These people took great care of me. Enterprise left me stranded without a car after I had a confirmed reservation. Found Drive Rental Car online in Jamestown. Made a quick call and they had a great car in minutes. Easy to work with and they did a great job!

This business does not even feel like a business! They have been phenomenal to work with! Very quick to help, extremely informative. Amazing service! I would give them a trillion stars if I could! I am just amazed at how much easier it is and definitely cheaper to go through them for my rental than enterprise. I highly recommend them for all your rental car needs! Stay tuned because due to their wonderful customer service I will also be going through them to purchase my next vehicle!

My vehicle need massive repairs and wasn't able to be driven until it was repaired. I looked all over and all the other rental car companies wanted 100s every day and needing 3300 in repairs on my vehicle and that I need a rental for a week and a half I was tight on money. I found the add for drive on Google and checked their prices. The price difference was substantial I was able to get a rental for 40 dollars a day. Not only was the price amazing but also the customer service and friendly atmosphere was amazing. I was able to pick it up almost immediately after contacting them but the process was easy and all the paper work was ready before I arrived. It's nice to have a locally owned and operated vehicle rental place near by way better than the franchise locations. I would recommend them for anyone in the area that's looking for a good quality rental at a fair price.

Miranda gave me excellent service when i rented a car over xmas weekend. She went beyond by delivering the car to my house due to poor weather and icy roads the night i planned to pick up the car after work. I rented the subaru forester and the car was in great condition and handled well in bad weather. Miranda and drive rental made it super easy and convenient by letting me pick up and drop off car on off hours when business closed. I highly recommend drive rental and will be a returning customer in future. Thank you miranda for easing the stress of traveling out of town during a major winter storm to see my family for xmas!T.
