VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , I had to get my tire fix which cost about $15 I wasn t aware that they didn t accept Apple Pay or at least zelle. Left my card at home one of the workers there couldn t even find common ground to see if they are able to see if someone else have Apple Pay but instead. Started ignoring me and blocking my entrance out of the shop. OVER 15$ DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT COME HERE. PS MAKE A SIGN SO PEOPLE KNOW YOU DONT TAKE APPLE PAY.

Never had a problem with any tires that I ve had repaired here. Work here is honest. Prices are very fair. Work performed is done with knowledge and professionalism. I had 4 tires repaired here last year: 2021 GMC terrain tire and qty 2 GMC Yukon 21 s. And a 2010 dodge caravan tire. 3 were patched and 1 plug. All the work performed was done in a timely manner and has held up flawlessly. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs repairs done at an affordable price and quality work.

If you're a woman, they will try to get over on you that's # 1. I find that really messed up! The prices here for women are more than men. Very sneaky also will try to put on a bad tire on your car if you're not paying attention. I will not be coming back just tired of it all.

SO FIRST OFF they lied about how many tires needed replacing trying to get over ! Then I just recently took my car to a tire shop the day before everything was fine. All of a sudden the next day I go here he claims my rim is cracked and charged me $15+ to seal i. WHEN HE CRACKED IT !when I have a brand new car and the rim was never a problem. And wasn t the day before. If I could leave zero stars I would

Rubin and his guys are awesome! i had a flat tire and no spare. AAA was of no help at the JFK airport. I got towed over to Charlies Pit Stop at midnight and they had me up and running in 20 minutes. Great work!!!

Very disappointed! Each time you go to the shops its all new people that doesn't know what's going on. I made it there this morning almost on my rims. Obviously I had a punctured tire. This guy put air in my tire and told me I need to go check my rims. Drove all the way to Suffolk to work. Came out on my break and had a completely flat tire. Took it to a tire shop to find out I had a nail in my tire the whole entire time. At one point you guys had knowledgeable people working at the shop. These lunatics you all have now knows nothing at all.

They are thieves. Do not take your vehicles there. I was warned and didn t listen and had my wheel lock stolen. Tried asking if they perhaps forgot to give it back or to see where they placed it on my vehicle and all they could say is we should have giving it back. Well they didn t I would ve know obviously. Straight thieves!

Charlie's tire shop is the best. I brought 2 brand new tires for my Honda Accord. They beat Mavis tire shop. God bless them. I also appreciate the prompt service and them being open for service 24 hours. I went there after midnight. Needing a tire. Brought the 2 tire . By the afternoon. Much respect

$10 for a plug, everybody else charge $7 overcharge but excellent service. Professional grade stuff. I had a nail in my tire everywhere I went they tried to sell me a new tire instead. I came to Charlie's pit they plug the tire without even taking it off.

After calling a half dozen other places I finally found the right tire for my flat here, pulled up and had a new one installed within 15 minutes. Great service, very friendly and helpful.

For what they do (and what my car needed urgently at midnight last night was a bit removed from what they normally do) Charlie s is quick, inexpensive, and helpful overall. I hope never to need them again, but if I ever do I ll certainly be calling them.

It's the first snow storm of the year freezing temperatures I get a flat, tire rim is kissing the ground. Pulled into a closed gas station called emergency road side assistance it's 1:30 am cold and I am by myself tired hungry and okay kinda scared. Anyways I was informed I would have to wait 3 to 4 hrs for a tow truck. So I cancelled said a prayer lol not kidding God is good, then googled 24 hr tire repair. Dahhh. They picked up the phone! Told the man what's wrong with the tire. He calmed me down and told me to go extremely slow like in crawl mode slow sloth slow get it don't put your foot on the gas slow to the repair shop (by the grace of God they where half a mile away) got there. There was another person ahead of me. Had to wait my turn no problem I was happy as can be I made it to the shop. I got a new tire. Price was great. I Notice previous comments about the rates. Please note Rates are posted on a huge sign by the entrance. Let's be real tires are not cheap I expected to pay way more than what I paid. These guys work in all types of weather and hours. Rates are excellent compared to the tire stores rates. Charlie's Pit Stop have used tires as well. I suggest if you don't have the money to pay for fix, used or new tire and times are hard then I suggest you fix your own flat. I want to thank the the two men who worked on Sunday morn January 8, 2017 during the snow storm in this freezing weather doing the graveyard shift. Especially the guy who took my call and replaced my tire. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I appreciate your help and patience.PS Make sure you leave them a tip they deserve it!!!

Went in for a patch and the tire went flat that same night.Brought it to another shop and they showed me their work. Very poor workmanship.

Be careful at this tire shop. I went here on a flat that I bairley drove on and my truck is new only had it for 2 months out the dealer. If u see a tall big dark skin guy don't trust him. He told me I needed a new tire because they work off commission. I didn't agree with him so I told him to put on my spear. He charged me $10. He sd he didnt" want to risk his life and for the tire to blow up in his face" like he was talking to a dummy! So I went to another place the next day on my spear and my original tire was pluged and put on. The guy who plugged it said the tire rubed a little but I could use it again. If I do have a flat on it again better to change it; I accepted. Lastly, you can't always trust these guys especially if your a woman. This guy thought he could get over on me but he didn't make his commission off me that day. By the way he also sound like he's from Guyana, he has ana accent. Again he's tall dark skin and husky built.

Too expensive they charge me 20$ for plugI didn't ask the price first just make sure you guys ask theme before getting flat fix at this location.

Fast and friendly!!! They work in all weather 24/ 7 days a week!!! I'm so glad cause it was very cold and I didn't have to get out my car!!!

In the pouring rain at 8:30 at night He didn't even try to take advantage of me and my mother. We were out of there within 10 minutes. The guy was AWESOME

Flat at JFK Airport at 5am. Called, answered right away. Told me to come by now. (5am). Tire replaced and I drove away in less than 15 minutes. Excellent response and service. Thank you King.

Very very helpful, willing and able to come to my location to fix a flat as I wasn't able to come to them, King (tire serviceman) was excellent in not only fixing the flat but making sure other elements were in proper condition without breaking my pocket.

I had an issue with my Nissan sensor Valve, I came back right and fixed it for free without attitude or with great pleasure! Best place to get used, new and get your tires fix!

Open 24 hrs if you ever had a flat in the middle of the night or worked a double shift to find out you have a flat ! Very convenient and easy to find
