Eckman insurance is a great place to have my insurance through. Everyone in thr office are nice easy to talk to. They take the worry our of insurance. The front desk lady always greets me with a smile and is always kind.

Lies to their customers and tells them they shouldn't file a claim because they'll get dropped or their rates could go up when my client tried to file a claim for weather damage on their roof, which isn't true and is illegal. Either she's lying or ignorant either way I wouldn't do business with these people.

I enjoy being a customer at Eckman's Insurance... I was given a great deal on Full Collision on my Chrusler. Michelle Doepp is a great agent and helped me with everything and walked me through the whole process. The staff is also wonderful when it comes to paying my insurance on time... Thank You All.... Saved over $600 a year! They are very good at finding full or basic coverage rates and always available when you call them. You'll be surprised when you call them.
