I'm happy to say I went last week to ask about a shifting issue I was having . I met Ralph who test drove my van . I asked him how to remedy issue he said he will maintenance the transmission but it will have to be next week. So I went back today and Ralph John and Vishu did a great done on my van and my shifting issues are gone . Thanks GLOBAL TRANSMISSION.Service: Transmission

Very professional at the start, the owner came up introduced and everything. I came to replace two solenoids and was quoted $250 for everything. The shop called saying i have to rebuild my trans. I declined because other owners had the same issue, rebuilding the trans wasn t the fix it was the solenoids. After i told them to install my parts, they again quoted me raising the price $200 more. Very unprofessional and scamming people, be careful when you come to this location.Service: Transmission

I always do my own work on my car but this job was to big for me without a lift I called global and was given a great price for a torque converter and seal. I had my transmission replaced on my 2004 Lincoln Aviator over 6 years ago. Driving by the shop today, brought back the memories of what a pleasure it was to have Ralph and his team of experts fix my car. They were priced right and did not take any shortcuts. I m not one to write reviews, but this is a must. I ve NEVER experienced an trust worthy mechanic like Ralph. He s honest, professional and a man of his words. Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. Workmanship is AWESOME and he ll have your vehicle back in a timing manner. You wouldn t regret it. Trust me! I didn t.

I took my dodge van to Ralph and I cant say enough how much I appreciate what he did for me and his price are more than fair. If anyone needs any work done to their car I highly recommend you take your car to global transmission and I know at 150% Ralph will do the right thing for you. His workers are good at what they do they are all professional and no one rushes you away they answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable to bring your car to them. I met with Mr. Ralph about an issue concerning the transmission slipping. We got in the car and drove around. Mr. Ralph was very professional, and explained why the car would be driving like that. He also reassured me it was not a big deal according to the computer diagnostics, and he would make a few adjustments. After making the adjustments the car drove how it should have... Mr. Ralph said if you feel like there is any more concerns about the transmission or anything else to bring the car back and he will take care of it. I have met with a lot of mechanics, and I can honestly say Mr. Ralph cares about his customers needs. If you have any issues or questions I recommend going here.

I brought my 2016 VW Jetta for an engine swap. Ralph got me an excellent price on a like new engine and completed the swap within 4 days. He was very communicative and professional.

I don't give that many 5 stars but trust and believe me this is quality and professional work. They rebuilt my 2009 MB's transmission at a fraction of what the MB car services quoted me. The owner Ralph is a genuine guy, you can tell right off the back that he stands behind his words. He gave me a year warranty so if any happens I can bring the car back to him. He puts genuine parts from the dealer so your mind can be at ease.

I have to share this last week my F150 transmission wen bad and put it thru my warranty and they give you a choice of few main facility's in my area the work whit them i had make my choice "global transmission" at first was felling skeptical till got there i had meet whit Ralph , right away this guy got on the car and give me an immediate dynastic and make me feel i was in good hands, my truck was back on the road in 3 days,new built transmission there is no monkey business here, you will be treat it with respect and very honest crew, remember 2 things you need in life a good mechanic and good doctor. lol hard to find. i will see you Ralph for all my mechanical needs.

Had an emergency - my car all of a sudden when I needed to shift to reverse was stuck in drive and the stick shift moved freely! It eventually was stuck in park but I couldn't park my car let alone take the key out. Called up and came in. What I thought was a severe problem was fixed within 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend the shop to anyone.

hi i own a 1999 audi a6 wagon my transmission went bad i only have two gears i was very sad i love my wagon so i came to them the owner told me price i was shocked i was very happy sometimes when you own car since 2001 you feel sad to let it go so i said to the owner please can you help me the guy was very nice they fixed and rebuild my transmission i got warranty them this guys are good i still own the car the transmission work so good thank you guys very much for rescue my beloved car Filip and Sebastian

Take for ever to fix my car after the transmission that they fixed not even 6 months ago stop working. It took them 5 days to fix it and I have Warranty I didn't feel satisfied with how they handle my car all because they didn't do a good job in the beginning
