Buying my new car was a great experience. Torrey was very knowledgeable and helpful informing me of the many features and upgrades since my last car purchase. He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed to.All this, and a car for a very fair price. Thank you!

Great experience while buying. However, I think everyone has a great time buying something. Hopefully, if and when something needs fixed/repaired/serviced I feel as valued as I did during the buying process. Jillian was a great person to work with for the sales and the finance department was great to work with. Explained everything easily. Covered each document that I was signing and allowed me to easily understand the offered options available! Heather introduced me to my purchase and explained how each button worked and gave me the run down on the vehicle & technology, she even set up my phone for me!

I d like to give a 5 STAR review and a genuine thanks to Mr. Torrey Johnson an amazing salesman at Shults resale department who was incredibly helpful, friendly with my recent test drive visit. We ended up making a great deal, and then I was transferred to Shults Chevrolet to Karen Jackson for the financing process. Karen Jackson s Karen-like behavior and mannerisms leaves me no choice but to leave a 1 star review as deserved! Well Karen Jackson turns out I do speak English quite well!Once again my sincerest thanks to Torrey Johnson and his amazing craftsmanship!

The guys in the shop were excellent in keeping me up to date and telling me what they found. They were honest with me about what the repairs entailed and even tried helping above and beyond what was asked of them. Overall, an excellent experience with the entire process.

Friendly attentive service managers. Was able to bring the vehicle in for an oil change that day. A week later the parts department found the exact part I needed after some careful research and were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very professional service department.I was (still) having issues with a 24 gmc I had purchased from a different dealer.ED Schultz Chevrolet took some time and ran diagnostic tests that were needed. They requested that I leave the vehicle with them for more testing, but with no loaner vehicle being available was an issue. Mainly because this vehicle is my only vehicle. I would recommend them.

I have purchased dozens of vehicles. Trucks, cars, dump trucks and many different pieces of heavy equipment over 40 years.Our salesman Jeremy Ward was by far THE BEST SALESMAN I have ever had the pleasure of working with.Our finances were excellently handled by Karen Jackson, finance manager, also at the top of her game. We have already told multiple people if they're in the market for a new vehicle, Ed Shults Chevrolet and their excellent staf is well worth the plane ticket. We followed it up with a drive through the beautiful leaves changing mountain views on our way home to Florida.Thank all of you for everything. God bless.

I was extremely pleased with the Schultz team and how nice the dealership was. I never felt pressured to buy and they were very accomodating with the extras I requested. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase and the delivery of the truck. The truck was washed and very presentable for pick up. I highly recommend stopping by to see Terry or Matt.

Services were done on the car about a month ago. The car still wasn t performing correctly so we got a second opinion, to find out everything that was just fixed by Chevy was installed wrong. Dropped the car back off at Chevy for the service manager to look at. It s now been a week with no status update. The service manger is impossible to get ahold of. And refuses to give us a call back. These services have been paid for when we originally got the car out of the shop. Poor poor services. Highly WOULDN T recommend going here to get work done on your vehicle.

Excellent experience. Jeremy Ward to excellent care of us. After the delivery I returned home and realized I left 2 garage door remotes in the vehicle I traded in. He sent them to me via FedEx right away. Thanks!

First time going to Ed Shults. Service was good and my gmc was serviced properly and it didn't cost much. Employee in the service department was polite and professional. Better service and professionalism at Ed Shults than at Spacc GMC where I bought my vehicle.

Service is always easy to schedule and the advisors are friendly and helpful. The only thing I wasn t happy about was your new 3% fee on credit card transactions. Should be a cost of business built in to your price model like most other places. Turns a lot of people off. Otherwise, I am always satisfied with service at Shults.

Fantastic! Not only were they able to squeeze me in for a last minute oil change/tire rotation for a family vacation, they washed my car for me! Have been a customer for years and never had a problem. I definitely recommend!
