I ve been getting my cars fixed by VJ for as long as I can remember. Quality work for sure and no run arounds from him either. Gives it to you straight and is an honest mechanic.

VJ is the best. I go to his shop because I always leave more than confident that the work has been done correctly. He is reasonably priced and does not push work that is not necessary. Definitely my favorite mechanic shop!

I cannot put in words how extremely impressive this place is! The owner VJ is a true gentleman and an exceptional professional. He really cares! He saved my life once! I went in for an issue and unrelated, he checked my brakes. The brake line was barely hanging on by a thread! Even though I couldn't afford the work. He would not allow me to leave in that condition. He fixed the brakes and allowed me to leave. Never asked me to repay...I later did pay. I don't take my cars anywhere else and I highly recommend this place. If you want an honest deal that won't kill your pockets, call VJ. You will not regret your decision! He calls me King Arthur! Love and respect this man! You will too!

I came in to repair my ABS AND BRAKES for my BMW x5 .After I received my car back I've seen that they loosened my battery connections .PLUS THEY DUMPED OIL ALL OVER THE FLOOR BOTTOM OF THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT. AND THEY ADDED CHEMICALS TO THE BATTERY TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ITS DAMAGED SO I CAN COME BACK TO THEM THESE CROOKS. I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER GO TO THIS MECHANIC SHOP . THEY ARE VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!

It s a matter of great regret when owner of the business showing attitude towards the customers. Behaviour is the most important part of the business to bring your customer back even your service is not good enough. The way he (VJ) behaved with me I didn t want go with any argument and didn t say any single word and got my car back.I don t think is a positive attitude towards customersService: General repairs & maintenance

The owner and staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. I usually call for an appointment. Work is completed in a timely manner and prices are fair.

Called in to explain what error message i m seeing in my car. Vj picked up the call and was rude off the bat. He said I had to bring the car in when I clearly said the car does NOT start/run. He didn t understand my terms when I was explaining to him such a joke. I m glad I didn t take my car here because they totally scam people who don t know about cars.

Came here to do my cars inspection in February. Paid $200 for inspection and filter change. Today I received a ticket for expired inspection. The owner never changed the inspection sticker. Went back to tell him and he made a huge scene saying that the car inspection had failed. He never told us the car inspection had failed. Why would I continue to drive a car with failed or expired inspection? Not once did he ever mention inspection failed nor told us why inspection failed so how can he say it did. It's unbelievable that now I have to pay the ticket and get another inspection done while taking the chance of driving the car and risking another ticket. VJ has so bad attitude, behavior and aggressive and arrogant.I never met any business owner in my whole life, who behave like as he behaved with me.I never reviewed any business. His bad attitude so embarrassed me that I am leaving review.It is better to break own car instead to take his shop and to deal this kind of arrogant person.

Unprofessional, this guy won't know professionalism if it smack him in the face. Also, quite expensive, he trying to sell me parts that I went out and bought myself for half the price...i wouldn't recommend this place.

Took me a while to find a trustworthy autoshop in NY, but these guys are exemplary professionals. I drive all the way to Ozone Park from Astoria just to go to V J's. Would recommend them to anyone in Queens/Brooklyn.

Horrible service, they misdiagnosed a vehicle I brought in. It had so many problems that another reputable shop found! Avoid this place at all costs.
