Try to go to another AutoZone because you never find parking in there. If you are handicap, you will never find parking either as you could see at the picture you ll see people doing mechanic inside the parking lot. I needed to go around the block twice to find parking outside the lot.

This place is so nasty and not organized the store manager never does anything always over working his employees and they have people stealing and wanna blame it on other people who don t steal and fire them this store needs to shut down or get a new manager all the other workers are great Helen levin all of them even samantha and they let her go they can t even control the parking for customers in the back

For starters the store manager will give any promotions to all the new employees and he will overlook the employees who have time working there. He over work the employees and they only get paid $15 per hour and there is no way to get a raise. He will have the salesperson do the management job. He only pretend to do his job when his boss (Lenworth Sewell) or corporate is going to the store. He should be terminated from his position. By the way the store manager to this location is Bahar.uI would not recommend going to this location. Go to advanced auto parts or parts Authority

Was able to find everything on my own employees aren t helpful at all and are very rude actually. A simple is this brand good question is ignored and he says go wait in line. The employees are wearing stained clothes some guy had his airpods on and his grey hood and when I was talking to him he wasn t even listing (he was playing music). What I learned was it was my mistake to come here go to the one on Northern Blvd and 155th st they are way better!

Driving half hours here. It is 21.52pm.Google map shows It is Closing at 22.00pm.21.52 door is closed, what abt my times and gas. 30 minutes here and back home another 30 minutes....

aweful place. unnecessary long lines and no parking in the back because it is filled with mechanics working on cars despite a sign that says you can't do this. and Im talking about completely filled with mechanics and elevated cars. I drove in with my kids and needed to find off street parking.

Horrible service, I ordered online 2 gallons and 1 quarter of transmission fluid; when I arrived I called the store as instructed in the email I received, they opened the door for me after 5 minutes, then I awaited for the manager Duncan T. to finish with another customer for about 25 minutes, just because he wanted to prove the customer that he was right and the customer wrong, he was very rude to that customer, customer's name was Alan. Then he sent me to get the items by myself, which is not a big deal, it did not take me 1 minute, but when I came back he was already attending another customer, which I had to wait for 10 minutes more, and after that one sales representative had an operation that only the manager could do and, of course, I had to wait again for the manager to resolve that problem. To help me at the end, it did not take him more than 1 minute. So basically it took an hour, a transaction that should have been smooth and quick. I'll keep myself away from this store, the only good thing about this visit was that the security guy was kind and I found the items.

This place is a disaster the store manager needs to be replaced they fired Samantha a good working for stealing which she didn t but you how corporate is these days just wanna let good people go and whoever made the decision to fire her needs to do a better investigation taj I think is the persons name

I wanted to shout out an amazing associate at this particular location. His name is Angel R. He is the manager. I had bought parts that were given to me by a different associate that ended up damaging my car, Angel was patient kind and helped me to the fullest of his ability. I m so grateful to have been helped by him. My car is fully up and running with no ailments. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

There are no cashier. People waiting in line for trying to pay for things they want to buy but they cant. Only loud music in store and employees are rude. They dont answer questions.

Great Auto Zone location! Staff is very helpful even though they are a super busy location!Smaller location, so inventory is not quite what larger suburban locations have of course.There is a parking lot in the back and street parking in the front!

I was really amazed by how friendly, patient and helpful Brian J. Was at this store. There was an incredibly long line and he have gave every single person all the time they needed. He was so positive it was truly a lesson in how to live less stressed. Thank you for awesome service !!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and honesty I experience from Mark. He took time to explain the difference between the items I tried to procure. I ve been calling this Autozone because I had a question. One question. Each time I call they put me on hold and I just wait to see how long they ll leave me on hold. After 10 minutes, I hangup call again and they do the exact same thing. I did this five times in a row. I went into the store finally after the last call and they weren t but two customers there. If this country is going to hell, it s all starting here at AutoZone in Jackson Heights; where the lazy as human beings work. Or don t work.

ssociate has no sales experience. This kid is probably 18 or so, with tattoos up to neck and braided all over his head, make him think he s some kind of gangster! He made mistake on my order. I bought almost $500 part and not even thanked. I was going to buy more, but no body there would help me or other customers. It s like we are the one in problems and it s our fault that we are going there. Really bad customer service. So I went to 77 and 31 st Ave one which is totally opposite of this branch. My advice do not go there and feel uncomfortable.

On afternoon, I had a flat tire and was trying to go pick up my son from school. Jose Rodriguez from the auto zone store on Northern Blvd was kind enough to help me. He Pumped air into my tire so I can pick up my son and get to the nearest tire shop. Without his help in a very busy street would have been more chaotic. Thank you so much Jose, for going out of your way and helping me.

The store at 9501 Northern Blvd was disappointing on the customer service level walked in at 10 PM. They close at 11 PM total of 3 employees I needed a 10m back up, fuse for my Honda hybrid I didn t want to drive without a spare else I would ve walked out. One guy pointed me to where I had to sift thru and help my self no big deal but then I go to the register to cash out there s nobody available. I waited 10 minutes which seemed like forever. I started calling the store number nobody picks up the phone the one guy that s sweeping the floor. I asked him how can I get some help he has no clue. Normally auto zones are busy there s two people in this entire store and I m the only one at the register . Autozone if there s three employees in the store and two customers it s time to get some robots or kiosk or retraining I felt like I was being pranked and I was an intrusion to the operation

The individual helping me at the register was clearly not feeling well and (sneezing, sniffling and coughing) and I understand that taking a sick day can be very tough given the situations many people can find themselves in. That being said, if a ill employee has to work, they should wear a mask.

They need to teach their employees how to speak to customers. The employees are literally disgusting, ignorant and simply have zero customer service. They treated me and spoke to me disgusting. As a woman, who is paying for services and as a general paying customer, the experience I just had with this specific location and specific cashier employee was awful. I do not recommend anyone going here, go to another location. They do not deserve any customers as a business

Google says they close at 11. Autozone.com says they close at 11. But apparently they close whatever time they want. They never marked my order ready for pick up, I had to call in after two hours to see if it was ready. Company needs to update their hours on the website if they're going to accept "Pick Up TODAY" orders. Or at least mark them ready so we know to come get our order. Staff on duty on Wednesday evening January 5th, 2021 doesn't seem to care about customer service. I told the manager I'm going to show up at 10:40, he said he "will try to keep the door open". Sure, let me come all the way to your store and I'll just hope you were in the mood to keep door open until the listed closing time. As if picking up an order would take up too much of their time and mess up their "closing protocol". Cancelled order, he was very helpful at doing that for me.

The onky thing I didnt like about this place was that some people were waiting outside in the parking lot to "help you" for money but they end up making my issue worts, so if you go please don't accept their help.

Security guard posted by the door is rude, unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. Management needs to hold monthly sensitivity classes to improve customer service. How is it so many bad reviews about customer service and nothing is being done about providing better customer service? Oh management! Changes are needed! Anyway, line is sometimes long but moves quickly. Prices are decent.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!! The line is over 10 people long. One person is on the register, another person is helping people on the computer and the manager is doing nothing and another person is doing stock while the line is out the door. What a joke!!! Go to Advance Auto Parts or try and make the parts yourself on a 3D printer.

I was able to get everything I need in no time. They had a line, but they had all register occupied to reduce the queue before they can attend to any car outside. Also, the floor guys that are stacking products, are so sharply dressed and neat. Great service.
