I have use Jamaica Autobody Shop several times. Anthony and his staff are very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Their Autobody work is excellent. My car had $7000 worth of damage. My car looks like I just drove it off the showroom. I highly recommend Anthony and his staff.

Had our car serviced back in October and was more than satisfied. Anthony and his Staff are all professional, very courteous as well as knowledgeable. We've used this business several times and will definitely recommend them to others.

They do excellent work, are knowledgeable, friendly, and they have "great follow through." When they said they would call, they called. When they made an appointment, they kept it and were on time. When I needed to speak with them they quickly made themselves available. Yes, these are fundemental services and it was a pleasure not to have to ask twice for them. This is my 2nd time using Jamiaca Autobody Towing for the repairs to my 2017 Ford Explorer after a MVA. They used the factory paint on my vehicle and the job was immaculate. I would definitely use them again if need be and I would most definitely give them 20 stars if I could. They paid close attention to details of my vehicle and met all my needs to get my car looking like new again. I would recommend them to any and every one. Their work is QUALITY Thank you!!!

I strongly Don t recommend this place. When you have an accident is not up to you where the police send your car. My car unfortunately was sent here, made my life miserable and didn t even what to give me my own car. On top of that making up lies about how the car could not drive. Saying his mechanic said the car has this when is a lie

Great Body shop for all your needs. Anthony was the best dealing with the Insurance company and making me feel at ease that my Truck was going to be fixed the way it was before my fender bender. He was honest from the day I took it in till the day I picked it up. And he was very patient with me. I highly recommend this body shop. I met in an accident on January 22nd 2023. There was heavy downpour of rain and as I approached my turn due to poor visibility I crashed into a tree. The police said they would not wait for AAA I had called so they used this company to move my car. It took me 3 days to get the info which towing company had my car. The charged me so much money to tow my car $480 and I was stupid not to question why so much money because I just wanted to get my car so I paid and took my vehicle. I was distressed because they flattened all my tires and they were off the rims. Little did I know that within that time they stripped my car of all the OEM HID lights from my car. Now I am not able to recover from them as I should have checked that before I had my car removed from their lot. The people are thieves and I stand by that!!! Be careful if your vehicle is with them without your eyes on it. They will find ways to rob you.

I ve been stuck for the past 2 hours and the tow driver calls me and says I m doing another job on the LIE. I kindly agreed and said I d wait for you to finish, it s been four hours now and the driver needs another hour. This is completely unacceptable, what a joke of a company. You can be completely stranded and they take hours to only tell you they need another hour. Go somewhere else. Don t come here.Service: Special vehicle towing

My vehicle was stolen a few months back. When it was recovered, it had extensive exterior damage. Had it towed Jamaica Auto and Tow as they are affiliated with the dealership I service my vehicle at.Anthony and his team were wonderful to work with, they handled everything from coordinating the tow, storage, and even communications with the insurance adjuster. They kept me updated on the progress of the car as it was being restored, and got my vehicle looking practically brand new when they were finished.Easily the least stressful part of the entire incident. First accident ever. Anthony called me the following morning and ran over the damage and details of what needed to be done. He had been nothing less than professional, knowledgeable & friendly. My repairs due to airbag damage took a bit longer than usual but Anthony kept me updated weekly on how things were going. I was worried my car wouldn't be repairable at times but he was reassuring and stood behind his work. Rightfully so. When i picked up my car, it was nice to finally put faces to everyone I spoke with on the phone. I was happy to see it was a family business. I had to wait a bit for my car as they had taken it to be cleaned. They offered me a drink and made small talk as I pet their dog. When Anthony took me back to see my car I was amazed with the repairs. My car looks like new. Exceeded my expectations. I'm very pleased with the service. Many thanks to Anthony, his sister, and Bernie. I will recommend Jamaica Auto Body to my friends and family. My car speaks for itself. :)

Anthony Giorgianni and Jamaica Auto Body & Towing were referred to me from my Ford Service company. They told me they have all their body work done there. Even though they were not my insurance company's recommended body company the insurance company ended up paying for all the parts and work that Anthony recommended. I am very satisfied with my repaired 2018 Ford Escape and will be sure to use them in the future if need be.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car, which had been involved in a severe crash while being used by an associate, was towed to Jamaica Towing. Anthony is a great guy, always got back to me (I live in the Hartford area) and was able to help with the insurance claim. He also retrieved the plates and other personal effects from the car and sent them to me. I highly recommend this business, they are very honest and hard working.

Anthony and his team did an absolutely incredible job.My car stalled out on the way to work and I was waiting for over an hour for a towing company to arrive. I got fed up and called Jamaica Auto Body, and they got to where I was (disclaimer: I was pretty close to the shop, like maybe a mile and a half away) within 20min of getting off the phone.They have a trailer you can hang out in and watch TV while you wait, and there are stores and restaurants within walking distance if you have some time to kill.The fix I needed was a little on the expensive side, but Anthony was really great to work with. As a general suggestion, if you're being quoted a price and you don't understand why it is what it is, ask! Find out what it's based on and see what can be done. I didn't even know about the options but Anthony helped find ways to save money on parts.Everything was done quickly and Anthony even tightened up a couple of bolts here and there to make sure I could pass my upcoming inspection. The fact that they guarantee all of their work is worth a lot.Thanks guys!

I had a lot of experiences with tow companies and they are always the worst. So I called the lady in the front office expecting that and let me tell you they are the best towing company in queens. They are very helpful! They are nice and respectful. I feel so bad for giving the lady in the front office an attitude if I ever need a tow I will definitely call them for help. I highly recommend this place.

This is THE worst auto mechanic in Queens. Their owner Anthony is EXTREMELY unprofessional yelling at customers on the phone. Poor quality of service. They couldn t even figure out where to put the key to start the car.Do not recommend this place to anyone.Take your car anywhere but here

Amazing work done professionally and done in perfectly time matter. Car came out better then when I received it from the dealership. I came from out east in Long Island over an commute with no traffic. It was worth it and I highly recommend their work.

My car was towed here after an accident and as because they are also a body shop store, we decided to fix the car here even though we didn't know anything about them, the man ANTHONY acted very nice and was very motivational so we gave our car to them for repair. But when we went back to get our car, this man his name is ANTHONY shouted and yelled at us many times, he is very unprofessional and I told him that "lower your voice" many times but he told me that he is very annoyed and he will speak in such a high uncultured tone with me and by seeing his reaction, I asked him if he is going to hit me thats when he moved away. AND NOT ONLY THAT ALONG WITH UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY HAVE ALSO MESSED UP MY CAR, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX CARS PROPERLY.Not only that this uncultured man ANTHONY was asking questioning and laughing about where I had repaired it earlier. But that's none of his business he's getting paid and he should fix the car properly and BEHAVE PROPERLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS. I PAID TO GET MY CAR FIXED, ITS NOT LIKE I REPAIRED IT FOR FREE.I LIVE VERY CLOSE AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AND I WILL ALSO TELL PEOPLE NOT TO GO THEREI DONT KNOW IF HE IS THE OWNER OR WORKER, I WANT AN ANSWER TO THIS.EDIT- all the replies here to unsatisfactory reviews against them are poses. they say that they have been in business for 60 years but has such disgustingly low rating and reviewswhen i went there to get my car the man anthony was repeating himself that he is annoyed so he will yell and continue misheaving and yelling. i told him that i am the customer and he cant yell at me. but he told me after whatever happened i know you are not going to come back so i will continue yelling at you.first of all i will look into the matter and see if there is any new york city organization that helps female customers who have been assaultedand second i'm writing this review to aware other peopleServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Car towing

First rate!! An encounter with a towing company usually doesn't occur under the best circumstances. One is usually angry/ annoyed/ bummed out or a combination. Anthony and his team made the experience as painless as possible. Craig, the tow truck driver was friendly and efficient and gave me all the info I needed to follow up. Anthony worked efficiently with my insurance company and completed the repairs promptly. I couldn't be more satisfied.

These people use residential street parking for their tow trucks and are the first to show up with their tow truck if a parking lot calls them because people have no parking spots for their cars . Their tow trucks take up 2-3 parking spaces and they have a WHOLE garage for their use. Definitely reporting them to the city

Please avoid this place. I rarely give out 1 star ratings but this is one of those very few exceptions. People here take advantage of your own lack of knowledge with car parts to the extreme, and instead of being helpful toward others, charge you more than what is fair. If you so happen tochoose this place before doing enough research and second and third opinions (which most likely happens when your vehicle is totalled thus needing to rush your decisions) you will end up regretting it all as well as hemorrhaging your wallet for extra cash. My poor and unsatisfactory experience with Jamaica Auto Body embodies the true definition of despair and inhumanity. Thumbs down for the disservice.

HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company , came to my house to tow a car and was outside my house but did not tow the car from the front of my driveway, but they couldn t even call me and let me know they could not tow the car , I had to call them back when the office had my number and sent it to the driver who also had my number but they failed to let me know , they would have let me wait the whole day or who knows how long without even knowing that they can not tow the car. Very UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES ,when I spoke to them they hung the phone up on me multiple times and declined my calls after that then tried to take it personal and got in their feelings when they was WRONG .they can t tow the car car ? Cool. I m not mad at that I m mad they can not COMMUNICATE and let me know they can t do the job that s allService: Car towing

If a review of 0 stars was possible, then this business deserves it. I am a person who tries to be patient and understanding of people, giving them multiple chances.However, Jamaica Auto Body & Towing does its best to defraud customers at every turn: citing incorrect estimations, calling them free then charging $250 for estimates, turning up late to agreed towing times in order to artificially amplify your desperation, and even charging you extra if you offer to source the part elsewhere.This business is run by an irredeemable gang of criminals. I will be suing. I will be submitting complaints to the BBB and the FTC.And when the day comes that this place is shut down, I will spare no expense in organizing a parade on 5th Avenue to celebrate their closure.

Never take your car here for any type of body work.Should have known,when I saw an irrate white lady going off on them when I walked in.Anyway not only did it take them a few wks after they said,for me to get my car back,but when I did,the job they did was terrible.Im no expert,but anybody knows a good job when they see it.Take my advice,save yourself the headache and aggravation..I don't usually write reviews,and will usually give a person the benefit of the doubt,but in this case the quality of the work performed was just so poor,that I had to say something. Hopefully some one will be spared the experience I went through as a result

My car was towed here with a broken window, and then it rained... I called them twice before this happened and asked them to PLEASE cover the broken window. They didn't, not even a 30 cent trash bag. Interior is now super smelly.

I was already up set about my car being towed but hey its not there fault on that. And they was nice about it But the return service back sucked the driver park my car inside someone else's backyard who does that and then tell me thats where he found the car in front of but it wasn't and the return address clearly on the receipt where to return it. Then he tells me well it starts and drives, walked away and drove off leaving me to drive my car myself out my neighbor's backyard. Call his boss about it said he'll talk to him about u know what that mean nothing. So what did I actually pay for again?

These guys were honest and helpful. Allow me to keep my vehicle at his shop free of charge for two weeks after the repairs were done and he was paid.
