Done a great job on my truck! As a customer who was a mechanic I'm sure my impatience showed through, but they have equipment that I don't have. In fact if it wasn't for them my truck would still be sitting. Thank you to the Techs at Busti Auto

Have a Ford explorer that had problems with traction control and check engine light for a year and a half. Two garages said they fixed it, but still had the issue. One garage said "no idea, you should junk it". Took it to Busti Auto Parts. Caleb and the crew did a great job with my 2007 Ford Sport Trac. The truck needed a new drive shaft, even though it had been replaced 6 months earlier. They went back through old reciepts and found out the $1000 drive shaft in the truck was still under warranty from Napa in Ohio. They took the time to reach out and got me a new one for free!! What shop takes the time to do that...I'll yell you . BUSTI AUTO!! These guys are organized, friendly and professional! Thank you guys for a job well done!!... Also, I love that they always text you an itemized bill for the work they've done and you can pay online...super easy peasy!!!Service: Transmission repair

I was informed by another shop that my rear wheels couldn't be aligned. These guys set me straight and saved me almost $300 by being honest and not changing out my rear upper control arms to adjustable ones that weren't needed after all.Incredibly polite and easy to work with, also managed to hook me up with a factory radio harness for a newer Focus that the Ford dealerships from Valones in Fredonia to Westherr in Hamburg couldn't even acquire since Ford doesn't manufacturer a replacement for then stock radio.Highly recommended for any Ford needs.

Don't do business with this garage. Their Incompetence cost me a whole new motor. Explore your opinions before rushing out to a place like this. Very dissatisfied.
