Tim Grissom was on point and quick to respond to any message. Excellent and very kind gentleman. So happy with my 2019Jeep Moab.Samantha McAulay was super sweet and kind. Scott from Dave Warren was so helpful! He worked with my schedule to get a test drive in. He showed us all the things the vehicle had to offer. They worked so hard around my time I had and got me in my new vehicle the same day! Samantha was also so helpful and explained all the paperwork so you understand it all. Everyone at Dave Warren was kind and greets you with a warm smile!

Easiest sale of a new truck ever. Have purchased many vehicles from West Herr being from Hamburg and it s always a put your back up situation with them. Between the dealing of a price, finding something in a price range, trade etc. Justin and Samantha were amazing at Dave Warren! We are in love with our 21 Ram and will refer anyone to make the trip out to Jamestown and give them a shot. Already thinking about the second vehicle in the household coming from them as well in the near future

The team did an amazing job! I smashed my jeep and they turned my bad situation into a celebration and a fancy new Durango. The team worked their butts off from Tim showing me every vehicle I wanted with a smile, to Andrew taking care of the details, and Mick working as hard as he could to make this the best situation. I cant forget Sam helping with finances and the friendly atmosphere by all staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!Thank you!!!

We had a great experience buying my Grand Cherokee. First we were buying from out of state. The manager had the salesman meet us at a closer location to save us a drive. He honored all discounts available which our local dealer would not. Made the experience easy and painless. The frosting on the cake. I wanted Jeep logo mats. The awesome salesman Andrew is going to drive them up to me when they come in. I would definitely shop here again.Update Do not buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee !! They are in need of critical updates to the Uconnect! My seat goes forward to the steering wheel every time I get out of the car. The computer reboots whenever it feels like. It crashes when it wants. It flickers between apple car play and uconnect. There are 2 pages typed of issues in the update. The update was supposed to be released February 2023. It is still not available. This is not a cheap car. It should not have all these problems. If I could dump it today I would!

A deal was made and they sent the truck to auction instead of selling it to me!I had put a small deposit on a 2015 Ram 2500 diesel. I was waiting for a payment to clear on my end from an injury case. I was very upfront with them about the entire situation. It took 2 weeks longer than expected for the funds. I kept the salesman informed. I would text him and I would not get a response for days. When I did get an answer, it was 'Ill check and get back to you in a bit. I have a customer." I would not hear back. I sent a text Monday asking again, ready to complete the purchase, and got no response other than the typical. I went in this morning, ready to purchase, and I was informed that they sent it to auction yesterday! I should be madder than I am but it led me to a much better option. I went right down the street to Ed Shults Ford and purchased a 2021 F250 powersteoke diesel! I paid $57,000.00 for the truck. In cash. It was $20k mort than I was going to spend! I would never do business with this dealer and would tell people to go to Frediona and buy out there.

Actually, I was quite impressed by their service.My Limited needed an oil change, tires rotated, and the system checked for updates.They were done in less than an hour, very professional, and most importantly kind.In today's fast paced society, I believe that people have lost touch with what matters most, the simple gesture of just being polite & kind to those around you.Thank you.

Justin was awesome, so was Sami. Appreciated the time you took to explain alot of things....Only drawback was not knowing "out the door price sooner" & how much you gave me for the Eqinox. More than likely it wouldnt have changed my decision ,but nice to know before the deal is completely done...

Very very quick and easy service! All of the salesmen were very professional and fun to work with. Billy Rick in particular went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I chose was detailed and everything was perfect so I can take it home a few short days later. I am beyond happy with the first car buying experience I had. I will be recommending this dealership and using it for many more cars in the future!

Fantastic sales team. I found the car I wanted online and messaged them to see if they still had it. It was late at night so they messaged me the next morning and they still had it so I made the 2.5 HR drive to look at it and I was able to take it home that night. Entire staff in the maintenance department was very polite, explained the work scheduled plus plus the additional repairs needed to pass NYSDOT inspection. Provided a ride home after discussing the additional work that needed to be done. Very pleased with the visit.

Tim was very responsive in getting back to me regarding the availability of a van for COI's Head Start program. We had to cut a check by the grant end date of 9/30 and he was very prompt in getting us the the information we needed to close the sale on this vehicle in a timely manner. I asked them to do a recall on my jeep and check over my jeep because I had a break line leak. I asked them to only do the work if it was still covered under warranty. It wasn't cover . Not only did they do nothing and I sign nothing to be down until they call me first they charged me $ 237.00 and they still didn't even do the recall that was on my jeep. Rip off

Kevin was a great salesperson. We enjoyed working with him. He has gone out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and even offered to help us navigate our new vehicle.
