One star for staff. It has the potential to be a great car wash, but my recent experience left me disappointed and hesitant to return. While the service itself was excellent and my car came out looking brand new, the customer service left a lot to be desired.I was pleased to see a relatively short line. However, as I was waiting my turn, a woman in a car behind me began to yell and curse at me, accusing me of cutting in line. I was confused by her behavior like girl who u cussing??Despite my attempts to calmly explain that I had not skipped the line, the woman continued to berate me. I was left feeling shaken and uncomfortable. I was ready to snatch her weave offWhile Jazzy Wash and Lube may provide top-notch car washing services, their lack of control over unruly customers makes me hesitant to return. Until they can ensure a safe and respectful environment for all customers, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Edit 10/07/22Went again today for a platinum wash. They cleaned the inside and out really well.They could do with being a little more careful though. They exited the car wash really fast with my car and scraped the front lip a bit. But it didn t damage it too much so it s fine.Overall my review remains the same. Pretty good for the price.It s pretty good for the price. The machines can t get everything out tho. There will be some spots left. I got the gold wash but they forgot to put tire shine on at first. I took it back and they did it for me. Good customer service. Everyone was nice.

This workers here are thieves. Don t ever leave your valuable things in the car because they will steal it and then say they never took anything.Today me and my bf went to the car wash and we left a packet on the driver side at the door. I m sure the guy who drove the car took it. After the car wash, I realized I couldn t find it and was looking for it everywhere. Went back to the car wash and spoke to the people and they even made me look through the trash to see if they thought it was garbage and threw it out. Mind you, they NEVER even throw a napkin from inside my car. They all kept saying they didn t see nothing etc until I got aggravated and started yelling. I went back to the counter and started yelling at them and then later the manager took me to look at the trash again and THERE IT WAS. Let s not forget, I ve already went through the trash in the beginning and there was NOTHING until later at he second time, it suddenly appears to be there.

I went to this car wash last week Friday gave the attendant my car, my car was fine. went inside to pay for the wash. after paying went outside to get my car the guy took my receipt and I got in my car to drive off. and the car was dragging. I stop the car not even 15 feet from the car wash thinking maybe something was underneath the car preventing it from moving. but nothing was underneath the car. I went back to the guy asking him whats wrong with the car explained that it wasn't moving right he asked if the brake was on and proceeded to check the car seeing that the break was not on. he then got in the vehicle and I told him don't move the car. this dude drives the car back and forth a few times and the dam tire breaks off . finding out he broke the axel , the control arm shifted the the frame causing the door to not open My front bumper on the passenger side of the car was cracked indicating that he dropped in the pothole thats directly in front of the car wash. they refuse to give me or the cops any information on the owner or the guy that was driving my car. right now my car is in the shop and I won't have it fo another week. but I will find out who their insurers are and file a civil suit

I go here a lot, and for the most part, I am satisfied with the service. The only suggestion I have is that the guys that wipe down your car could slow down because sometimes they may miss spots. Overall, I would recommend this car wash because it's decent.

I am a new car owner and so I'm super careful about where I go to wash my car. I got the VIP wash and that's honestly how i felt when i went in with my car. The amount of care and attention they had made me beyond happy. Everyone that attended to me was very kind and professional and the whole process was so quick but very thorough! They cleaned inside which usually gets pretty dusty and even hours later it still looks super clean and no dust in sight. Jazzy Wash has a new regular in their midst!

Do not Recommend this place If you care about your vehicle and money shouldn t come over here find somewhere better place where people do care about your vehicle and the price with tips you just gave it to them.They are so rude God Damn!Anything can say nicely or aggressively it depends what is inside of you

Pricy. I got the $45 unlimited package but upon going there after 5:30, I learnt that I can only use my package from 9-5. Services are good but they don t always wipe the dash board as I can still see my son s sneakers on the dashboard and there are leftover lints from the wiping

Terrible service! The car wash damaged my car, i wanted to speak to management and no one was helpful. They gave me my 25 dollars back. 25 dollars will not fix the damage that was done to my car.

Service at the car wash is bare minimum. Expect to have to do additional things yourself. Regardless of the level of service. It s always a level below what you would expect. Gets worse when they are busy. On several visits, I ve had to ask them to vacuum the chairs. They tend to only do the floors.

I paid $32 for gold car wash and they didnt do anything just exterior wash thats it and when you ask them they are very disrespectful and manager tell you to go away . Stay away from this

If I could give this place no star I would... I knew this place was a no no because I went before n they didn't do a good job on my car I decided to give them another try omg it was the worst thing... my car was dirty they didn't wash my mats they didn't vacuum the car what kinda place is this I am so disappointed I will never go back.. I ask the guy how much more money I have to pay to get the job done properly he gave me attitude I will never go back ... NEVER!!!!!!!!!

Best car wash I ve been to. Their machines are the best i ve seen. Zero scratches on cars as it s all foam based machines, superior cleaning. Car went in filthy after the snow. I got the VIP so they could wipe down the inside. My car came out spotless. At the exit they cleaned the whole inside and my car looked brand new. Before I came the inside of my car was filthy. They took care of everything and cleaned my seats. Service was fast but i wouldn t mind waiting as they do such a good job. Highly recommend

What a fantastic experience!! I came in for a quick inspection and they were highly professional and handled my car very quickly. I didn t expect to be done that fast, so I decided to get a car wash at the same time. They took my car right away and thoroughly cleaned it. I couldn t believe what it looked like after it was done-it s been a while since my car looked this clean. I m super impressed and will be a returning customer!

I paid $29 approximately 30 minutes ago for a carwash and my carmats aren't cleaned.I spoke to a worker regarding this but he only knew limited English.I tried calling the place to discuss my issue because I left for an appointment.I left a voice mail and I'm waiting on a return call.

WOW was a little skeptical at first bc the place is pretty deep in queens but I called and spoke with them and gave it a shot.They were nice enough to take me during the rain when they were closed and they did a full interior detail with a free wash.AMAZING service! Two guys worked on it diligently and allowed me to point out everything I wanted cleaned.Very kind and professional.I will be a lifelong customer!

Summary: Only good for exterior wash. SKIP the interior wash. Customer service can be improved.I went here on a quiet afternoon and got the super wash and while waiting, I watched 2 guys come inside the car for literally only 3 minutes and came out! I thought they were coming back but after 5 minutes waiting they did not come back. Only the vacuum was done and it was not done properly. Dash was not wiped, windows not wiped (see pictures). So I asked for a towel and wiped them myself. No one even asked if they could help. They were just hanging out. It was not even busy, there were only 3 Cars including mine. I asked the guy beside me if they wiped his car interior, he says he only comes for the exterior wash based on previous experience.While paying, I asked Cashier lady, how much evening wash is. She said she doesn't know. Like she was annoyed I even asked. Don't know why she grumpy, It was not even busy! Overall 2 stars.

Purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester for my mother. I realized the **dealership** forgot to wash the vehicle as promised and there was a few grey spots all over the hood. I brought my car in at night and the attendant was very direct on how he would remove the spot. Drove my car in the wash and was surprised at the efficiency and speed of the machine. Once the wash was finished the attendant came over and hand washed the front of the car where the spots were. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Will be back for sure!

I've used this car wash for years but in one week both of my vehicles have had damage to them after going threw the wash. My antenna broke off which they said they are not responsible for and a few days later the side door panel broke off which they said they are not responsible for. So after at least 10years of using this business I will no longer be using their services.

I was worried about my car because it s new, where to go and do the was regularly! Then i found about Jazzy! They are really helpful and professional! They do really nice job too! Specially one of their staff Sonny personally texted me and told me about their packages! I took the monthly package with unlimited wash! As a finishing touch he also gave me a air freshener complimentary!! They know their business as well as customer satisfaction! I will be going there regularly and i do recommend this place specially because if you feel anything wrong you can straight discuss it with the management and figure it out! They are really cool and down to earth! Loved them

Worse car wash! The lower part of my vehicle was still dirty all the way around. If I wasn't in a rush, I would've made a bigger deal about it

On 07/06/2023 I came to this establishment for an oil change and the special is get a free car wash with that service. I always come here for my oil change and free car wash. The guys that do the oil change are very helpful and knowledgeable but I didn t know they have thieves that vacuum your car out. I had a bottle of Tito s in my SUV and they stole it from me. This is so disappointing, that you can t have your property cleaned at a decent place without items being stolen. I was also disappointed by this service because my passenger seat was soaking wet when I got my vehicle back. I really hope stealing from customers that constantly use this establishment was worth it because now you lost a customer.I sent two emails and still waiting on a reply. Silence is an answer, I already know the truth whether you confirm it or not. All the best with your employees of 20 years.

Ok first of all I came here a while back when they had the machine putting on the tire shine. I said NOPE. So now I went back lately. The wash was great shiny car and those things that spin and wash the car looks very soft. I have had bad experiences with some of the other one. Especially the one on Merrick Blvd close to the post office. If you respect your vehicle avoid that place. Any way the only reason I won't frequent this place as much is it's cost too much. Spending so much to wash my car. I'm sure there's a reason but if it was cheaper I would go more often.

Went for a car wash yesterday. It was very busy. Got the VIP wash. Car is still dirty in the rear and when the guy said it was ready he forgot to armor all the tires so I mentioned it to him and he said ok. He goes to get a spray bottle, a cloth and the armor all. He then proceeds to wipe down the dash and clean the windows. He was taking quite a bit of time which I found odd but since it was very busy, I just waited. Turns out he was putting armor all on all of the leather in the front half of my less than one year old car!

Quality of car washing here depends on the employees mode. If they want they will wash your car mats, if they don't they won't. Even if you are being charged.

I had my car washed there and that older woman at the cashier is so rude. I went there before and thought she was having an off day but she is the same sadly. She must realize she is also a customer and would be put off by such behavior when paying for service at any establishment. The car wash was good but I wouldn t want to deal with her when it s time for payment so I will go somewhere else.

Needed an interior detail. Sonny took good care of me. Ended up taking their monthly plan, it's a great deal. Rain or shine I don't have to pay each time for a wash.Services: Auto detailing, VacuumingServices: Auto detailing, Vacuuming
