Amazing and quick work! My car is currently in great shape after hitting a deer. My bumper, grille, and more internal parts needed completely replaced.I called in December, and they got me in within weeks- and my car back within 2-3 weeks (quicker than anyone else could say).Thanks so much for getting me back on the road in one piece, and also giving me advice on other things that needed some tweaks. People might think my review is a little biased. I have been away from Jamestown for a few years now. I have had the opportunity to see how other business are run. I have had several cars since living in Jamestown and wrecked a few. I wrecked my truck I currently have.I just couldn't bring myself to have anyone else fix it. I drove from FL to Ny just to have my truck fixed at Bush and Sons Collision (down stairs). I found out a lot of places say they are the ones that work on you car but in reality they do some of it then ship it off elsewhere for the skills they can't do. Like painting. I think their work speaks for itself.

After hitting a deer, my insurance company sent me to the "big guys" on Foote Ave for an estimate. Their customer service was not great, and I had no intention of using them. Thankfully, a friend recommended Collision By David!! What a difference! Debbie got me onto their schedule promptly, and even offered to pick me up at Enterprise Car Rental. My car looks great and was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them for caring and professional service!Service: Painting

Dave and Deb Bush are a phenomenal team! They work together to make sure their clients are well taken care of. Dave is an expert at repairing collision damage, and Deb is an expert at helping with insurance claims, car rental, pick up and delivery. I would not consider going anywhere else. Thank you for your terrific services, Dave and Deb!

They were very helpful when my car got hit. They took the time to talk with me several times over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Explained everything that I needed to do to make things easier for what needed to happen.
