Have Been using Tractor trailer repair for over 10 years. Owner operated they give you honest reliable job at fair price.shop is always buzzy cause they do good work.trustworthy reliable hard working group of guys

WOW over 33 years in the same location next to JFK Airport & family owned and operated. The shop labor rate is based on per man and sometimes you need more then one man depending on the size of the job or to expedite the job. You can t keep everyone happy but they sure try.

These guys are honest, I had my Frieghtliner Cascadia towed here. They addressed my coolant issue & out in less than 3hrs..

I called in trying to get parts and couldn t get anybody who seemed like they actually conduct professional business. I called from 12- 5 pm & could not get seeviced and The receptionist acts like she runs the place and her job isn t to answer and transfer calls. Overall terrible experience

$130.00 an hour doesn't mean $130.00 an hour, they will charge you whatever they feel like and they know you'll payThe job they did for me literally took exactly 1 hour and they charged me $292 in labor costs, and that was after i complained, the original was $325 in laborI'm all for paying fair costs but overcharging just because is unethical, don't go here unless it's your only option, good at what they do, sure, but they will rip you off, make sure you get costs up front and in writing before you agree to let them work on your truck
