This is my second Maguire vehicle. This time I drove 3 hours to Grand Island to buy a Hyundai Venue. I filled my application for my loan on line Jason called me on the way and by the time I arrived he had me approved and ready. My sales agent Andre was super friendly. I felt like my son was selling me a car. They were both kind enough to stay after closing hours so I didn t have go back another day to pick up my car. I thought that was Champagne service. Thank you Jason and Andre. It was a pleasure to meet both of you. You made the long trip worthwhile.

I leased a new 2024 Jeep Compass from Maguire and I absolutely love my new vehicle. Working with Art Colagiovanni was a breeze. He let me know what my best options are and made it so easy. I never once worried about a thing. I highly recommend Art and Maguire and I look forward to working with him again in the future!!

Usually buying a car makes me want to pull my hair out, roll my eyes; its often a fake nice salesperson who just wants to rush through a transaction and make some money. Thankfully that was not my experience today. I met with Kassidy who spoke to me like a person, not a dollar sign, and was actually joyful and genuinely cared about making sure I got the vehicle that would work well for my family. She helped me get all the bells and whistles I wanted and helped me program the vehicle before I left the lot.

Two days ago we went in to Maguire Toyota (Ithaca) where we saw a RAV4 we were interested in. Ryan Parker helped us and spent all the time we needed to explain the car and the different options. We liked the car though the price was more than we wanted to spend.Ryan said he d called us back in the next few days.The next day Ryan phoned and we worked out a price that satisfied us and the dealership.We went down in the afternoon, made sure all was in order, and bought the car.Ryan stayed with us, making sure everything got done before the end of the day and we drove off with our new purchase.To sum up, Ryan and the Maguire staff were polite, helpful and efficient throughout the sale and delivery.We ve gotten 2 cars now from Maguire and wouldn t hesitate to use them again.PLUS the service department has always provided top notch attention comfort and care.Michael Marks

I bought a new Subaru Ascent from Maguire Subaru in Ithaca. Alex Hancharik was an outstanding salesman and really went out of his way to be friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.I can t recommend him enough, simply a nice guy and a great salesman.Oh yes, and I m very happy with the car. Subaru rules!Thanks Alex!

Worked with Bella Mullen at Maguire Import/Internet Sales. Super helpful the whole way through, took plenty of time to answer all of my questions about the pre-owned Rav4 I was interested in, without pushing me to buy it. Made the experience pleasant, almost fun. Adam in the finance office was great too, especially when it was necessary to correct some clerical errors. Nice facility. The renew-crew had the car spotless for the test drive and went through it again 4 days later for me to take delivery (it rained in between my visits). I know there are some new hires working behind the scenes, so other than those clerical errors on the sales contract I really have zero complaints about Bella or Maguire.

My husband and I leased our new Jeep Cherokee from Maguire Family Dealership early this month. Jesse Males was our sales agent and was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We bought a used 2023 Kia Sportage from Maguire's. Marc was our salesman and he was very nice, responsive and checked in on us often. We bough the car online in AZ and had it shipped from NY. Every thing went smooth until it showed up. The car was advertised with 2571 Miles and showed up with 3693 Miles, which can make a big difference in price when shopping for cars across the country. The car looks great and we are happy, we just hope in the future that Maguire Kia pays more attention to detail.

I recently purchased a new Silverado from Maguire Chevy of Baldwinsville and have nothing but accolades for the team members there. Cassie Eaton, my e-mail contact, was very informative and helpful in getting truck inventory details to me. After that she referred me to Harley Thompson in sales. Harley was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend him when going to purchase a vehicle. He was very thorough and knowledgeable from my test drive all the way through the purchase process. He has kept an open door for any questions or concerns I have had since the purchase. Bought my new 2022 Jeep Gladiator through Maguire Chrysler, Dodge Jeep of Ithaca. Had the Best experience ! Dealt with Sales Consultant Braden Eakins and Sales Manager Jamie Owens. They helped me through the whole build and kept me up to date from start to finish. Can t say enough about these guys ! If you re looking for a new or used vehicle, check them out ! Just purchased a new Jeep from Maguire Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fiat, Ithaca. Staff was outstanding. It's a lengthy process and could be daunting at first (or, in my case, not having to have purchased a vehicle in a couple decades). Sales was direct and guiding - best thing you can get - and friendly at the same time. The cool part was that they let me drive my own expectations.In the end I purchased a new Jeep. I also said goodbye to a faithfully reliable Jeep of 20 years. Keep the maintenance up and I believe these cars will last a long time.I recommend Maguire Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fiat - they're good folks.

I was in search of a Suburu Outback and was looking around the inventory on the lot after work and in the dark. Then within 5 mins, a bright light step into my view, his name was Alex Hancharik. He offered his immediate assistance and began having a discussion of what I had seen and what I was interested in. He explained in details about the different choices I was considering and then made the suggestion of a Forester for my consideration.We went over to inspect the vehicle and then walked inside to further discuss it.I bought the vehicle without feeling any sales pressure and found Alex to be amenable to my personal decisions. He was more than helpful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicle. I would highly recommend him in assisting you in your selection of a vehicle. Thank you once again, Alex!

So, I had service on My 2014 Ford Taurus Limited at Maguire Hyundai of Grand Island NY today 12/28 and Caitlyn in service was outstanding and so professional and super nice. It was a pleasure to meet her and what a great change from Fuccillo. I never got that with Fuccillo. And they will Detail your vehicle inside and out for you when getting serviced. Highly recommend this Group, welcome to Grand Island

Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff at Maguire Nissan and Maguire dealers in Ithaca. They were stereotypically pushy ("The deal is only good for today"). And would not let me buy a car without trying to make me also buy a service package for $7,000, which I stated multiple times I did not want. Very unprofessional. Additionally, the only reason they wanted me to purchase a service package was to do them a favor. I reached out to the manager at Maguire Nissan about this and did not hear back. Take your business elsewhere.

We had been toying with the idea of getting me into an SUV but were pretty sure I still owed too much on my car to get out of it. However, after throwing around some numbers with the staff at the Cadillac store, they made it work for us. From our salesperson, Colby, to our sales manager, Matt, to our GM, Marcus, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. As a matter of fact, this was one of many times we've been treated extremely well at various Maguire stores. We will always go back!!! Thank you guys!

I recently purchased a used Subaru Forester from Maguire and worked with Alex Hancharik. I have put off purchasing a vehicle to replace my older vehicle for many years due to having anxiety about the car buying process and the fear of being "taken advantage of" as a young woman purchasing a vehicle. I started by requesting additional information online about the Subaru Forester on a Sunday evening. By Sunday night, I had an email response from Alex with his cell phone number to contact to discuss further. I texted Alex Monday morning and was sitting at his desk by Monday afternoon to test drive the vehicle. Alex made this entire process easy, enjoyable and totally painless and smooth. The trade-in process was easy, and he was professional, kind and easy to work with. I have already referred a family member to Alex directly, and will continue to do so in good faith, as this experience was a great one. Thank you so much, Alex! It has been a pleasure.

I bought a car last week from Maguire and could not be more pleased with the experience. The price on the vehicle was so good, I knew I didn't need to shop around. It was $2,000 lower than I expected to pay!! I went in feeling confident because they have a policy where everyone pays the same low price without having to haggle. Fairness is very important to a woman like me, who shouldn't have to bring her father along just to get a decent deal. The salesman, Kirk Barker, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went over all of the financing options with me and I was surprised, again, at how low the monthly payment would be! They really do seem to have a lot of options. Kirk also spent a lot of time showing me how to use all of the controls and even connected my phone to the blue tooth in the car. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kirk Barker to guide you through your next automobile purchase!

Mike B. at Maguire of Baldwinville is top notch. I highly recommend him for your next purchase. Since I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 9 years I had a lot to learn with the new technology. He answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable operating my new vehicle. The transaction went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

This was an incredible and outstanding experience for myself and my boyfriend. We were looking into purchasing our second car, and after a horrible experience with our first as well as disappointments with the rudeness of other dealerships and their staff, a man named Matt at Maguire gave us a warm welcome. He was open to any and all questions about any vehicles, was very understanding of our strict budget and helped us find the right car. This was the best experience I have ever had while car shopping, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase I made. Matt was trustworthy and kind, and again; understanding. I had no hesitation to trust him. I will definitely come back to this location first the next time I look into purchasing another vehicle, and will recommend anyone looking to this dealership as well as towards Matt for their sale. Thank you for the wonderful service, and the wonderful ford focus!

Maguire was a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping me find the right SUV in the right price range. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in value, which is more than I can say about another car dealership. They made buying a car painless and smooth. Also, I was happy and amazed that they had a playroom for my 1-year-old son to play in with his grandma, while we were car shopping. I would recommend anyone to buy from them. When we go looking for a new car, I know where we will be going in the future!

We had an excellent experience at Maguire. As soon as we got out of the car we had someone come up to us and ask us if we needed help. We test drove an Audi A4 and loved it. Jackie was our salesperson and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, wasn't pushy at all, and fought for us when it came to making a deal. We highly recommend this dealership and are very happy with our new car!

I scheduled an appointment with the service center for next Friday as my check engine light is on. I had brought the car to a local mechanic and he explained it was pulling codes for emissions sensors and was probably still under warranty so I should bring it to a Chevrolet dealer.McGuire is the only Chevy dealer in Ithaca. I called to schedule and the technician was generally rude and I mentioned what the mechanic told me and he responded well there are alot of emission sensors, it s not that simple . Ok fine, I m not an auto tech, you are, great.I explained that even if it wasn t covered under the standard five year warranty that I had a pretty hefty extended warranty. His response was we have no obligation to call a warranty company that we didn t sell you .Are you kidding? So you re basically telling me that you will make zero effort to assist a customer in using the warranty they are paying for because I didn t buy the car there? Got it. I ll take my business elsewhere and will happily drive to Syracuse instead.

We had a fantastic experience at Maguire of Ithaca. We bought a new Toyota Highlander. Just got back from taking it on a trip our first weekend having it and it's so perfect for us. Our Sales Consultant, Ryan Salino worked so hard to help us find our car, price it in our range, financing and everything. He was always available, and made sure we knew the tech of the car before leaving for our trip. They have up-front pricing so it's not a haggle, its more about finding the car you want at your price point. Ryan said he didn't work on commission, and it shows, we came and went a couple of times and never felt any pressure. We love the car so much, but it's nice to know that if anything we don't like pops up, we have 30 days to exchange. It was actually fun to buy this car and I recommend finding Ryan if you go there.

It was an amazing experience throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle. Staff were very helpful, explained the financial process thoroughly, and helped us navigate through all of the benefits of the purchase. Maguire Dealership also gives many benefits in addition to just buying a vehicle such as 3 day/300 mile Return Policy, 3 day/300 mile Refinance Guarantee, 30 day/1,000 mile Vehicle Exchange, and Maguire Family Assurance. One motto is "Our people work on compliments not on commission. and we found this to be very true with our salesperson! Tina Tinker and everyone were great to us.

Advertisements don't mean much when coming from Maguire. Went into two of their dealerships today in search of a newer used Car for our family. One dealership said they couldn't give us a car appraisal unless we were committing to buying a car from them.The other dealership had the audacity to low ball us with an offer that was a joke. Being the knowledgeable person who does the research, I could tell they were looking out for themselves. Giving us a appraisal several thousands below the KBB Value. Only then to take said same car, and sell it for Double the offer they gave us. I would know cause I looked at cars comparable to ours with same year, mileage, and trim.I recommend people take the time to do your research, and educated yourself before making a purchase.

I hate trying to buy a new car. It is the thing that I dread the most (next to going to the dentist of course.) I had been searching for a new car for months. I hated the pressure that dealerships would put on you to buy the car, or try to get you to spend more money. I would get so frustrated that I almost gave up on getting a new car. Maguire was my last stop... and it was much, MUCH different. The environment is very peaceful. The prices were lower than all of the other dealerships that I went to. The employees were very professional, and fun to work with.William Porcheddu was extremely friendly, helped me pick out the exact car that I wanted, didn't hassle us or try to get us to buy a more expensive car, and stayed late for us to browse and pick up the new car. (Not to mention getting me an interest at roughly 2% less than my credit union.)Maguire will be my first stop from now on when purchasing a new vehicle.

For the week prior to my coming into your dealership, Justin Blaasch put up with me asking multiple questions. He did not make me feel as if I had to purchase the first auto I looked at. He was a great help in helping me find the perfect car for me. I would recommend your dealership and Justin for assistance to my friends and family when they go looking for a new vehicle.He made my buying my very first car and enjoyable experience. When it comes time for me to replace this car, I will return to Maguire Automotive.
