Richie was the best. Did very fast but thorough work. Great prices. Extremely friendly. Fixed my sedan fender and front of the car. 10/10, highly recommend him!

So thankful to have come across this body shop on instagram, the son keeps an open and clear communication as well as his dad Mr. Richy, what he said he was going to do he did and more for a really fair price. They let you know what's going on every step of the process and keeps you informed when your vehicle will be ready for pick up. Absolutely no delays and they work quickly to get you back in to your vehicle. What more can I say, I got everything I asked for and more, highly recommend you to check out this spot for all your car's needs! I was really happy with the way they matched the paint up!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT COST! The owner Richie is very unprofessional ! I had my 70k car here for repairs and he stated it would be completed in 2 weeks time. The car sat under another car on a lift collecting dust while getting oil dropped on it. My car sat for almost 1 month while he did other shop repairs like his office doors and gate. I wish he was more straight forward and managed time better. What really turned me off was when he told me my car wouldn t be 100 percent because no man on earth is perfect. This is unacceptable from a professional Professionals should stand by their work 100 percent! After I told him I want my car to be excellent as it is a high end car. especially since I m paying out of pocket cash! He rudely told me to take my car and business elsewhere in the middle of the job. I gladly towed my half way completed car out of that shop and took all the parts he had laying around. He expected me to pay for a service that he couldn t stand behind ? NO WAY! Another shop is doing it for the same price, in half the time and is 100 percent standing behind their work and guaranteeing perfection.

Listen to the reviews and go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and does not value your timeNot only did the owner increase the price we previously agreed on every single time I came in, this guy really was about to charge me $200 to take off my current fender and put a new one on (that I purchased)... He said its a very hard procedure.. I went home and did it myself in under 2 hours lolOther reviews are very accurate, please go somewhere else

Excellent work! I came in for a full paint job on my car. The owner was very helpful and patient. He takes his time and calls you with updates if needed. The prices are great and they try to work with you so that you are satisfied with both the work and the price. Also, a complimentary car wash was given to me when I picked up my car. Thank you majestic!

Terrible place. DO NOT GO HERE. I had my car brought in for body work and paint and they did everything wrong. They broke my mirror turn signal and I had proof it was never broken with pictures. The guy Richie argued with me saying that I am lying EVEN WHEN I SHOWED PICTURES!!! The paint was terrible, there was over spray all over the car and once it was done there were scratches all over the paint and it had swirl marks. Mind you, I had my entire car repainted. My rear bumper was replaced and he never chose to check if my sensors would work. I bought brand new headlights and he managed to damage those as well!!! My headlights and fog lights were never reconnected and the guy complained about every little thing. I ordered parts he told me to buy and instead he s saying I have to pay him for every little thing. The time, price, and quality ARE NOT WORTH IT!! They do not do honest work and I would never go back to them again. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

One of NYC s hidden gem!! Quality work, great customer service and the best price around. Not only good for body repairs but, amazing detailing work as well. And always using the best quality material. After getting my car detailed and cquartz ceramic coating applied my car came out looking AMAZING; so good I had to bring my motorcycle lol

GREAT JOB !!!! Faster than I expected. Majestic was recommended by a relative. The owner was extremely attentive. Ordered the parts even as I was standing there. Outstanding results. He made my 07 Altima look brand new. I swear I almost walked right past the car. They worked inside my budget. No surprises !!! These are my new car care guys !!! THX MAJESTIC !!!

Amazing service! Took my bmw f32 for service and got an amazing price with amazing advice for future upgrades! Definitely would recommend to anyone in NYC. If I could give more stars I would, one of the best in the business! Will be back

A good deal of work was accomplished here at this shop, no issues; clean and good work. The workers know what they are doing and are willingly to help customers or advise them in any way possible. Recommend all paint and body work to be accomplished here.

The prices are great and more importantly, the work is top notch. The owner is very experienced and makes everything clear of what needs to be done and doesn't force anything extra of what is needed where other body shops/ mechanics would do. Overall Excellent Service and Work.

RIP OFF ALERTI paid for services that weren't preformed and also there were services performed that I did not approve. The mechanic got a parking ticket and left it on my passenger seat and my window fell inside the door the next day, costing me $90 to repair. Of course there's been no communication on his end since receiving my car. Someone obviously bit off more then they could chew. A portion of my deposit needs to be refunded.

Brought my car in for a minor collision repair and they did a really outstanding job to color match my paint. The shop hands down gets the job done professionally and right. you wont be disappointed.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!!! Dishonest people , they damage your car and then lie about it. They do not even offer to fix the damages they deny it then blame you and say you did it. Completely unprofessional!!!!! Tried to fight my husband because they broke his mirrors. Then they called the cops because they did not want to own up to their lies. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They just lost a lot of business

I was referred to Majestic Auto Repair by a friend who was very pleased with the job that was done on her car. I was able to be in and out of the shop very quickly. Owner works with your budget. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Horrible Business broke mirror, made excuses I have pictures to prove it. Wanted to fight and argue when they could of came up with a solution. Painted two cars by them horrible work took it back to fix many times. Sealed my hardtop and it started leaking had to sell it and buy a new one. They use cheap paint paint peels as if it is plasti dip.

"Majestic" describes the quality of their work. I repainted my front and rear bumper along with some other minor work and I was impressed. Definitely recommend!

Since I have not spoken to the manager/owner yet I will give him the ability to rectify my situation tomorrow in case he is unaware of it , if rectified i will remove or update appropriatelyI bought a car with sunrise Chevrolet, in which I needed to have some body work done that was promised, I left my car with sunrise who utilized this company for these repairs (nothing got done )My car was given to Majestic on Thursday 7-23-20and it was relayed to me that it would be returned to me on Monday 07-27-20. I checked my Range Rovers location via my App & I find out its down over a half of a tank of gas, has been driven over 100 miles & now was parked behind Cross Bay Motor Inn parking lot Sunday 07-26-20So this so called professional business utilized my car as a rental driving it around hanging out, had some unknown individual in the car with the employee to stop off at a bang motel (especially during covid which infuriated me even more)I contacted Chevy and the salesperson responded immediately and he called someone and showed up on scene & soon after that the majestic employee came out lying out his teeth at first until confronted with reality of the situation . Now before I take thing further with Majestic I will post this and see what type of response I get from this business*Update: it was the actual owner that did this and not an employeeChevy has garenteed a quick fix of the work, majestic owner reimburse gas and *rental* time for his usage , and complete detail of the carIf I'm satisfied with the response in his horible unprofessional behavior and decision making i will update once again
