Stripped my oil plug during an oil change. Wasn t leaking before, was leaking after. Should have known - the guy changing my oil didn t pick the right oil from the beginning. Ended up having to replace the oil pan at Subaru.

I changed routers & brakes few months ago here . Ever since my car shakes ike cryz . Other mechanics show me pads routers that they install cheap not meant for my car ! Cost me 1k with everything all because of this con artists! Be away from this location save money

I went there for the DMV inspection! Since thatMoment I asked them hey bro can you give meAn estimate or price that how much will cost if I want to change my cars back & rear complete shocks! They told me the parts is about $600 & the labor cost is $400. And they told me if you buy same parts they will charge you $750 so you going to save $150 if we buy the parts for you!Then I told them okI ll came back maybe next week if I m ready !Then I brought the complete shocks back & rear only $350 including tax & everything!So now I went to the key star auto and told the monir bhai that hey bro I m ready to change rear & back shocks & I have the partsThen he said ok pull up the car ! After take off 4 wheels the labor start changing the shocksThey I told monir bhaiThat hey bro I would like to pay now let s go to the officeThen he gave me the bill $600 for labor $150 each shocks ! But in the beginning he told me that the labor cost will be $400This place is robbing from usI ll never come back this place again!

Went there for A/C repair and tuning. Waited 1 hour. They do not maintain serial. They will serve their known customer first. They parked my car on sidewalk with other cars. People could not walk. Had rear bac of car replaced an painted. The replacement of the new orderd parts was excellent. The color did not match.Took the car back the second time. Color was fixed an matched.Recommend that you check their services.

I give this 5 stars because the owner is a trust worthy man. He will make profit as every single mechanic and owner does but will not immensely charge you. His prices are honest and good quality work by his workers. He doesn't accept anything less than excellence. Reliable and Trustworthy.

Greatest place to go to I take my Mercedes e350 there all the time. The workers are so honest and don t rip you off. I love it. My wife s family has been going there for years now I started and every time I go I m treated with honesty and respect. On top of that your car is taken care of and in good hands of reliable people.

This has been my go to body shop for both insurance work as well as out of pocket work.They are always busy. But they do good work.Because they are always busy, always add a little time to when they commit to getting the work done.

This is one of the best Auto Repair shops in NYC, the mechanics are really good and the owner goes above and beyond to ensure all is taken care off. I have been going here for years, ask for Sham and tell him Capt Adnan Sent you.They don't overcharge and they always make sure your taken care off.

Very reasonable price and the employees are very friendly treat you like family, I have been going to them for over 10 years now from auto body to auto mechanic repair never had any issues with them or my vehicle ask for sham he gives best price compared to other shops

I went to many shops couldn't fix the problem.Mr. Kabir helped me out and fixed my car and the problem was solved.Mr.kabir charged me reasonable price and he was very nice and honest upfront .I will definitely recommend my friends and family to him ..

I had my car painted at their body shop. Kabir, the Owner doesn't converse clearly and is very vague. Just says "Don't worry, don't worry" I know him personally and was surprised how unprofessional he conducts himself. When the car was returned painted it was horribly done to which he said come back later in few days as they were busy. He just lost a customer.

Ripped me off. Told me they need to replace an expensive catalytic converter when the only thing needed changing was the cheap oxygen sensor. I even had to go somewhere else to change the sensor after the cat replacement didn't work because they told me that couldn't possibly be the problem and refused to change it.

Don t go here if you have a nice car and care for what you put on it. They are typical immigrants: say one thing and do another. I brought my Lexus in and said put Wagner or akebono brakes and they put some store brand bs. They are not a good business. They don t expect repeat customers so they have no customer service or loyalty.

Mr.Kabir is so rude and bad tempered person I have ever seen. He has so many hidden costs. Check his all fees listed on the board and clarify every single costs before he starts working for your vehicle. Otherwise you will have to face unknown charges and bad tempered from him. Be very careful with this guy!!! Must stay away!!
