My boyfriend took his bmw to Queens best auto shop. The car was damn near totaled . They worked well with my boyfriend when it comes with pricing and parts for his car. They had great communication when it comes to giving details when it comes to making his car perfect again. The way the car was, I was speechless the day I went to go with my boyfriend to pick up his car. They also washed the car for him the same day it was coming out the shop. I would recommend this place to any one. Thank you Queens Best Auto body for your service.

I brought my mother s car for an estimate because it got hit on the rear back door. They were able to give me a great price which was great. They took it the next day and was ready for pick-up within the following three days. They did an amazing job and also even replaced the cap that was missing from the tire free of charge. I will definitely be visiting them again !

By far the best Auto Mechanic in Queens. Mohammad, the Manager/Owner is very honest and helpful, he will always charge you fairly and appropriately. David is the best mechanic there, he is super friendly and honest as well as being super experienced with 30 years under his wing.They will diagnose your car honestly and wont ask you to fix anything unneccessarily. I have been there many many times with my old Black Honda CRV 2002, which needs multiple repairs, I have no complaints so far. Top to bottom they fix everything in this car. I highly recommend Queens Best Auto Body for body work. They recently replaced my bumper and did a really good job. Khan, the owner, provided excellent customer service and ensured my car was returned in good condition. He is very friendly and cares about his customers and the quality of work. If you need any service done on your car, see Khan. My car was returned not only repaired but the interior was cleaned as well. Nice touch and great job!

Someone hit my car and left on right rear passenger side. I talked to couple of auto body shops and was told it may take 2 weeks to order the door and replace the part. I didn t want to get rental car and wait for 2 weeks,I wanted to fix my car ASAP. I found Queens Best Body & Sale through online and called right away. Massoud (manager) picked the phone and said he needs to see the car to give an estimation. I took my car to auto body shop - 18314 Jamaica Ave Queens NY and Massoud (manager himself) did check the damages and said it won t take more than 4 days to replace the right side door and repair the remaining damages. Massoud did give very good price comparing to other places. He ordered the necessary body parts the same day I spoke with him and contacted me in 2 days right away after he received the new body part for my car. To replace, repair the other parts overall took 1.5 days. Massoud and his team did work till late on Saturday to make my car ready. I was very impressed with their job, the car looked like new and repaired very professionally.I am very grateful to Massoud and his mechanic guys who did an amazing job. I do recommend this auto body shop to my friends and anyone. They are very nice, kind and humble people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car here in order to repair its entire body as well as to obtain a new paint job. Not only did the end result exceed my expectations, the turnaround time was very quick (less than 3 weeks) and the job was also done for a price that was a lot fairer than its competition. I will more than likely bring my car here whenever bodywork is required again.

This is best body shop I ever been , this is my 2nd Mercedes I brought it here to do my body work on my new 2022 Mercedes E350 . They finish the work in one day : I can t thank enough to Mr Masood and his staff did wonderful work on my car . Highly recommended this body shop

Been going here a few years now. The gentlemen at this shop are very trustworthy and professional. I got my Acura MDX 2012 fixed here & the owner Masood (who is really kind) was able to give me a great price & put my vehicle back together like nothing ever happened. Great shop overall, and I would 100% recommend others to go here. They are knowledgeable, professional, and do quality work. I had a good experience working with the owner directly, he s truly an expert.I had to get my 2011 BMW 535xi repaired twice and everything turned out great on both occasions. The second accident was pretty bad and occurred on the passenger side door. In contrast, other shops kept telling me to replace the door. However at queens best auto they were able to restore it and did a fantastic job! I can t even tell an accident happened. Another thing to add is they called me a couple times to keep me updated and informed on the process throughout.I can really say that I am very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Had a great experience. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work done. I had my hood repainted, and the back bumper replaced, the front hood readjusted and the high beam light replaced. Had a wonderfulExperience. The work was all done in 1 day. I hit curve and my Honda CRV front tire got burst. I changed tires at local shop, but they not fixed issues, steering not fixed and many more lights appeared at the dashboard. Was planning to get rid of the car by selling, meanwhile I came to know about Queens Best Auto Body & Sales from my friend.I contacted Mr Khan and he had given assurance. I got my car fixed same day and all lights from dashboard resolved.Mr. Saulat Khan is very nice person, he talks very friendly. Excellent work with a reasonable rate. The owner is a very honest person. The work is always done whatever is needed with no overcharge. Highly recommendedMy above comments were 4 years old. My next experience 4 year later is even more amazing. After an accdient , my Car was almost total without full insurance coverage. But he fix the car with less than half of the price of that 10 year old car. His advise was worthed and save me lot of money

I brought my 2011 honda civic into Queens Best Auto Body & Sales for service. They replaced my brake pads and rotors at a great price. Mr Khan and the entire staff with whom I met were all extremely friendly and professional. Very honest and efficient as well. I highly recommend bringing your car here for service.

His name is Mr. Khan and he did an absolute amazing job on my, 2018 Honda Accord LX!I had a bunch of scratch all over my car, in the most random places, i had dents from collisions. My bumber was messed up and I also needed my quarter panel to be replaced. And Mr. Khan quoted me a Very fair price to repair the entire car !Not to mention, he only needed a week to get the job done.Mr. Khan was honest and professional during the whole process.
