If you DONT wanna get ripped off go to this shop. They're knowledgeable and professional anywhere else will literally try to take both your arms and legs as opposed to Randy who charges you a FAIR price in accordance with your actual chief complaint

I was looking on google for a place who works on electric for my car .. then I find this place cuz had so amazing reviews.. and yes I came and waited for 20 mins .. he (Randy) was very kind and explained to me the way I wanted.. and when I said how much he said no problem I m like no way time is money.. highly recommend

He is very nice and decent person . Looks like he know what he is doing . I take one of my old Lexus IS 250 . His store is really busy he told me to come back afternoon . I went there wait another 30 minutes . He than take a look find out the problem and change 2 fuse . But he told me O don t have to pay as this is small job . For me it s surprising. Where other mechanic is ready to rip you off I n Jamaica or anywhere in queens . Than I willingly gave him $60 for this small job . I highly recommend anyone to his garage . But better you make a phone call as he is always busy . And you have to be patience

I'm going to Randy for several years now he is an honest and capable mechanic. Repair prices always meets or are below list of prices. He's a all around good guy as well. I highly recommend him.

Great Service. Randy's auto electrical repair fixed my car within 24 hours. They have really good service, and they care about their customers. Randy worked with me to give me a good price, taking into consideration that I am a student. He helped me solve my ELECTRICAL problem, when no one else could. It is what they specialize in! His team and himself offer outstanding customer service. I will look forward to going back and seeing Randy again. I really like how he explained everything to me, he showed my a Schematic of my cars electrical circuit and guided me to what was wrong. I highly recommend Randy!

I spent 2 hours waiting for him to check my car window switch is not working and then he said the motor is bad even though he did on / off the window through his diagnostic screen!! I asked him how the motor is bad and you just open and close the window?? He said he made a technical trick!! And I asked $100 for diagnosing and $200 to replace the motor.. then I ordered motor from Toyota dealer for $500 but I was suspicious of Randy, I went to different shop the guy said it s sitting problem and fix it in 2 minutes , and I lost another $100 to return the motor because it was special order.. Randy was cheating . Don t trust himService: Electrical repair

The garage knows their stuff. Quality work and thorough. This is the only garage I trust with any of the cars I've owned. I always recommend them to anyone in need of a great mechanic.

He can be an excellent electrical mechanic, when he wants to! And the price he charges you is twice more than the dealership, RIP-OFF alert, make sure you get an estimate before they do any work on you vehicle, he will scam you!

I brought my Mercedes Benz there to fix due to paint spill and leak in my gas line and short out everything.my car was unable to start or drive .Randy work on my car and did a excellent job The hospitality is great and excellent mannerism .i would recommend anyime keep up the good Job. tx

PREDATORY mechanic. He tried to take advantage of me by trying to charge me $275 for an alternator with another $260 for labor. It was very disappointing to me because I know cars and what parts costs. Worst thing is I was referred to him but I will NEVER do any type of business with that shop. Alternator costs me $60 because I knew someone but even if I didnt Arch sells them for $125 for regular people. LADIES BEWARE! Goggle parts and labor for your vehicle before you let ANYONE fix your car.
