Wow these guys were great! My husband and I were traveling through the area on our way to KY and blew out one of our tires on the highway. We got the car to these guys and they had a new tire on our car and we were on our way within an hour. Amazing service!

I had a very positive experience with Amanda. She gave me several options for my new tires in a range of prices and when they got the wheels off the mechanic discovered that my brakes were in terrible condition. They took care of that while I waited. Went home safely. Very satisfied. Thank you Dunn Tire.

Bought my tires a few years ago and take my car back for free rotation at regular intervals. Easy to make an appointment and my car is taken in on time. Employees are very nice and helpful.

The gentleman that worked with me was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. My tire needs were taken care of in a timely manner at a lower cost than I was expecting. I highly recommend this business for their products, service, and staff.

I had an issue with the tires that i had previously bought. They wore in 2450 miles and were guaranteed for 50,000 miles . My sales clerk at Dunn tire ( Amanda B ) was so helpful and kept me informed in getting me half of my money back from Continental tiresShe was amazing ! And Andy was helpful too ! I highly recommend buying tires from Dunn tire.

I tried to check out and Every credit card I tried was declined. I took them home in a panic ... Call companies on a Saturday afternoon.... All day ... Nothing was wrong ! I found out from my husband who was out of town at the time... It happened too him and a guy there said their credit card machine didn't read properly. Again.... Why??? This was in necessary ... And the guy working didn't say s word about it to me. Not a happy camper.

All was good , just 1 thing could have given them stars. Wash and put tire shine on my new tires before putting them back on my truck. It would only take a few minutes.

Very good service. Recommend rotating tires to improve wear before normal time to change. Asked them to check brakes and they said all ok. Took approximately time they estimated.

4-wheel alignment for my Infiniti. I was in and out in less than a half hour! The staff was very nice and the mechanic explained to me what they needed to do. I will definitely be back!

The staff was friendly, and accommodating. I know that there was a moderate leak in my rear passenger tire.Not sure if there was an actual hole that was plugged, but there was a piece of plastic debris that caused the issue.I'm assuming there was no plug or patch needed due to the fact that I wasn't even charged for their time. Great experience.

Repeat customer! Priced new truck tires, installed, balanced, new valve stems. They were available in three days and beat Sams club by $162. Great extra for Christmas!

Go to Turney auto, talk to Ryan. I saved about $120 on tires going there instead. Dunn quoted me $800. Turneys $667 brakes at Dunn $400 Turneys $340.

Was charged $92 for an oil change. Wasn t told the pricing before hand so receiving a $92 bill was a bit shocking lol considering I drive a Nissan

Regrettably my experience did not meet my expectations. Lisa was very professional in answering my questions and scheduling my appointment. I give her 5 stars. I had to ask for the Blue paper which was to resolve my concerns as an out of state customer. It did not answer my concerns. The tech nor the manager did not know how to remove the center caps on the BBS wheels and they could not balance the wheels. I was required to do this but initially could not as the wheels were over torqued. I had broke two wrenches and had to return to the shop so that the lugs could be properly torqued and then go back the next day for balancing after I removed the caps . Thus it took three trips over three days to get the job completed! Very disappointed. Never even got an apology.

My right front tire had a nail in it causing the pressure to drop 15 psi per day. I had purchased the tire from Dunn less than a year ago in Erie county and had 60 miles to get home.Stopped by Jamestown Dunn to have it serviced. I was told the tire needed replacement due to where the nail entered the tire.They were willing to put on the spare but did not know the Honda odyssey had one and could not find it. Initially my spouse took the vehicle in, so when she picked me up we had to go back to show the tire shop where the spare was.I was quite surprised they didn t know the vehicle had a spare! All they had to do was to look at the owners manual.Once I showed them where the spare was they kindly mounted it and placed the damaged tire in the back of the vehicle for no charge.

Absolutely a terrible experience. Brought my car in for a NYS Inspection appointment at 10AM, it was not looked at until 11:40. Additionally, another woman I met while waiting, brought her car in at 10AM for general maintenance. Her car was not brought into the garage until 11:30. The customer service is terrible, as I went to the desk to ask if there was an update on my vehicle. I was spoken to like I was bothering them, and like they couldn t care any less about providing a service for me. I do not recommend Dunn Tire for any services.
