I was told about this place by a friend and decided to give them a try and I m more than glad that I did, Pito was straight up professional and gave detailed answers for all of my questions. Pito did an amazing job on my car, just look at my before and after pictures attached. He helped me throughout the whole process; with communicating with my insurance to getting me a car rental and constantly updating me every step of the way. Even though my repairs were done a little over 6 months ago, everything still runs like new. Amazing place to take your car to, PITO was really helpful and a man of his word, gave us a 2 week time period for our car to get fixed. He was really helpful and kept us updated every other day. The work is amazing. PPG paint specialist. If you own a foreign car or any car with a special paint. They will match it and make your car look brand new. I would refer this place to anyone. He even went out his way and installed a few cosmetic parts that i had in my garage for our vehicle. Great person! GO TO PITO. 100% smooth process.

Let me tell you! The absolute best body shop in queens by far. Pito and the staff were extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire process. My car was vandalized recently and they took care of everything for me. With everything going on these days they had me at ease and truly made the process stress free. They set me up with a rental company, guided me through my insurance claim and even had my truck spotless by the time I picked it up. I m not one to leave reviews but these guys truly outdid themselves. My truck is now better then before. Thanks again guys !!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop is the best! I have worked in the automotive industry for 8 years now, so to say I m super skeptical is an understatement. Pito personally explained to me all the work he was going to do, what my insurance would pay for, and what it would cost me out of pocket. Great place, came here to get my car fixed through my insurance. The manager was very professional and handled all the communications efficiently. The whole front of my car needed to be replaced, and they fixed it with a quick turnaround time. And they even threw in some free gifts!Later on, it turned out my condenser was leaking due to a faulty part from the repair. These guys quickly ordered me another and replaced for free, and very quickly.I'd highly recommend this auto shop, they do an excellent job.

Got my car done at Classic back in October. The whole process was professional, and fast( which I loved) A load of stress was lifted the minute I dropped off my car. Pito and all the crew took good care of my car, and I got it back looking brand new and at a timely manner. I definitely will bring my car (or the next car) back to them for any body work needs.

First and for most i would like to thank the atuomotive craft team for the wonderful they gave me while dealing with my car issue. The level of professionalism and quality was off the charts. Best auto body shop in queens. Their work is exceptional. They work with all insurance companies, and they get the work done fast. I have been going here for 10 years. No nonsense shop. They work with you and do it right the first time. Anthony or Pito will take care of everything

Thank You for an amazing service. Even tho me being in different state and car getting repaired at your facility in NY Pito kept me in loop and gave such a good response to all of my calls. At first I was being confused since me being from different state and not knowing about Classic automotive and where I should get my car repair but when I spoke to Pito for the First time he said "Trust me I will get your car brand new and I'll provide you with best service." He delivered on that.Highly recommend

Classic did a great job on my car, I highly recommend them anyone who needs their car repaired. Pito and Anthony kept me updated on everything that was going on with the car, they were also very patient in dealing with the insurance company. Honestly my car couldn't have looked any better these guys do good work.

The staff here especially Pito are beyond professional. They are informative, understanding and answered every question I was concerned with about my vehicle. When I returned to get my car, the car looked new and spotless. I highly recommend them!

Dont bring your car to this shop. The worker behind the desk talks a good one he's going to tell you all of these things he's going todo for your car and do the complete opposite so he can make money through your insurance. They don't use new parts everything after market and repairs but going to tell your insurance company otherwise. Pito is a no go so when you hear his name go the other way. Great experience with them, first everyone super helpful. Especially the gentleman in the front, Turned a terrible day into a good one, my Toyota Corolla was hit, they helped me through the process, made sure I was taken care, they didn t just let me figure out everything on my own, I would ve been lost, help me getting my rental, car was on time. This is a great body shop. Had my car fixed here a week ago and they did an amazing job. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it out of the showroom. The owners Shanna and Anthony are super professional and so accommodating. They made sure all my questions were answered and went out of there way to make sure I had my car back within 2 days because they knew I needed it asap to get back and forth to work. Highly recommended.

I am 73, have three cars and won't take any of them, including my beast Rubicon any where else.The manager Pito continually gives more than he has to to satisfy your needs.Fought for my rights more than once with the insurance company.

I recommend this body shop to all! New York is the worst place to have a car. You can t keep your car anywhere without a-holes messing it up. I got into a bad car accident a few weeks ago where both the front and back of my car was messed up. I picked it up and it was looking better than it did straight off the lot at the dealership. I took my friend there as well to get her car fixed and she couldn t believe her eyes. The customer service is great. Speak to Anthony or Pito. They get straight to the point and know exactly what they are doing. I said it before and I ll say it again, No other body shop will touch hands on my car except for Classic Auto!

I was referred to Classic Automotive Crafts by a good friend, telling me they do great work and are extremely friendly to work with. As soon as I got there, I was told that they would be able to help me right away and repair my car. Everyone in the shop was so friendly. If you ever need a reliable honest shop go to, Classic. You will not be disappointed.

Had my 2021 RAV4 repaired here the quality of the job is amazing, everything looks brand new! Only complaint that I have is the amount of time it took for them to finish the job. I was initially promised 2 weeks, but it turned into 4 weeks. However, it was definitely worth the wait.Will update my review in a few months to make sure this is a solid 5* job
