All I can say is, THIS SHOP IS THE TRUTH! My car wouldn t start, one Electrical Man charged $120 to tell me it s an electrical problem. He couldn t tell me what the problem was but it would take about a week to fix and cost about $700 more. Research shops in the area, read the reviews and visited the shop when it was closed. It was like I met a kindred spirit. I visited the shop the next day, introduce myself and told the mechanic the situation. He said just bring it in. I had the vehicle towed the next morning, gave him the keys and he said he d call when I was finished. Within 24 hours I got the call that the problem was fixed. I ve found my mechanic. Amazing work for an extremely affordable price! They told me exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed the issue in record time.They also work on your car in front of you, so no need to worry about what exactly they are doing.

I've dealt with this place twice already. Tom, the owner, will give you a definitive assessment of what is wrong and charge you a fair price to fix it. Everytime I go here, I see he and his team working on multiple cars which lets me know that they are popular. The last time I came here, the problem was assessed, a fair price was given, and I was back on the road all under two hours. I highly recommend this place.

Kiet is an honest man. I always trust him when I have an issue on my car that I am unable to repair on my own. There was one time that I thought I needed a new control arm and he pointed out to me that the issue was something else much cheaper. My parents have been going to him for years as well.

I've always owned a used car and having a mechanic as great as Tommy is a blessing. I've been dealing with Kiet Dat Auto electric for over 14 years now and every car I've owned from Mercedes to Lexus has always been reliable and well maintained by the people at this shop . Tommy is absolutely without a doubt one of the best mechanics on this planet! Small yard, but Great shop with knowledge owner. Will work on your car quickly and prices are very fair. Talking to other customers at the shop, you can tell they speak very highly of the owner. Many of his customers are referred by word of mouth. Definitely give them a try. I've taken my car before every road trip to NH to have it checked out, and just recently to have the compressor replaced to fix the AC. All done within the day.

Tom is very friendly; a very good/experienced mechanic and he is very affordable. He fixed my car Monday this week, and I was very satisfied with his work. He will not overcharge you as others mechanics do. He is very honest. Thank you for your help Tom!!!

Very nice owner and workers. I brought in my headlight harness that was coroded and one wire was cut and he looks at it and says it's ok. He has one of his workers connect the wire that was cut and told me a quick fix I could do at home. It's hard to find people you can trust who are not trying to take your money. Go here for and electrical issues you have, there's a reason his ratings are so high, it's because they deserve a high rating.

They do the best work and are very honest. Had electrical work done on my car and I know what the dealship would have charged in just labor along. When you find an honest person I beleive we should let other people know. Go to Kiet you will not be disappointed in the quality of his work.

Highly recommended. Honest and does the job right. Also very friendly. I had bad experience at queens village diesel. This guy fixed whatever QVD left loose.

Wow....the man accepts a challenge, gets to work fast, is trustworthy, and does not overcharge. He may seem a little gruff and rough at first, but he knows his stuff and has quite a sense of humor once you get to know him a little, so dont be put off by his initial demeanor.My car had an electrical issue where every time I turned on the headlights or the blinkers, the engine would die out. The first day I was there, he got to work as soon as I told him the problem and replaced a ground wire and two bulbs in the back but could not fix the issue. I asked how much and he said that I should pay him when I come back to drop the car off. And so, with this initial interaction, I knew that the man is not only trusting, but also trustworthy.I came back the next day, a Saturday, in the late afternoon. I think the shop is closed on Sundays, but Im not sure. Monday afternoon I was there to pick up the car and everything was working fine. I tried to pay him, but he wouldnt accept, instead he handed me the keys and told me to first go check the car and then pay him if Im satisfied! I drove around and came back 5 minutes later to pay what I owe. Im from central NJ, so I was quite surprised to see this level of trust and trustworthiness in NYC.Within two interactions, he made a customer for life. And now my wife and Im sure many of my neighbors will also eventually bring their cars to his shop.While I was there he spent about ten minutes explaining to a lady what she should and shouldnt do to her car, and how and why the problem arose and how it needs to be addressed. I think she had coolant leaking into her engine and her car was overheating.If its a problem he can fix, he will do it, do it well, and do it in a timely fashion. You will not be disappointed.

So this Vietnamese guy probably has Asperger's and is hard to deal with BUT he will fix your car! He will fix it for cheap! He will not rip you off! It will be fast! He is basically a mechanic magician. The hardest part is just communicating with him but it's worth it.

I have been going to Tom's shop for years now and he is excellent at repairing my car plus his prices are very fair; it's very hard to find a mechanic that has good prices and is very honest about his work

The best mechanics with the best prices. I don't feel like I was robbed. Most mechanic shops rob you like plumbers, but not this shop.

I really enjoy this place mainly for the customer service and satisfaction, once and a while I would come with my father here and the boss of the establishment is always friendly welcoming and very direct so you get straight to the point, very good at electrical
