Mohammed is a theft and a scammer Mohammed did my Front and back brakes five months ago. Plus a whole bunch of other stuff that came up to $1900 I went in there to get a inspection and oil change and he s telling me that I need brake and other things changed in my truck and it s gonna cost me 1500 I said Mohammed you just change my brakes five months ago oh sorry he said I m a just clean them for you. Why are you trying to do this to hard-working people he s a thief is a scammer And please be careful getting your oil change because he do not put enough oil back into your vehicle. Please be aware of Mohammed. This is my second experience with him is not gonna be a third.

Have a nissan altima my car was giving me so much problems this place they fix my car so good have no more problems they fix my engine oil leak replace my radiator and fix all kind of noice I was hearing under my car so good prices and work done fast I recommend this place to all the people I know thanks wrench auto

Muhammed is very bad person he called to fix his fridge in the store I did the service and he refuse to pay it is shame how people give hime good review while is devil may Allah give cancer or problem in his health or destroy his family I will make prayer ever morning inshalah he get it

I just came here earlier than my appointment and they accepted meand all the staffs were really professional and friendly. actually, the guy at the front was so nice and a smile person when I was there, it was not crowded which means I didnt wait too long.after my car. it was like brand new. It was really worth visiting here again. I highly recommend.

The things I value in a mechanic are honesty transparency and friendly customer service.the team at Gas station are all three rolled into one. They are accommodating very friendly and let me know exactly what's going on with my car. I just moved into the neighborhood and was concerned that I was not going to find a great mechanic. I'm happy I found One.

All of their employees are very respectful and helpful. I previously went to pep boys to inquire about my car and they only aided me helping for what I asked for. Sam the manager was honest where he aided me with what I wanted but also informed me of what I also needed to ensure the best possible health. This company is a good choice you will be taken care and Marco and front desk is very friendly and enthusiastic no matter what time of day!!! They not about money but giving you quality service

Wrench Automotive is the best car repair shop in Queens. The service is impeccable. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of car repair. More importantly the customer service is incredible; the wait area is clean, efficient and the staff provides coffee and tea to your liking. Lastly, the prices are incredible!!! No need to haggle, they beat out all competitions. Just see Sam, he will take care of all your automotive repair needs!!!.

I went for an oil change and not only did they say I had to pay $20 extra than my Groupon said, essentially making my Groupon irrelevant. In addition they said I had to wait 3 days to get it done. Again, for an oil change. I went somewhere else that honored the Groupon and had it done in an hour. DO NO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Highly unprofessionalService: Oil change

Muhammad and Ian are rockstars. They were able to accurately diagnose and fix the many problems with my 2006 Infiniti QX56. Muhammad even went above and beyond by doing 3 hrs of after work research to fully remedy the issues. Now my SUV runs like new and it didn't take long for them to hand me back the keys. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends. Brilliant service. I took my Jaguar XJL, even though its a rare car, wrench automotive were able to provide me a fully comprehensive service. I now use them for all my services and tyre changes. They only use the best quality products and as a consumer I am rest assured that my car is given the best quality service from a professional business. Scam artists. Went for inspection and was told i needed to replace brake rotors and shocks to the tune of $970. The rotors were within spec after i had the tech measure them. And the shock they showed me was sprayed with WD-40. Total scammers I would avoid getting taken for a ride.EDIT: I purchased the parts wrench said were faulty and needed to be replaced that day, and brought them to another mechanic to get repairs and re-inspected. He charged me $10 for the reinspection and said they didn't need to be replaced. This confirms what I said DON"T GO TO WRENCH AUTOMOTIVE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN FOR A RIDE. The new mechanic actually measured the rotors and said they are end of life but probably got a year or two left on them (probably double because iIput on less than 5k miles a year) and the shocks are old and rusty but still work. They pointed out two other problems that Wrench missed but said they too didn't need to get fixed yet. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION and if something seems sketchy walk away.Also you can see in their reply to this comment them trying to gas light me, telling me something different now than they did that day. I very clearly asked do they need to be replaced today, and both the tech and the head mechanic said yes.Service: Brakes

The doesn't deserve any star ,very dishonest, one Mohammed told me remove a heat shield would cost $25.00, when the car get on the lift ,he said, this would cost $60.00.it to less than 10 minutes to remove the 2 screws. I paid and Never got receipt ,and the demanded cash payment.,take your car some other repairs shop,Never Again

Unprofessional. Thought they could be trusted but end up getting ripped off. It s not the first or second time, but I got ripped off the third time because I trusted them with everything they told me. Save your money. Being a college student that doesn t have too much to spare I have never been disappointed coming to this place! Referred by a friend and boy am I glad she did that- Sam beats everyone s prices and is an honest person. I don t know too much about cars as most girls don t however he explains everything in detail and tells me the best solution! Any car issues Wrench Automotive is ur place to go!

This place is a scam. Tell you one thing is causing the problem in your car. You spend money to fix it. Then it comes out what was said was wrong did not fix the problem. Now it's something else. I'm filing a DCA complaint and will request District Attorney to open a criminal investigation on the owners.

I have a Jeep Liberty was trying to pass inspection went to 6 different shops no one able to find out what s going on I was tired then my friend told me to check them out they not just fix the problem they fix my exhaust leak as well and told me to run the car and come back after driving 45 miles I come back they pass my car am so much happy thanks Muhammad for saving me so much money and headache highly recommend any problem go ask for MuhammadServices: Exhaust, Engine repair
