Worst place to take your car, absolutely WORST!!! They will make you pay for half a** job.. the customer service at this establishment is abysmal. The staff members were rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely disinterested in helping me with my car troubles. It felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If you love your car trust me!!

Horrible customer service from the receptionist to the manager, Very rude, they act as if they are doing you a favor, when you are a paying customer. Extremely long wait times even with a scheduled appointment. Difficult to get in contact with, Very unprofessional shop, they don't do bad work but they are extremely frustrating.

I had Rico come and tow my 2022 car, not only did he call to let us know he was arriving on time.. but he listened. Brought all the work equipment, was on time and got my car to the repair shop fast and safe. I would give 10 stars very polite and knowledgeable

Nobody could fix my car. Other mechanics were sending me to the dealership. Eurowise fixed my car properly and quickly. I saved a lot of money with them. The receptionist was very nice too. Five stars everything was perfect.

I really don t know where to begin. I was referred to get specific job done. The first time they had my car for 6 months. And I was told a new engine was being put into my car. Although I don t know how true this was because after receiving my bmw back the car stopped on me on my way to work. So I had to call my insurance to tow the car back to them which cost me an extra few dollars. Due to the tow location. So now we are in January. I didn t receive my car for another 6 months. Calling no answer. Then when someone finally answered the phone I was giving the run around. Never a logical update about when my car would be fixed or finished. Also while they had my vehicle a ticket for parking next to a hydrant was placed on my car. And the only way I found out about that was due to paying another ticket. Mind you they just recently paid that ticket due to me calling just about everyday until it was finally resolved. Also my passenger side mirror was secretly replaced with a after market mirror when I know for a fact that it wasn t the original manufacture mirror. Now as far as my bmw I still have the same issues that I had before the car was giving to them. They were paid through my warranty as well. Now to keep a customers car for all these months you would think that my car would be running at its best. I went to multiple auto shops including BMW and they all informed me that my vehicle wasn t properly serviced nor were parts put back in the places they should be. Which caused other damages to my car. The only thing that I could say that they did do was detail my vehicle inside and out. I highly recommend you go the opposite way when bringing your vehicle to this shop. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth a dime of your money or your time.Service: Engine repair

Unreliable, not trust worthy, Long waiting time, Unprofessional, drives the customer cars recklessly, doesn't accept responsibility for customers vehicles if any damages occur while in their possession instead they will deny and try to blame the customer instead. You will be advised to come whatever time they tell you to, however when you do arrive at the scheduled time for servicing it never happens at the scheduled time. Lastly, the mechanics displays a Lack of attention to details when working on the vehicles.

This place is awesome. The young fellow names Nick helped me with my car. It needed a tune up and an oil change. He was so friendly and helpful! He showed me features on my car I didn't even know I had! lol. The owner there is great too. Pricing is reasonable. My BMW X5 drives like new! I also took my moms Honda there. Highly recommend them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stay away!!!! Had my bmw for 7 weeks parked my car on the street got me 4 tickets. Gave me the run around then over priced me on the repairs. Charged me double what the dealer quoted. This place is the worse place to take your car to. If you are Jamaican, he could attend to you fast but if u don't speak his language, trust me, you car won't be worked on, it's will sit for months. He will give it to people to drive around. He will keep posting and posting you for month before your car will be ready and if it's ready, you should be ready for ridiculous price. Very horrible place and the owner.

I was looking for a good shop to take my bmw to be fixed. Seeing that they specialized on the bmw brand and that they have 95% of the cars parked outside are bmw. I choose this shop. Now I understand why they have over 30 bmw cars all around and across the street. They don t finish any car they just pile it up there . This shop is not a bmw specialist . My car was at this shop for almost a year. Hicky the owner had me come back saying my car would be done at a certain time more then 50 occasion. I finally got fed up and decided to just pick up my car . My car came out in worse shape then what it when in as . Plus a hit on my front bumper . And a couple of thousand dollars less in my pocket. My car has more problems now then before . I wouldn t recommend this shop to my worst enemy. This shop is a scam just look at how many bmw they have parked outside all waiting to be worked on . I have my receipts for work that was done and never repaired. Stay away .Look them up on better business bureau.

When it comes to mechanics and auto shops it gets no worse than this. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. STAY CLEAR. They have no concept of punctuality. Mechanics is too lazy to put back the covering under your car. When asked for an oil change I don t know if I got one because the oil meter was never reset. They would hold your cars for days before they even start working on it. Eurowise does not care about their customers. Only the friends that come to the shop.

My muffler broke and thought it was gonna be a nice little penny to fix, this handsome mechanic w dreads(I love dreads ) did a likkle welding and sent me on my way for less than 100$ and he did an amazing job. so yea I recommend this place to all my peoples peace and love

After dropping $1000 on a complete brake job that included parts bought on the outside, they tried to convince me that I needed new brand new brake pads because the brake sensor was malfunctioning. After checking it myself, it was nothing more than a bent pin inside the terminal harness that was not making contact; thus showing a brake pad sensor malfunction. I m glad I listen to that little voice. I don t think I will ever go back to these people ever again.

These ppl don t have a clue as to what they re doing. They re very unprofessional the dreadlocks guy is not very friendly,the guy that owns the place is ok,but when it comes to fixing cars it s a trial and error game that they indulge in. I know a bit about cars, however the car needed to be put on a lift, so I took my car to these ppl and they made a very simple fix a lot worse ,they also took the entire day. only go to these ppl if you like spending money and not get your vehicle repaired.

Terrible terrible terrible. First off this dude was drunk. I hadn't realized until he ran over his Sawzall on the ramp with my chevy tahoe. I went there for a muffler delete and turn out both his joints were leaking on the top of the joint. He also cracked my flex pipe cause he was too damn lazy to use a 45�. So in conclusion this muffler delete cost me 525 dollars. Thanks EUROWISE

This place only takes your money and make your car worst. There are over 30 cars there unfinished or completely destroyed from several years ago and non of them are properly fixed up to this date , theyre just there for show just to invite u to take your hard earned money.Theyre expensive, unreliable and such a disapointment. The last time I was there they total someone elses car. Please.. DON'T GO THERE unless u wanna pay $1000.00 BUCKS just to change your brakes.

(1) That place is a ripoff.(2)They would charge you for repairs and don t do the repairs(3) they don t return calls(4) they would keep your car for weeks to do repairs and park in the bus lane.(5) please don t take your car there!!

Part of the pipes and the muffler were replaced. The car was transformed into a Cinderella with new mufflers. My friend was satisfied with the work and the resulting purr of the engine. Master muffler Patrick did a great job he is highly recommended

Very unreliable, frustrating service. Never called back as promised. No updates, never answer phone when called. Worked on my car 3 times before problem was resolved, but still forgot to work on another issue even though reminded several times.

WASTE OF MONEY I am in the middle of moving away and because my car needs to get checked up before I leave for my long drive so I took it into this shop to get it tuned up or checked out and for the small problems to get fixed and they kept my car way longer than they should.They kept my car an additional 4 days for general repairs and tuning it is it does not take that long for my car to be fixed, being that it s just small problems. On the day they said that my car will be fixed I called and the mechanic told me I should wait an additional day just to receive my car!..Mind you I m in the middle of moving so I m about to move out of the state, I cannot wait an additional day and when I told the mechanic that he was very unprofessional and rude to me, wouldn t allow me to even allow me to speak and told me to come and get my car without it being fixed, AMAZING SERVICE GUYS Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love the quality of service I get from the staff, I bring my mom car for quite few things & we always save money. Maintaining a Mercedes can be expensive
