We had such an amazing experience buying a new vehicle with Nate at Maguire. Nate made us feel so comfortable during the entire process and worked so hard to ensure we were happy. We truly couldn t have asked for a better experience thanks to Nate and we are so happy with the new car!!

Never had such a weird and unprofessional experience at a car dealership. Can t imagine ever wanting to purchase a vehicle from this establishment. I came in after reaching out online to take a look at bmw m4 they had in inventory.When I arrived I informed the sales person I would he paying a significant chunk down but was undecided on the specific model and wanted to take a look. He said they knew very little about the car as obviously they didn t really sell bmw s. I asked to take a look at the car and was informed because it s 80k and a competition model the manager wants to limit test drives. Then I was asked if I wanted to appraise my car for a trade and look at financing options. I was told I they could bring the car out for me to look at but not drive. I don t blame the sales kid at all but what a terrible manager. Also the Armada s end up being 70k by the time you get to a platinum, so are you telling me they aren t letting anyone test drive their SUV s. I will say it was quite a kick to watch the sales dude try to back this car out of where they had it showcased on the lot. Finally it s pulled around and promptly shut off. He made sure to mention the car has tons of features that they know very little about but have been toying with. Idk how they expect anyone to come in and buy an 80k sports car without being able to test drive it or at the very least hear the exhaust and check out the features on the car. Especially when all the sales guy has to say is it s got a lot of them great sales pitch, gave me lots of confidence. Next time I ll come in with 20k cash, get approved on a loan and then give it a test drive. If I don t absolutely love it I guess we will have wasted both of our days on nothing. I thought McGuire was family dealerships man I felt anything but like family I can tell you that. What do they expect people who have never driven one of these cars to do? Go to some other bmw dealer hours out of town. Test drive and waste their time just to come back and purchase this one? We re not talking about a Nissan here. This is an enthusiast vehicle that is purchase as a luxury. If y all want to sell a car like that you re gonna need to be comfortable with someone getting behind the wheel and experiencing why it s worth the money. Wish dude would have told me online so I didn t waste an hour driving over there

I have been in need of a new car within my price limit, and desired payments a month. After weeks of going to different dealerships, I went to Nissan as I saw the perfect car for me on their website. I test drove the car and loved it, Joel helped me get to the price I needed and was able to take the car home the same day. They were amazing!!

I dropped my car off to get an issue diagnosed. I didn't get any phone calls about my car and the time I did call to check in at 4PM, Zach (who I have never seen or met) blatantly said, "We're working on your estimates right now." And then no call back for the rest of the day. The next day I had to call again. They gave me the answer I expected. No idea when they had my car done but I am writing this review asking for common courtesy from the service department. The in-person customer service I received from Jared was perfectly fine.

Totaled my car while traveling out of state. Needed to get into a new vehicle unexpectedly and quickly. Ricky was absolutely fantastic to work with. He made everything I wanted and more happen! I am driving back home in a new car and couldn t be happier and more relieved.

I enjoyed working with the staff here. They were able to help me find the vehicle I needed and seemed to go out of their way for a couple weeks to help me with all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend at least taking a look here and don't think they will disappoint.

From the moment I walked into Maguire Nissan until the car was finished the staff was very friendly and courteous asking me how I was doing and if there was anything at all that I needed. They explained everything that they were going to be working on and addressed the issue I had asked about. Even the manager Ricky walked up to me and asked me how I was doing if everything was going well. He also said if there was anything that I needed to let him know as well. Great job Maguire Nissan team !!!

I went to this dealership not really knowing what I needed to do or what I was looking for. This was the first time I went to any dealership at all. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've had.When we first arrived Teresa Gentile came out to greet my Fiance, and me. She was warm, friendly, calm, and super patient with me.We went over everything I was looking for in a car. We discussed everything from features, performance, how many miles I'd be driving a day, all the way to color of the car.I asked a thousand questions, and no matter what I asked Teresa was there to answer them. She took everything I told her I wanted and found the perfect car at the perfect price. It only took a couple hours to get the car picked and paperwork filled out.When I came back to pick the car up I was having trouble getting insured at a reasonable price. Everyone was coming back with quotes up to 3x the cost of the car payments themselves. I was really worried that this was going to mess everything up. I could afford $350 a month, but not if insurance was going to be $860 on top of that PER MONTH. Lucky for me I had Teresa to tell me it was going to be alright, and got me on the phone with insurance reps she trusts. After a while on the phone with Suzanne (the insurance rep) we were able to get my insurance payments down to $169 a month!I will ALWAYS recommend Teresa Gentile to anyone asking for help finding the perfect car. She made what would have been nerve wrecking and stressful task into an easy, enjoyable experience.

Not very helpful. I purchased a 2023 Nissan rogue from them and now I'm having an issue and they will not repair it under warranty. Very disappointed will never go back to them again.

I have a 22 Frontier. Brought the truck in the first time for a paint defect. They fixed it and once I picked it up there were busted parts from someone else s vehicle in the bed. 6-7 months later, I brought it back for the same defect in the same spot. No parts in the bed but someone had sprayed clear coat all over my windshield. Brought it to their attention and I was told they do not have time to mess with it and call later to make an appointment. Tried to bring it back for a third time for the exact same issue and the service department was so rude and passive , I couldn t get a word in edge wise. I called the body shop 3 times sense then to set the appointment up and have yet to get a third appointment. Myself and family will no longer do business with them. We will be dealing with the Royal Auto Group.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment but was unable to get it done. Come to find out I need to get my outer tie rods replaced got a quote and they want to charge $300+ dollars for less than an hours work. I m going to have my friend replace them for me

BEWARE their inflated estimates on car fixes. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! We saved nearly $400!We needed an annual car inspection at Maguire Nissan of Ithaca, and they said the license plate lights were out, and quoted us more than $400 for a 2008 Ford Focus to replace these lights. We were able to find them on Amazon for $14.99 and it took 20 minutes to DIY replace them - and trust me, we don't know that much about fixing cars. So easy! Insane how much they charge! When I asked the front desk person about how they go about estimating repairs, he was very gruff. He said that they order parts directly from Ford, which is more expensive, but didn't tell me how much more expensive.

Staff seem very nice - not rude at all. However, the process is shady (what dealership isn't, please tell me) and trade-in was not valued at the market rate. Every other dealer I spoke with offered me 50 to 100% more for my trade than this place. That's a huge difference, and I wasted a few hours of my life there. Needless to say, I went elsewhere.

Wow! These fellows were great! I scheduled an appointment to have an airbag sensor light checked out. The fellows made sure I could get into the shop at the end of my work day & still allow them time to properly check & reset the sensor. The great part was that even though the sensor didn t seem to be resetting while they had it on the diagnostics - all I had to do was drive down the road a couple of miles - and voila, it worked! Was an easy repair, instead of a costly replacement, which they warned me may be necessary. Old cars are a challenge, but the service team was up to the task! Thanks guys! You re the best

Though I like my local dealer staff i was disappointed to be told that there was no loaner available for weeks when my 2021 Leaf (with less than 30000 miles in it) had an error code while I was on vacation. It said that the car would not restart if I powered it off. I had to immediately drive my Leaf 1.5 hours so that I wasn t stranded at the vacation spot I was at. Because I had no loaner car I had to forfeit the rest of the rental week. And it took weeks before Nissan had a loaner for me. My local dealer reported only having a single loaner available at the time and that was reserved by another Nissan customer. It doesn t seem like good service if I m paying extra for care and am told I m simply out of luck in getting a car to drive In The meantime.

We had our car serviced for multiple problems including shocks. New shocks started being noisy in a few days after the repair. The dealership addressed the problem immediately and we are satisfied. However, the repair costs seemed on the high side.

Recall work was done on my 2016 Rogue in less than an hour. Car returned to me washed and ready to go. Scheduled for the work within in a weeks time with optional time frames for my convenience. Great customer service and experience.
