Had some car trouble and went to Sam's automotive after reviewing other people's great experiences. Vick the front desk gentleman was great on helping and updating me throughout the process of repair. Overall job was well done. Will not hesitate to go again.

It was frustrating trying to find a mechanic in the area that was honest and professional. I was referred to this shop by a friend and after the first interaction, I felt at ease. I finally found a genuine spot! No more unnecessary repairs or overcharging. They gave me QUALITY parts for a GREAT price. Vick listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. I'm so grateful and will continue to be an existing customer.

A picture speaks a thousand words. Sams is the place to go if you really want a trusting, caring, detail oriented team. New front bumper, headlights, repaint throughout entire car, ceramic pro coating. Vickash is both professional and timely. Breaks down his quotes to the T and explains in detail what will be done. Will be bringing my other cars in within the next few months as well. Highly recommend.

Vic and his team are amazing! This was the second time we brought our Mercedes to the shop. We make an effort to come here from Westchester County because the customer service, workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. It is a pleasure to deal with Vic, he is honest and straightforward and never tries to up sell or do work that is not necessary. Vick and his team were:honestthoroughcareful, and fasthighly experiencedaffordableprofessionalI spent two weeks searching for a shop to take the family vehicle for an oil changeAfter searching, I was overwhelmed by the sight of so many shops having such horrible reviews.When I saw this shop, I was relieved to see so many positive reviews.My experience was consistent.The vehicle runs real welland better than when I brought it in.They performed an engine oil flush and oil change on a car that I could not afford to take to the dealership for service.They changed the oil, drain plug, the oil filter gasket and the o-ring.The price was competitive with other shops, except again, this shop had no negative reviews to consider.-Worth the far drive for peace of mind

Needed the brakes to be changed on both of my cars. Their employees are very professional and informative. Sam is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have been to. Their service, work and ethics are unmatched. They have a good customer service, resonable price. and very honest. The work is done timely, and efficient. You will not feel like you are being taken advantage of and even took care of cleaning the interior of my car.

This is one of the best mechanics to go to. I have been using them for years and can't say enough good things. Family owned and they also treat you the same way. Can't say nothing negative about this shop. Always helpful and always willing to work with you. And unlike many other mechanics I have used. They don't try to scheme or take advantage of you. . Honest and good quality work. Love these guy .

I got my car paint corrected and ceramic coated a month ago, I was guided and advised by Vick. A great experience, everything was explained thoroughly and communication was great. The shop is a busy place but that doesn't stop the good work and customer service. I plan on coming back for future work needs, thank you.

I ve been going to Sam s Shop since it was on Farmers Blvd over 10 years. Every mechanic in the neighborhood keep recommending SAM V shop not knowing the relationship I have with the family. I don t shop for better prices because I know the quality of workmanship. Like the rest of the Auto Shops in the neighborhood I highly recommend Sam V Auto Collision. By the way once again you did impeccable work on my 2017 Lexus NX200.

Their customer service alone is impeccable!! They did an awesome job with my oil change and they even applied air to my tires while fixing my passenger mirror. I recommend sams auto motive completely!!

Sam s Auto is definitely the place to go for any of your automotive needs. Took my car there and knew it was in good hands. I was given updates daily on the progress of work that was being done. Overall great customer service and great service. Couldn t be happier with the results.

They are not just a repair shop, they are also car enthusiasts! With that being said I trust them to work on all my cars and my wife s car. I ve been going to them for over 5 years and have recommended my friends and they were all satisfied with the work done. Vic is efficient, kind, and quality material. Apparently his help is too as his word is good when it comes to results. For me, my lights look better than I expected they would turn out and I think Vic even did extra for the extra mile of shine. Definitely recommend and I see myself going back for more sparkling results!

Bought a Groupon for the full synthetic oil change. I started having problems with my truck. They did a horrible job on the oil change. They never changed the oil. It looks like they just reused old oil or never changed it at all. Never going back here again. They kept hanging up on me every time i called to come in for them to look at it. They got their money. I didn t get the service.

Sam s is the best shop in Queens! Very informative throughout your service time and extremely considerate of people s time. Not only did they fix my car to the point where I couldn t even tell it was damaged, but they also did it in a timely manor. I d never hesitate to do business with them again. Huge props to these guys for having my car look like it just rolled off the showroom. 10/10 would def go back

Won t go anywhere else other than Sam s. Never have to go back for anything after the job is done once. They take care of all my maintenance, repairs, inspection and more.
