Very bad service charge me 270 instal audio also my car window dosent go up down now m fix it from another shop pay agin 250

They want to make money in changing parts. $150 parts I paid $300 One hour of labor charges, I paid $ 250. No receipt. If I want a receipt I have to pay an extra 10 %. Highway robbers. Not recommended at all

I wasn t satisfied with my tints and king redid them for me without charging me anything. Hands down one of the best shops in Queens! Kings always makesure you re satisfied with the work you got done!

Don't bring your Intoxalock calibration business here. Ridiculous rip off arbitrarily charging $40 to do a calibration where two other shops charge the same $25. Wasted my time but made it to a trusted shop in time so don't do the same. I wouldn't trust them to fix my car after stating "things are expensive".

Great services & Great prices. You can always depend on reliability 100% with King Auto Repair. They are highly recommended throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens & Long Island. They carry EXCELLANT sound systems, alarms and lighting for your cars and trucks A++++. They are always upfront and fair with everyone and priced just right. Also if there's something you specifically want just ask, they do a variety of work for your car, motorcycle and/or trucks. When you got car or trucks problems... My experience at Kings Auto Shop was wonderful. King is a great shop manager and his staff are excellent. My car was fixed well; the bill was not pricey and I felt confident in the work done.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected that. Avoid this place! The owner, King, is all smiles when he wants your money but grumpy and rude when it comes to customer service! I went in there to get a remote to unlock my car; He talked me into buying a DVD system for a "good price". I didn't know what I was getting myself into. He installed a garbage equipment in my car which wouldn't work after 1 month and when I went in there to complain about it, he said it's not him its the manufacturer. When I insisted that he should stick by the products he sells or not sell them at all, he yanked the dvd system (which also consists of a radio by the way) out of my car and says I will see what I can do, see me on Wednesday (This was on a Sunday). I go there on Wednesday morning at 10 am, his assistant says Boss is not in, takes my number and tells me I will be called; I wait until 4pm, no call! My wife calls him and asks him if he got the new equipment, he tells her we should call him back on Friday and "MAY BE" he will have an answer by then. In the mean time, forget the dvd, I don't even have a radio in my car and it's snowing heavily so I don't know which roads to take or avoid due to traffic and accidents. I go back there on Thursday at 11 am (hoping bosses start working around that time) and he is still not in! When I parked my car outside and said, I will wait for him - I was told by his assistant I should move or he will call cops to write me a ticket. Wow, I didn't know I was not liked here. I moved my car around the block and come back to wait for the Boss..and he shows up at 1 pm (it's my lucky day)! I asked him the status of my dvd player and explained him the problems I am facing as the radio is linked to it as well, he rudely says "it's not my problem. Call me on Friday" I said, ok I will call you for the dvd player on friday, just install the radio back so I can hear the traffic report while driving - he says, "that's gonna cost you". I was shocked, I asked him why would it cost me as this is not what I was told when he yanked the system out of my car, he says "that's something you should know" Frustrated, I asked him to return the equipment back and I will take it somewhere else to be fixed and report him to better business bureau - he says "I clean my behind with better business bureau" Save yourself some time, money and a lot of aggravation - go somewhere where they know what customer service means!P.S: The remote i went there to get doesn't work either!!

Ask for King he is the owner and always helpful.He definitely provides fair prices and is always there to assist you. Definitely a Mechanic that you can trust for all your repairs and upgrades for your car.
