I was very happy with the service and the repair of my car. Paul was terrific. He explained everything that needed to be done. I received a copy of the initial and final paperwork via email. I dropped my car off on 9/27/23 and picked it up on 10/6 23.An added surprise was when I got my car back and the interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off!Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use them.I'm not great at taking pictures but here's the before and after.Services: Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

My car was hit by a bus which caused alot of damage to the left rear end/side of my truck. I went thru Geico to find a place for repair. I came across ALL IN ALL AUTOMATIVE on the list of places available. I googled them and there wasn't one bad review, and that's the reason I chose them and I'm glad I did. They were very professional and friendly. He estimated 3 weeks depending on part availability. And I got my truck back 18 days later. I was speechless when i saw her!!! It looked amazing, brand new, and just absolutely dope!!!! I would definitely recommend this place for body work!! You will not be disappointed!! I dropped my car off to get fixed because the chrome was slightly off due to a biciclyst who side swiped my front bumper as well as left scratches with paint taken off. When I went back to pick up my car it looked like brand new. These guys were very professional from drop off to pick up. They even cleaned and vacuumed my car in which they told me they d do before pick up. Im really happy with their service as my insurance recommended this place. I would definitely recommend this place for any one who may be looking for car repairs. I was really impressed with how I got my car back. Not to mention how close it was to home and is in the cut. I must ve driven passed that place so many times and never realized it was there.

Very well put together shop. My second time here for 2 different vehicles, and I can say they do magnificent work. One was a 20 year old car, and one was new. Either way vehicle was washed and looked like it was from a showroom. Got my truck back in only 3 days. Highly recommended thanks, Adam

I went All-n-all Automotive to fix my bumper. I found this place through Geico. This place is a GEM. Everyone is so friendly, professional and decent. I had to change my whole front bumper but it only took less than 2 days. I was so impressed by their works. They made everything so easy and simple. I would definitely recommend this place for auto work and will definitely coming back here for all of my auto works!

Before we even get to the great job they did repairing my car after I was rear ended I went to pick up my car today and right there when I get in is my son s Apple Watch which had been missing for months. They obviously found it in the car and left it for me! So incredibly honest and greatly appreciated by me. They have excellent customer service. I was able to drop off my car and pick up the rental at their shop. The job was finished on time and the car looks brand new. I can t say enough about how easy and painless this whole experience was.

Simply the best! Everyone was professional, no nonsense, exceptional experts regarding repairing my vehicle that had been in an accident. GEICO sent me to this location and I'm so glad they did. The procedure of the ordering of parts, estimated time of return, my rental from Enterprise, and any questions I asked was explained to me simply and in great detail. I received my vehicle earlier than expected. I give this place and all staff here 5 stars!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Today, 7/30/2022, I just picked up my car - a 2021 white Ford Explorer Platinum from this auto repair shop. I just need to tell everybody how good they truly are. I usually don t write reviews because I do not have the time but I had to make the time to write this for this place.I traveled many miles to have my car fixed here based on the reviews I read online about them.They were very professional, courteous, efficient. Their work on my car was of very high-quality. They finished much earlier than the estimated date they had given me. Enterprise car rental is on site. Making drop off & pick up convenient. Shorty is the name of the person who attended to me when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up today. He was simply fantastic. He was courteous, he related well, was very patient and he showed great customer service.He then asked me to see Paulie, who I believe is the owner and I need to let him know how highly I think of him. He is running a fantastic business. Especially with great customer service, his warmth and his attention to details. Right from when you meet him, you feel that he is someone you can trust.Adam at the business office upstairs was also very helpful, courteous and great.No matter where you are in New York City this is the place to go. Great work and highly recommended shop. They were very quick with fixing my car and great at communicating with what was being worked on. It was an easy transition from dropping off my car to getting a rental at the same spot. I was able to get my car back and fully fixed l within 2 days, much quicker than expected. Thank you guys for getting my car brand new looking!

My car had a nasty crash on the door when I took my car in. They say about 2 weeks they gave me a rental took 3 weeks but when i got my car back WOW brand new. Super clean like amazing job they did it was just wow i was extremely happy with the results. Definitely they know what they are doing. Excellent customer service and excellent work thanks Toni and Gustavo

This was one of the best experience I have had with a auto repair shop(under the circumstances). Everyone was courteous and polite, and worked speedy. They kept me informed on my car's progress and even finished before the estimate date. On Christmas Day I was involved in a freak accident. I was in need of an auto repair at the most inconvenient time of the year. Fortunately I was in luck. Days later, a few days before the New Year began my car insurance set me up for an assessment of damages with an auto adjuster at All N All Automotive Repair that name was a perfect fit. Not only did they assess my damages, they were able to do a phenomenal job repairing my damages, and provided a car rental through onsite Enterprise Rental. My customer service experience was top notch. Adam took care of my paperwork, while Gus assessed my damages. Shorty transferred all of the items I had in my vehicle to the rental car, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the repairs as well as the process. Gus was extremely knowledgeable and explained my damages and the repair process in an extremely professional manner. I was kept abreast of the process every step of the way. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was greeted in the office by Toni who accepted my payment. Gus walked me through the repairs completed on my vehicle and Shorty transferred all of my belongings from the rental car to my vehicle. Overall I had an amazing experience with All N All Automotive Repair and would recommend them in a heartbeat!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

At first This company took my car & observe three people then propose me if I gave extra 500 dollars car repair ( Geico deductible is different) but I didn t agree & I told whatever Geico pay that s ok . This company took my car.After one day Geico call me return your car because this company doesn t repair. Now you understand what situation. So before you think.

Have been a loyal All-n-All customer for 10 years now. Used their services for multiple cars between standard servicing to body repair work. They are very professional, courteous and respectful. We always know where the work being performed stands with them as they keep us fully up to date on repairs/servicing. you can trust them to provide the beat options for what you need. I was so nervous about fixing my Lexus RC 350 after being t-boned in an accident. All n All Automotive made my car look like new . I have no complaints at all so far. They took everything into consideration and explained each step to me . Shorty was very helpful and made me feel comfortable when leaving my car there. Gus worked on my car and was also really nice. Enterprise was already available which made my experience even smoother. My car was done in about 2 weeks . Thank you so much All n All ! I will post an update if anything.

I must publicly say a big thank you to All N All Automotive! My car was in a collision and I reached out to All N All Automotive because my car was repaired there before and I was completely satisfied. Toni, Adam, Paul & DC made the process smooth and easy (again). Enterprise was on site and so I was able to get a rental the same day I dropped my car off for repair. Within less than 20 minute, they took my car in, discussed the damages, put me in a rental with a really good daily rate, and gave me an estimated time of when they'll be done. They've both Hertz and Enterprise on site at very reasonable prices and are in contract with State Farm and Geico. They do all the fixes in house and have showed me their own very professional looking paint room.Previously, they did an amazing job fixing a rear panel shredded by a passing vehicle while parked. Likewise, I'm confident they'll do the same magic on this vehicle.Having both the shop and rental under the same roof and everyone in the shop being so friendly definitely soothens a very unfortunate situation.Service: Body & Trim

My Dads a retired auto dealer so I grew up in garages like these -- and I honestly cant say enough about this place. The entire establishment runs like a well oiled machine and everyone was so friendly, helpful and considerate.As soon as I walked through the door, the warm and inviting TONI was there to take care of me -- and the wonderful service happily went uphill from there. Gustav, the great, put me at ease with my repair and walked me through the entire process. He was incredibly knowledgable, honest, kind, patient and personable. He generously checked in with me every couple of days -- and with a quick turnaround, I was back in my Rogue ready to ride. Genuine parts, pristine paint job, my baby runs smoother than it did before. He even saved me a vile of my paint color for future use.I live in Manhattan but will gladly be making the trip to All N All for all my future auto needs -- Look no further folks.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

They took care of me very well I am more than satisfied with the results of the car. They were clear, professional and did an amazing job in a short period of time. Shorty is the man, he knows his stuff, very friendly and helpful, from the jump he explained what he needed to tell me efficiently and clearly. I definitely recommend them.

I am new in the Queens area and I needed to find a place for oil changes etc. I saw that all n all does both mechanical and body work so I figured I d give them a try. From start to finish my experience was amazing. They were super quick and efficient with the process. Everyone was super friendly and professional which made me feel comfortable and like I ve been a customer for a long time. After this experience I plan on using this shop for any work I need on my car. If you need a place definitely choose all n all!

All-in-All Automotive is an auto repair company that I highly recommend to anyone who has been in an accident and needs their car repaired. Everyone who works there is professional, courteous, and extremely helpful! After my accident, I had a lot questions, and everyone there... especially Toni who manages the front desk and Paul who did the work on my car, made sure that everything that needed to get done... got done. And their work is impeccable! Wonderful staff, wonderful service. I will never bring my car anywhere else!!

The best experience hands down. Adam the front desk personnel is very professional and welcoming. He kept me updated on how far my car was and what s going on while it s being fixed. Paul was also very professional and inviting, he s the best! He took care of my car(baby) I m well pleased. I highly recommend!!! Thank you All-N-All

Excellent service every time. I first found out about All-n-All through my insurance company who sent me here after I had to file a claim. A truck had hit my car while I was parked and pulled off my front bumper, dented my car and scratched up my driver side mirror. I was really nervous that the paint job wasn't going to match but I picked my car up and you couldn't even tell it had any work done with how perfect it looked! As an added bonus their customer service is great, they deal directly with the insurance companies so you won't have any extra headaches, and they also have on site reps from Enterprise in case you need a rental. I'd recommend All-n-All to anyone who needs reliable work done.

The auto technicians that work at this wonderful place are friendly and professional. From the person that picked up my car to the on-site car rental place. Gustavo explained in detail what they are going to do in my car. Point by point....he answered my questions in detail. The front lady at customer service was very friendly. Charlotte, the person from the on-site car rental place, Enterprise, was friendly as well. When I picked up my car, Adam, was also nice. I will give this place 100 stars. I will strongly recommend this place. They went above and beyond my expectations. What a wonderful experience I had!!!!

The staff here are absolutely professional in the way that they conduct business. From the time you walk in you are greeted with concern and caring about you. It is not just about getting money. I had repairs done to 2 vehicles more that once and it is almost impossible to tell where the work was done. Just the best auto repair shop I have been to, hands done. Great Team!

Gus and Adam are the best. Have brought my vehicle here a few times because hey it s NY. The craftsmanship of their crew is commendable, the facilities are top notch and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Thank you All-N-All for your services. I really appreciate your hard work and effort.

They did a great job , helping my husband fix his vehicle. Toni & Gus had outstanding customer services, nice and friendly. The process took about a week to fix , now we OUTSIDE BACK ON THE ROAD I would suggest anyone to come here.

I needed to have my exhaust repaired when some stole my catalytic cover tee from my car. I gave them a call be the insurance company will cover the vehicle. When I got there they were very professional. They took care of all the paperwork and the hassle of dealing with an insurance company. Very professional, quick service and excellent work!!
