I was towed in over 2 hours away at night and had called them earlier in the day. The managers were so reassuring and compassionate. I had to leave the car there for a few days because of distance and they kept me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice and fixed my car. Will be back. High quality service. When they delayed my tires a day because of issues on their end they nicely offered me a discount. Great service and great tire installation. You should go here always for car services.

First off I met the assistant manager Robert who is absolutely wonderful. When I asked what would be the best for my vehicle, that I adore very much, and that is brand new and needs expert maintenance, he explained everything in detail concisely, and in terms, I could understand, as I am not a mechanic. I didn t hesitate to schedule an appointment and they had convenient Saturday hours when I wasn t working. The car was well maintained. The service was spectacular and the price is reasonable for synthetic oil. I am switching all my vehicle services to them for a very long time. And I appreciate Robert for being such a great manager, and speaking to me as a real human not as a woman who doesn t understand vehicles, that s to be respected. I look forward to taking my vehicle to them anytime and needs any maintenance and I recommend them to anybody who s looking for a great mechanic in the area. One more thing to mention is that they are conveniently located and responsive, but they re responsible overall. I was happy to say goodbye to my previous mechanic and find these guys!!

Great service here. I was quoted 400$more at the dealership. Steve Shannon Tire gave me a reasonable price and essentially let me know I was being ripped off by the dealer. They had my car serviced while I was at work and it had back to me when I needed it before 4:45. Great communication all throughout, and I appreciate their honesty.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for about 15 years. The shop is fantastic. I have been treated with respect and professionalism with every visit. I recommend the crew at Steve Shannon (formally Trombley Auto and Tire) whenever anyone asks for a good mechanic. Prices are good, service is top notch! Thanks Steve Shannon crew for years and years of excellent service!

I have been using this tire and auto center for nearly a decade and always feel that my cars (and me!) are taken care of. They are honest about what work needs to happen, could happen, or doesn't need to happen at all. They are fair with pricing and reliable with estimated time for repairs. Their front office team is especially great - they'll take the time to explain the work and cost. Before they changed ownership, they have been fair about honoring warranties - they don't have warranties anymore though.

Imagine that your favorite Uncle owned a vehicle repair shop. Then take your vehicle here and open your eyes.I have had everything from oil changes to diagnosis and repair of major mechanical issues done at Steve Shannon Tire and Auto. They are honest and transparent about what work needs to be done immediately and what future vehicle maintenance and repairs to plan for. Prices are always fair and they do quality work. Staffed by great people who perform. 100% recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this shop, especially Dan. Not only is my car's current needs addressed but they also help me plan for future maintenance issues. I have been going to them for many years with multiple cars. I have never had any problems with their work that would require a return visit. They are fast and flexible. They are always busy but never treat me like they are too busy to hear my concerns. The epitome of professionalism while maintaining the small town feel that makes you feel taken care of. I will never take a car anywhere else. Please pass along my biggest thank you!

Upfront service, so far I m very happy with Steve Shannon compared to the other places I ve gone. It is a little bit of a wait sometimes, but their facilities are very clean and well organized, and the staff are courteous. Thanks!

This is a very honest and helpful shop with superb customer service, wide selection of tires and excellent prices. The extra services that are included in their tire packages provide great savings and peace of mind over time. I would recommend never looking anywhere else for tires and basic auto services this place is the best.

Today was my first visit to Steve Shannon Tire & Auto, and I am pleased with all aspects of my experience with them. First and foremost, they fixed the car by 3 pm, which was great. And, they were friendly and professional - an all around positive experience!

These guys are the best. They take care of all my car issues, explain things in a way that is easily understood, and problem solve in a way that works for me. I especially appreciate that they don t throw extras onto my bill - if something needs to be done they call before taking any next steps. It s so nice to have people that I can trust working on my car.

My wife and I have been going here for years and have been very satisfied. In the fall I bought 4 quality snow tires at a reasonable cost. Just today Zi brought my truck in because the horn didn't work. It was an east fix and I was not charged.

I came in, looking to resolve a flex pipe issue. They put it up on the rack, did their own confirmation, and came back with a consensus, told me they could order the parts and gave a reasonable price. We set a date and time and when I returned to have the work done, they promptly took my vehicle in and completed the work quickly! I am very happy with the service and the results!

Ithaca Store - Great customer service from the first call! New to the area and was very happy with the service. I will be back! If you got charged for blinker fluid at your last garage, you need to go this one! Honest and fair people!

Took my 2014 Nissan Sentra in for an alignment and 2 new tires mount and balance and it was a great price. I would recommend my friends to go there. They had it done within 1 1/2 hrs

I have been going here for 18 years... Tires, exhaust system, check engine lights, brakes....always GREAT service and at a very fair price. Really trust them! Dan is awesome and takes super care of me and all my cars!

I have tried other tire stores in the area, and the guys at Trombley/Shannon are head and shoulders above the competition. I ve been their customer for going on 20 years. They are always considerate and efficient. When in their waiting area, I frequently overhear conversations with other customers, and they are always trying to do the right thing by them, including recommending other establishments if they can t take care of the situation themselves, or suggesting inexpensive temporary solutions when possible. I have frequently seen them squeeze in people with urgent, but minor issues, which they take care of immediately and send them away without charging.

Steve Shannon's Tire is terrific. Every time I need my tires looked at they, they take care of it at no cost. They are very honest, letting me know when my tires have wear left or when they need to be replaced. I will buy tires only at Steve Shannon.

This place is amazing! They fixed something today that was really potentially hazardous and they let me know exactly what needed to be done and took care of it. These mechanics are topnotch and are really good at explaining things to somebody like me.I always feel so well taken care of. My car is safe and drives like a dream, and I get great mileage as well! Dan, Rob, Jim and Lance are wonderful. They treat me like family.

I have been a customer for over 10 years starting with Trombley now Steve Shannan. Wouldn t go anywhere else. Great customer service, knowledgeable people, prices reasonable. Dan is the best and always delivers.
