One of the best mechanic shops I've been to. Donovan is so nice and knowledgeable. Took my 2009 BMW 328xi to get repaired for a thermostat issue and they fixed the issue at a much lower price than what BMW tried to charge me for the repair. My car had other issues that they looked into and assured me that they were nothing to be too concerned about (my car is old but it runs nicely). No up-selling, no gimmicks, no lies, just honest workers. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend anyone with a German made car to go here. Because they do excellent work. I took my Audi Q7 here because when I would be driving and hit 60 mph my car would start shaking. Come to find out I needed new rotors and I also got my brakes done along with a oil change and wheel alignment while I was here. The mechanic Donovan did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The pricing was reasonable because if I would've taken my car to Audi I would've been paying way more money.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

Donovan, Frankie and the whole crew are good. They take care of everything my car has been struggling with. They saved my engine by diagnosing oil leaks in 4 different parts and later fixed my bushings in my steering column that always provided noises when I drive.They are highly professional and honest. They are laid back and provide culture. They are authentic, with no gimmicks. Lastly, affordable prices for what your car is dealing with.

Don t go here I had my insurance do a claim with them they never followed throw them for nys unclaimed funds the people won t help me with the reclaiming my fund that my insurance did

Took my car there and they were very helpful and professional. As a woman I hate going to the mechanic because they usually over charge me. I was surprise to see they were very reasonable and even told me that I didn t need to fix what this other mechanic had told me I need to fix right away. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended by a friend to go here when my starter went on my bmw. After fixing the starter he fixed a problem that would have costed me a new engine. Donovan and his team is on point and will continue to service all of my vehicles moving forward. A God send mechanic who's truthful and upfront on everything.

Excellent customer service, reasonable rates and I really liked the feedback info on how to care for my car. Super mechanics were servicing different high end cars ( BMWs, Audis and Mercedes) on my visit. Will always return.

Took my Bmw 07 328xi (recommended by a friend) to change my AC compressor which was shot, took my car there took care of the situation immediately, great Mechanics and truthful and willing to work with you, affordable pricing for repairs. Will definitely come back.

First World Car Specialist(FWCS) is the BEST car specialists in Queens by far! The owner not only knowledgable but he's also very professional, and passionate about helping every client that walks through his doors. His staff is very hardworking and kind.I was so pleased after my visit, I told my mom, sisters and few friends who also had car issues, about FWCS and they are beyond satisfied.Should you choose to visit FWCS, you'll NOT be disappointed.

If you own a bmw then this is the place for your bmw repairs !!! D and his team of experts will get to the bottom of your Mechanical issues. You wasted money on the rest NOW go to the BEST! If they can not fix your cars problem/s it needs to go to the scrap metal yard.
