PLEASE READ BEFORE !!!! Ken s mechanic was driving around in our car for a whole month. When car was picked up it was completely trashed. We have dashcam footage of his unlicensed off the books worker driving around the whole city for hours with a woman and children in the car. Mechanic is still employed there I have taken a photo of him still working on cars even after reporting this. Be aware ! THIS IS NOT A SCAM

I have known Ken Automobile from the time it opened up. Their service is an outstanding and reliable. As always, I have found their work on my car to be timely manner and reasonable cost. I have trusted and used their awesome repairs on my car for some time now. It has always been a great experience with them. Special thanks to Ken and servicing manager, Don, for taking a good care of my car. They are very friendly, professional and informative. I would recommend Ken Automobile for anyone that needs help with their vehicle.

One of the best mechanics in town at this location. My car stopped working. They provided free towing as well as fix my car with a few hours. I'm glad that they have three locations now and will be back as they offer a good deal on oil change and service. I will be a returning customer.

They cut corners. Had 4 tires replaced they charged me for a balance they never performed and lost one wheel nut and didn't tighten 3 others. Would not recommend!Updated Apr 6th 2024. - as much as they may protest, this is not a scam profile.I was a legitimate customer who got legitimately scammed FROM THEM.This is my second review ever of any merchant, and my only negative review. But I felt this was necessary after they put my life at risk by not tightening my lug nuts correctly on a car that I brought to them for service. Even if their service had been mediocre I would never have even bothered leaving a review unless it was necessary.And now that they claim this is a scam profile that decided I'm going to file a better business report.

The bearded small Sri Lankan guy who runs the place is A COMPLETE RIP OFF HE CHARGED ME $20,00 TO INSTALL MY WIPER BLADE (ONE) , HE REFUSED TO CHANGE MY HEAD LAMP HONDA CROSSTOUR BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT, ON ARAINY DAY The wiper blade i bought from Auto zone Never Never go this shop Rude and complete novice ,he would make your worse

Any good reviews must be from previous ownership. Very poor communication. The whole experience made me feel like they were trying to cut corners and ultimately I way overpaid for a poor job. I asked for details in pricing and it wasn t explained.

This is the worst place I've ever taking a car to. The staff isn't helpful. They don't fix your car on site. Get rude when your trying to find out status of your vehicle. And the owner is completely rude and unprofessional. I'll never recommend or bring another vehicle to this establishment. They did terrible work the first time and had to bring it back for proper repairs. By far the worst repair shop I've ever been to in my 30 yrs of driving. You guys sincerely suck.After getting my truck back the second time I find more damage than what it had. Scratches and scuffs on my paint job that wasn't there when I gave them my truck. They literally burned over a quarter tank of gas and gave my car back with the gas light on but told me nobody would be driving my car. They put over 100 miles on my vehicle. The interior was disgusting. Trash and snacks were left inside and a couple items are missing but nobody knows anything. SMH...Ken the owner is so unprofessional he cursed me for calling him to find out what time my truck would be ready and then blocked my phone number and never contacted me about my car. I literally had to have someone call from a different phone number to get info for my own vehicle.I STRONGLY suggest you stay away from this place. The service is bad, the work is worse than bad. As a customer, I've never been treated like this anywhere. Ken, you need a class in professionalism. You and your business are the worst.PEOPLE STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM KEN AUTOMOBILEOh yeah, they also got a camera speeding ticket in my vehicle, but I was told my car would be towed. HORRIBLE

This place blows. They charge you for an incomplete job. I paid for an engine replacement well over 6k, the car was not able to pass inspection even after paying for a "complete" job and was left with a check engine light. They said they had to replace my transmission as well which isn't even on my invoice and that we would have to pay for that as well. Ultimately after paying for a parking violation and another $1600 at another shop my car is running and was able to get an inspection from another local shop. If you do go here, it's only for oil changes if you have no choice.*** Note if I did not pay for services, a lawyer would be at my door***Guys an idiot

About to take my car in for repair. Very friendly guy on the fun and reasonable price I was quoted. I will update tomorrow after I get the repair work done. Thank you for squeezing me in so soon. I m getting a water pump replaced.Update: the repair is great and my car is up and running perfect. Thank you once again!

My experience with ken's auto repair has been a great relief to myself and my pocket. The repairmen were professional, kind and prompt with doing the repairs and did I mention they have great pricing. Ken will be my go-to repair shop from now on. Total rip off. Paid for a transmission replacement got my car back in worse condition. Took it back to them immediately to fix the lights on dash, oil leak (happened while they had my car) and the car shutting off on me while driving. The transmission was under warranty. They held my car for over 3 months and did not fix anything. I asked for a receipt for the repairs, all I get is the run around. Save yourselves a headache and money and go somewhere else. BTW Roger if you review this and try to say I m not a customer, I ll be more than happy to post the text messages between you and I.

This auto repair shop is awesome, they are fast, competent, and honest. Ken, the owner, is very nice and will make sure that your car is 100% good to go before turning back the key ! Those places are very hard to find nowadays ...

I would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE they are a scam. I went because I needed a new alternator and the belt had popped. They told me I needed a new belt, alternator, tensioner and steering pump . Total cost to fix 1400. I went to AutoZone and was told all I needed was a belt and alternator got my car fixed for less than $300 including the parts . LADIES DO NOT GO HERE they try to rip women off. My friend came to get her brakes fixed and they priced it $800 she went to the same guy I went to and got it fixed for $260. These guys are scammers DO NOT GO HERE.

This was horrible, they made me pay alot for simple fixing. and weren t helpful AT ALL , i dont recommend them!! They were yelling at me when i tried asking them questions. Horrible people, And a horrible place.
