A&R did a great job on my vehicle. I want to thank the tow truck driver Chico for convincing me and recommending this body shop. The shop has worked with me and handled everything including the insurance company all the way to the end of completion. They told me my car will look and drive the same way as it came out the dealership, sure enough it look like the car came off the showroom and drove like the first day I bought the car. 100% recommend this shop for the best and quality workPs, everyone at the shop treated me great and helped me along the way with my accident. Chico the tow truck drive helped me get my ID from my car in the tow yard at 3am in the morning with no hesitation and even though he s the tow truck drive he coached me with everything involving my accident. Great person and great shop!

Great experience. They fixed my car to perfection after someone blew a stop sign and T Boned me. They delivered everything they promised and were easy to communicate with. Thanks Alex and the crew.

A&R collision did an amazing job on my 2019 Honda Accord. A tree fell on my car, they took my car and in a few days I had it back as if I got it right off the showroom floor. Iam the first owner and I didn t believe that was my car they went the extra mile and fixed everything on my vehicle. The inside was detailed outside was spotless. I HIGHLY recommend this place. After getting in a small accident I m glad I went with this place. A&R made sure my bumper, fender, head light and grill all looked brand new. Thank you guys for keeping my Vehicle looking NEW.Your service and Guidance was well welcomed. Placed me in a rental, called the insurance company and helped me along the way and saved my deductible, not bad. My wife was hit from behind on the 5th day of driving my truck from out of the dealer. Pretty bad hit and as you could see from the photos how it was fixed. In the beginning I was kind of upset due to the time they stood with it, however, looking back at the situation it was not their fault, Insurance company took there time to come look at it, then due to it being a new car the parts were on back order. After, when I picked up my vehicle I was amazed at how much of a great job they did. Also the detailing in which they did not have to include, was done with no charge. I just got my 2018 truck back from A & R Collision, Results Mint. This shop is the most professional Auto Body and Collision Shop I have ever dealt with. From start to finish. They towed my car from the accident and return it on time. I was even provided with a rental. A & R Collision Specialist Inc. handle every detail from the insurance to the repair. I am very satisfied at the work these guys did. My car looks like is just came out from the dealer's lot. I highly recommend A & R Collision Specialist Inc. for any of your Auto Body or Collision Needs.

My Honda Civic came out looking like brand new after a door repair, they handled the insurance and the owner (Alex) went as far as to return my rental since I didn t have anyone to help me move both cars.Smooth and easy process, would recommend to friends and family.

This shop did an amazing paint job on my 2019 Honda Accord car roof. It had oil stains from the car sitting under the train tracks. I thought it would be hard to cover because it was so bad. When i got my car back i didn't even recognized it. Whyyy?? The paint job was a prestige fine finish new look. David the painter did an amazing job. The staff was also very professional. Wow Thank You A&R collision and team for taking care of me in a pinch!! I was recommended here by a few people in the neighborhood and I m glad I gave them a try. Every staff I dealt with including owner were pleasant to deal with. Great price and what s even better amazing work done. They didn t play any games. They gave me a drop of time for the car and a pick up time and it was ready when they said it would be!!!!I ve always been hesitant dealing with collision shops I ve had items missing from my vehicles in the past and bad experiences all around. This time not one personal belonging touched my car inside was intact how I gave it to them is how they returned it. On top of the work being done properly without any complaint. I appreciate that I now found a new place I can trust. I will definitely be back!! Thanks again A&R Collision I appreciate you!!

I can t thank them enough for the FLAWLESS job they did on my car. My sonata was t-boned on my passenger side. They were extremely help from beginning to end. Alex, gave me peace of mind and helped make the claims process a no brainer. I m beyond satisfied with the care and attention to detail, from the customer service, to the actual repairs. Outstanding. THE WORST COMPANY EVER ! THEY SAID LET ME TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR SINCE IT GOT HIT IN THE STREET WHILE PARKED AND CHARGED ME $2,500.00 JUST TO HAVE MY CAR PARKED IN THE STREET FOR 4 DAYS IN FRONT OF THEIR SHOP WITHOUT ANY WORK DONE !!!! Be AWARE PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Alex and his shop did an amazing job on my CRV. I got into a little fender bender on the highway in the car was messed up. I took it here to A&R and they did a fabulous job. My car came out looking like now. They made my car look brand new, like it was never in an accident. They matched the color perfect, they even took care UV exposure on the front light covers. Came back to a fully detailed car inside and out. The crew really took care of my car.

my car was in a accident, they picked it up from the scene. had my car for around 2 months with no proper communication. when i got my car back it looked good. but when i got it further inspected they used dry wall screws to hold my front bumper, took away my hood heat shield, my fender to bumper was being held on by glue, my intercooler pump was broken, they took my headlights and put some cheap replacements also selling my headlight on facebook marketplace.charged for a lot of replacement parts but didn t replace none of it and much more. overall horrible shop, if you don t know about cars you would think your car is fixed and looks fine but it s probably not. i have all of the information and pictures by a certified mechanic and already have a case to have them closed down.

Not sure why some of these reviews are so negative, but my experience was very different. First of all, in a shop full of men (with an exception of the pleasant female secretary) I felt very comfortable and safe.The owner, Alex, explained all of the steps involving my insurance and was very accommodating. I was very concerned because of my deductible being high, however it was waived. Prior to the accident, I had been experiencing some mechanical issues with my BMW which the owner himself offered to fix for a fair price. My car was repaired in a timely manner & the work done was very impressive. Overall, I can truthfully say these guys did an excellent job, were very informative, & professional throughout the entire process!

I brought my car to this shop after i was rear ended and the results turned out amazing. Let s begin with i came almost 3pm on Saturday, the shop was closing but the staff still stopped and helped me out. I am young female who knows absolutely nothing about cars. Chico who was very helpful, explained the process in terms that i could understand. Gill helped out with the paper work and Legend who was very polite, answered my questions when i called about the car every 2-3 days and reassured me that my car was in good hands. I ll definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs body work done. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I was expecting to just receive a new rear bumper but i received new front and rear bumper, new front and rear lights, Nissan details and freshly painted car. I am beyond happy with how i picked up my car. My 2010 Nissan Maxima looked brand new. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me. Alex was great to work with. Totally honest and trustworthy and reliable. He found us a great family car for our kids to use. He gave us a good deal and was super helpful and communicative through the process. We love the car and loved working with him so much that we are now planning to get another car from him.

I rarely write reviews, but I know I may be helping someone out there with this one. When it comes to any type of accident and insurance is involved, these are the last people you should go to. Poor Communication skills will leave you in the dust for weeks until you call and ask for an update, then they will give you some lame excuse. Best to just go to your local mechanic, this is not the place for any type of insurance job or accident work.

The shop did a fantastic job on my 2019 Nissan Rogue that was rear ended. My car looks great upon completion. I was also very happy that some marks I had on the car before the accident were all gone. Disappeared like magic. Thank u guys for doing a great job.
