I came to General Auto Body Works to get my car fixed after it was hit. When I first came Justin provided me with an accurate and reasonable quote. From reading the reviews and seeing some of their work I knew my car would come out looking great. I initially went in for front and back bumper damage and Justin looked out and touched every mark/ spec on my car. It so shiny and just absolutely beautiful. MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW AS IF IT JUST CAME STRAIGHT FROM A MERCEDES DEALERSHIP. This is definitely my new body shop and mechanic. I plan on bringing my other vehicles here for work next week haha! Couldn t be any happier with the service from Justin and his dads body shop. Always feel like a part of the family when I m there. The turn around time is great down to custom work, insurance work, performance and regular maintenance work. They do it all in a timely fashion and professionally as well. I take pride in their work and so do they. They did great custom work and paint to my 2020 Supra and I couldn t be any happier with the results, this is the only shop my car goes to besides the dealer. 100% recommend.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I literally couldn t thank General Auto Body more, my car looks brand new! The care and details put into my car were amazing. My car was involved in a hit and run and needed a lot of work. Justin, especially, took care of everything. He helped me with rental care service, he assured me my car was in good hands and he delivered my car ahead of schedule. I was very worried throughout the process but Justin kept me in the loop for every single detail. I appreciate the care and professionalism these guys put into every step of the process. As a woman, dealing with shops can be difficult alone but this shop felt like family. I highly recommend General Auto Body, they will take care of you!Service: Body & Trim

My family and I have had excellent experience with this business. They provide updates along the way and Justin has been absolutely helpful, educating, and kind throughout the process. My car got side swiped while I was parked. I called the next Morning and they told me to stop by, I got there and was helped by Justin. They were very helpful with calling the insurance to start the claim and professional throughout the whole process. Went above and beyond ! Definitely will be using their services from now on. If you re looking for a good auto body shop to take your baby I recommend coming to general auto body works Justin his father and the crew will make sure your car is in fantastic hands.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

After hitting a bump, my exhaust pipe broke up and was dangling. It had happened before so I knew all I needed was welding done. The rest of the muffler was intact. I was recommended this spot and it was nearby so it worked for me. After getting there, I waited 15 minutes which was fine. The guy in charge came over to my car, gave a quick glance at the exhaust pipe (literally a second!) and told me I need a new muffler! He didn't look at it long enough to determine that and he definitely didn't ask me anything else! I questioned him about it being the muffler and he assured me I needed a new one and that I should return in the morning so he can fix it. As a woman I know how challenging it is for us to go to autoshops and know it is easy to get taken advantage of because some mechanics assume we don't know and will trust them blindly. I knew better and took my car to a MUFFLER shop where they confirmed I only needed welding and my muffler was perfectly fine. Shame on this place for trying to take advantage of someone in need of their help!

Justin did a great job on both the repairs to my front drivers side and rear, as well as the complete repainting of my car. The paint is even and beautiful and you can t tell it ever had any dings and dents at all. He was professional, courteous, quick and had a good sense of humor. As a woman it s very intimidating to go into car shops and he made the whole experience easy. 10/10 would tell everyone to get their body work done with him.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I can t say thank you enough for the work done on my car and the professionalism and care of General Auto Body Works. I was involved in a hit and run and from the roadside of my accident through having my car dropped off and rental returned Justin made the entire process painless. Justin helped me roadside with getting my claim started, and dropped me at enterprise to get my loaner. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process of my vehicle repair and dropped my car off with it looking shiny and new. General Auto Body Works has a customer for life! I highly recommend General Auto Body Work shop for body work and remote starter. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. Great place of business with precise work with cars. I have been coming to General Auto working with Justin and Bird for years and never once had an issue with work needed for my cars. They are professional and provide great quality of work to their customers. I highly recommend this shop for any car needs big or small.

I first discovered and used this shop in December 2017 when my 2018 leased toyota CH-R crossover got vandalized in BK. The process was painless and the repairs were done with factory parts. They ensured my car was thoroughly clean both inside and outside before calling me to pick up. The second time was recently when I got into an accident during one of the snowstorms. I called them and they came to the scene within 15 min and helped me with driving the car to the shop at no additional cost. I was a bit traumatized for the first 5 hrs after the accident. They allowed me to sit for as long as i needed (2hrs after all paperwork was completed and rental arrived).I was too nervous to drive home so they arranged for one of the mechanics to drive me home in the rental. They kept me up to date with the entire repair process. Again, my car was returned to me looking brand new.I finally found an autobody shop where I can get all repairs done PROFESSIONALLY with EXCELLENT customer service!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the General auto body team to all my family and friends. Justin and Bird are very humble, hardworking and patient leaders of the team. This shop is a hidden gem. Go check them out and I guarantee you wont regret it

This shop is amazing ! I had an accident a few weeks ago , I called them and in less than 15 minutes the tow truck showed up . They took care of everything, from the rental to the insurance and took care of me when I was a shaken up by the accident . They called me often to give me updates and I knew I was in great hands . I received my car back and it looked brand new ! They cleaned and polished the inside and out. Definitely would recommend ! Thank you Bird & Sharda!

My go to spot to fix my car. Love the management when you go you feel like you are part of the family. Your car with be fixed but they go above and beyond to make sure it is safe for you to drive. I honestly feel my car drives like I just got it off the lot every time. They are friendly and make sure they help fulfill your need and ease your concerns.

they did a phenomenal job on my car i recommend them to anyone thats looking for a high quality professional job done THE RIGHT WAY WITH OEM PARTS. My 2017 car left general auto body looking like a 2019 car fresh off the dealer ship floor . I never thought my car would be able to look and drive the same due to suspension and frame damage but the equipment and skills of their team made it all happen and saved me from having to go put money down on a new-car God forbid my car got totaled. Definitely a company that does quality work . They even sent my wheels out to get refinished and powder coated black. i have been to other body shops in the past and was never treated like this before. I was treated like family and I was treated with respect and they took care of my car and even took care of minor scratches as a courtesy these guys are awesome. It is very hard to find a good professional company that does not cheat their customers thank God I found them I will be returning very soon. Thank you bird Justin and the rest of the crew

Went here after being side swiped by another driver . They fixed everything and had my car looking brand new. Excellent job on my Porsche transfer case. Has been doing all my body work and mechanic for at least 15 years now with no problem. Would definitely recommend this company. Very honest and great service.

This is a complete Autobody and mechanic shop. They do expert mechanical diagnostics and repairs. They use the latest computerized systems. They have their own tow truck road service. They work with insurance companies and claims. They take care of all parts ordering for vehicles. Paint matching, glass repairs, dent removal, spray painting, polishing.

Dishonest people , horrible customer service bad smell in the office chep .They storege my car for lees then a week but they did all they could to keep the car longer with then so they could charge more money from the insurance, they threatened us not giving us the realease peaper . So i could take the car to auntorized body shop from the Insurance . We call our insurance so they could handle the situation tell them if they don't give us the car we could call the police bc they don't have saying in my car were i take it too .

Paint started to bubble 2 days after professional job was said to be done. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE NOT BEST IN TOWN, WITH WORK OR PRICES AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED.The owner has bad customer service when the bubbled paint was bought to his attention.

A tow truck driver with a expired license are you serious !!! He moved my car just 2 blocks away and charged me 160$$$ for that don t recommend this guys for tow
