first car with Creig Mendenhall. Great guy. I'd heard all the horror stories about buying cars and expected the process to be painful. He completely changed my expectations within five minutes of meeting him. He gets a five star in my book all day. He'll be the first I go to for my next car too.

Purchased a 2020 ford escort pre-owned with 16000 miles on it. Correy the salesman was fantastic. Allowed me the several months it takes me to look around at other dealers, no pressure. He'd call me 1-2 times a month with updates (per my request when we 1st met). Great price! I got such a good deal that I could afford 48 months 75,000-mile warranty extension plus 5 years of Shults Advantage. Correction 4-18-23, it's an "escape " that we bought. Not an escort. Sorry.

Ed Shults has been a family type buying experience with every need met, every question answered and the best service I have ever experienced. The Ed Shults staff has longevity that is seldom seen nowadays. They treated me like family, and I really appreciate that. I will continue to use, and recommend them :) I trust them!

We have brought our Fords to Shults for years for routine maintenance etc. but this was the first time we used their detailing service. It was excellent, way better than any other local company who supposedly focus on detailing. Highly recommend.

Very nice service advisor and fast service technician's. They had my escape done as soon as they could. Even washed it for me after the service was completed. Definitely will go back there for service and refer a friend and family.

Utilize the shuttle service and it was efficient. The driver was very pleasant and the vehicle was clean. The service on my vehicle was performed with a few phone calls for my approval. It was also covered under warranty, which was ver nice!

I've been buying vehicles for 42 years now and I would have to say that this has probably been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Kyle Oudinot was excellent to work with, I live out of state and an hour away and it was because of him that I bought from Ed Shults Ford Lincoln. From the Salesperson, Sales Manager and Finance Manager it was a great experience and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from those guys at Ed Shults Ford Lincoln in Jamestown NY.

My daughter's 2009 Ford Fusion had recall for airbag. I was able to easily schedule the appointment once the parts were ordered. They gave my husband a ride to work after he dropped car off. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He was able to pick it back up the same day.

After a few parts delays from their supplier, They communicated on a regular basis. Not a big deal since I m retired, Always pleasant and did a great job taking care of a recall issue on my Lincoln.

After 3 hours waiting for my 2019 f150 to have a computer glitch fixed that most f150 owners are dealing with. Charged for the fix to only drive a mile up the road having the issues come up again. I turned around and went back to the dealership and was told that they would need to do something more intensive to fix the issue. The dealership acted like this was the first vehicle to come in with this issue that has been going on for 4 months with f150 s. Others in the service waiting area were complaining about the same issue with their f150 s that day. I made another appointment and went home.I spent 2 hours researching the issue to finally find a fix that was simple that the dealership should have been aware of and Ford should be fixing at its expense. The problem is gone now. I called the dealership asking for a refund since they didn t fix it. The service manager said he would call me back. 4 days later I m still waiting for that call back.

Traded in a great truck for a ram 5500. Had loss of power leaking axle seal and I found out it had 2 major recalls. I needed truck for my company and needless to say I lost over 10 grand trading it in. Couldn t get ahold of anyone! And when I did they acted like it s no big deal! I will never go back or even look at a car with the name Shultz. Stay away as much as possible!!! Go to Emerling ford or Towne or even west Herr! They actually take care of the issues before they sell a car! Horrible place

Absolutely was amazed by my experience with the Jamestown Shults dealership team, they were professional, friendly, easy to talk to and answered all questions and concerns. We were only there looking at vehicles (we did the same @ Mastel the night before) but after talking with them we ended up driving out with our new addition a few hours later! 5 stars guys! Highly recommend Shults Ford Representative Dennis Seely for your next Ford vehicle purchase. Dennis had special ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick last summer when Ford began production of these amazing compact trucks. In our first phone conversation, Dennis described this truck and we immediately scheduled an appointment to discuss further. The truck had just completed production and was about to be shipped to Jamestown, NY. A few weeks later, just as he promised, Dennis contacted me as soon as the car hauler arrived at the dealership. Dennis and Shults Ford made the entire buying experience enjoyable, informative, and treated me right! Purchased at MSRP. Thank you Dennis! Amazing truck!

Update: the dealership reached out to me after I made this post. They asked that I contact them by phone or email. I did both and I have never heard from them again. Another example of why I made this post to warn others.I brought my diesel pickup in to check on service from a previous dealership. The service advisor was very polite. The waiting area was very comfortable and thoughtfully laid out for customers. I was disappointed in the overall service as it appears that the mechanic who worked on my truck, was unfamiliar with servicing a diesel. He overfilled my coolant reservoir by more than a quart of fluid. The black seal at the bottom of the photo is where the maximum cold fill should be. I was lucky that it would not damage my truck. This is the third Ford dealership in two years that I have taken my truck to for oil change and simple service and each time there has been a problem. This is beginning to look like a pattern for a Ford.

Two and a half weeks (so far) to fix a defect in a brand new truck purchased from them.HORRIBLE customer service. Even the guy who replied to the post didn t return my call. No communication regarding my vehicle's issues.Sad that I had to give even 1 star.This was eventually addressed under the lemon law. They did somewhat redeem their earlier failures.

Good place to buy a 40k lemon just for them to find loopholes to not reimburse you. Then waste another few grand on a lawyer to get it straightened out

The Shults service department did the recall repair on my Lincoln MKC. With one phone call they ordered the part, scheduled the appointment, fixed the problem, with pick up and delivery of my car. Very nice experience.

I was not impressed, had my car for two weeks, I told them my caliper was heating up and then replaced a break line, breaks were spongy when I got the car back and I left it with a half a tank of gas got it back with less than a quarter tank. When I called them they wanted me to bring it back to fix the breaks. I told them I wasn't taking it back to them because I need my car and didn't want to wait another two weeks. Jayson was great at trying to help, I just wasn't impressed with the service department. I DO NOT recommend
