Bought a 2023 Grand Cherokee with Maguire. When I purchased the vehicle they informed me I would receive 3 free oil changes, apparently it s 2 now that I need one done. I bought the extended warranty and they switched the deductible to $200 from $100 without saying anything as we previously discussed a $100 deductible. During install of their appearance protection plan they scratched the paint and covered the vehicle in swirl marks (black shows everything). I specifically asked if the vehicle came with a tow harness only to find out that it didn t. Maguire actually installed the harness at no cost but scratched my vehicle even more during the process. And good luck getting ahold of their service department, they NEVER pick up the phone.

Went in to get liftgate on jeep fixed as per factory recall.3 hours later it was done. Sealed shut. Doesn t work. But the good news? They fixed the auto start/stop ignition. They don t know how they did that.So they redid the liftgate so now it s just hercky jerky. Total 5 hours.See it s MY fault. I didn t ask for the liftgate to get fixed just asked for the factory fix - which didn t do anything.A terrible experience as usual. If you don t want your vehicle torn apart I d find ANYONW OTHER THAN THIS PLACE.Terrible and they ll blame you or anyone else in a heart beat.1 out of 10 is generous.

Extremely pleased with the Maguire Chevrolet of Baldwinsville team. Great service, did not feel pressured at all and Derek listened to what I needed. Walked away with a brand new truck that is affordable. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Drove 2 hours to look at a jeep gladiator, Sales guy was nice but the lies just rolled of his tongue...this gladiator came from. Ontario, he knew the previous owner! They never took it mudding it only sat in the garage..exc..anyone could figure that out it was a 21 with only 13k miles. ( that it was not drove a lot). He smelled of Pot, not that I care if you smoke it , but come on we are in 2023, and your working with the public!.next was finance. I was pre approved Threw Capital one, but because the guy entered my bi weekly pay as monthly, sitting with our sales man I told him it was bi weekly, they then upped my % almost 3%and he came back saying I needed to show more income. ( I make give or take 13 k a month) I did get approved through Wells Fargo for a better interest rate , but with my husband as a co- signer. (I can afford my own things and my credit is excellant). It does make me wonder if I would of got an even better interest rate if they would of put in the correct gross income? Probably would of. They did put it up on the lift so we could check out the frame, check for leaks exc. Was told they couldn't find the 2nd key, but it was there, 2 weeks later no 2nd key sent, and it sucks only having one, so I guess I'll pay to get another. I love my gladiator mojave, so far its great. But as for the dealership/ sales/ finance department fix your information sheets, make them bigger and have a spot as to bi weekly, weekly, monthly. So you can actually check a box instead of telling the sales representative that tells the finance department nothing.

Bought a 2022 Jeep Gladiator from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep of Ithaca. Worked with Sales Consultant Braden Eakins and Sales Manager Jamie Owens to build the Jeep. Can't say enough about these two. Don t waist your time! I bought a car new back in 2020, it was diagnosed with a turning signal issue in early 2021. At first I was told they couldn t get the part because of covid, understandable, I have called regularly since and they always have the same excuse we are working in bigger projects . At this point we re coming up on 3 years since it was originally diagnosed and it is just now getting worked on, only because I had a headlight issue that needed attention asap. They have promised me multiple loaner cars and have given them away before I get there. The only way to get ahold of anyone is to go into the service department and speak to someone face to face. My family and I have only ever bought vehicles from Maguires and now none of us want anything to do with them. Please save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else!

Don t buy or have car serviced here! Service does not pick up phone. We had a 2016 Jeep towed here (called first) and they can t bother to work on the vehicle. Possibly just a new battery is needed but AAA didn t have battery that fit.Never had worse customer service with a dealership.

Took vehicle in for a recall, speedy inspection - parts being ordered.UPDATE - Never got a call saying my parts were in. Called twice and gave my information both times; was told they would look into it and I never got a call back. Used the contact us option on their website to explain my problem and still haven't heard back - lost cause? Maybe this change from a 5 star review to 1 star will finally get someone to reach back out.

Called prepared to spend $38k cash plus tax on a Jeep sitting nearly 70 days in inventory. Sales person could not have been more disinterested, cavalier & bothered answering fundamental questions about basic Jeep reliability, warranties, etc. Disappointing. Understand people have bad days. Essentially gave vibe we could take it or leave it. Happy to leave it.

Great experience, Braden Eakins helped me find my new car! He was really easy to talk to, and I could tell he cared about making sure I found a car that was right for me. He helped me trade in my old car an went over everything with me. I will go back again next time I need a new car.

Missing a star because of the lack of communication after the purchase. I felt really good about the process - didn't feel pressured to buy. The process went smoothly. The car I purchased needed new tires so I couldn't drive it home that day. I live an hour away but my salesman arranged it to be delivered. Great. Except it took an extra day for the tires so I needed to wait 4 days. I had a question about car mats and why they were missing from the vehicle and no response. After several attempts, I gave up. That was disappointing. Otherwise, a nice experience.

My 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn had a Parking sensor issue. Had to make 2nd appointment since front bumper needed to be removed to diagnose what was faulty. 2 days without my truck = " ug ". BUT after new replacement part came in the following day all is good. Glad to have my baby back. I was concerned about dash light symbols on start up but I was educated that all is normal. No lights staying on = No problem . All this technology included in these vehicles is great, well until some or one fails. Thank God my truck is still under warranty. Hopefully no more issues popping up . Service department took good care of my vehicle. Big Thank You for job well done.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT today. The sales person who helped us out was Braden. I must say the entire staff that we interacted with was great! They had us in and out in under 2 hours. Braden provided excellent service and was extremely friendly. If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle, go in, ask for Braden. Trust me, you won t be disappointed. He ll make sure you leave happy!

Quick, friendly, and professional! Couldn t ask for more! Their schedule is very tight lately, but they got me in for service on my Fiat within a couple days, and completed the work promptly. No wait for missing parts, no runaround. Just straight up good service.

Been here twice now for service. First oil change and a recall (hade them do an inspection while it was there since it was due this month anyway) and check a sound out for me (even took it out a second time when I asked them to try a couple other things that might work). No issues, great to deal with. Will be back for future service.

I recently took my Fiat for service and inspection. I needed to have the struts replaced as well as a door handle. The parts had to be ordered ahead of the repairs. Since one of the part was not ordered appropriately, I was given a loaner car. The repairs were done subsequently in a timely and efficient manner and to my satisfaction. The staff in the service department especially Jeff was very courteous and caring. In all my experience was excellent as usual. The only downside is that I reside in Corning which is not always convenient. I would recommend Maguire without any reservation!

This review is for the service department I delayed writing this review for a few weeks; I wanted to confirm what happened before elaborating further.I brought my Jeep Renegade to my local mechanic, who advised me that my check engine light was on due the need for a computer update and a leaky EVAP pump. Perfectly plausible. Another known quirk with Renegades is when the check engine list is on, the 4WD system stops working. Unfortunately, the only place the computer can be updated is at a dealership, so I made an appointment for them to check out my car. I knew EXACTLY what was needed, but upon arriving, they informed me there'd be a $175 labor charge for them to check out the sir. Sure, fine, whatever.Once I heard back from them, they suggested almost $6000 in repairs, including replacing the entire rear differential. I basically started laughing at them on the phone. I know my car, I take care of my car, and this was just ridiculous.I retrieved my car, having not paid 1/3 of it's value for unnecessary repairs, and brought it to my parents' mechanic of 10 years, who repaired everything it needed (just the aforementioned EVAP pump and a new daytime running lightbulb) for $200, including labor.Service Departments have always had a bad reputation for overcharging customers and getting folks to pay for unnecessary repairs, and if I wasn't prepared for it, I would've been one of those people. It's quite predatory, dishonest, and hurtful.Why two stars? The people there were genuinely nice. It's just their policies and procedures that are truly horrific.Don't get your car fixed here. Unless you have some sort of significant discount or included maintenance.

They got me in quick and out just as fast. Nice people and they took great care of my wife s 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I had a special request to make sure the new inspection sticker was nice and straight when they put it on. It was perfect and I know my wife will appreciate it every time she get in the Jeep. I also stopped in to sales to say hi to Tyler who made sure it was a great buying experience when we purchased the Jeep last year. Just love the place!

This was my first interaction with Service Advisor, Jake and he was excellent to deal with for the service on my son's vehicle! He was great about communicating with us as to what the problem was with a specific feature, as well as saving us a bit of money on the repair with an alternative approach to getting the part that was needed to do the repair. The car was repaired in a very timely manner, and we were well informed throughout the process!

This is not a place I would buy a car from. I have bought cars elsewhere and had much better service after the purchase. There were issues with it within a couple days. They were great about getting me in to hook the tester up to the car, but only reset them. I have had the car since October and fought issues with the tire sensors and the engine light. When you call and leave messages in the service department your calls are not returned. I still have issues that they are not willing to fix that existed before the end of my 30 day warenty expired. Don't believe their advertisement....they don't take care of their customers.

The service department is absolutely horrible. Worst we have ever felt with. We have left multiple messages and no one ever gets back to us. We plan on selling our vehicle and we will NEVER buy from here again.

Service is very accessible. I have a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My tires were all low and I called they told me to come in. They checked all tires, added air and sent me on my way! Extremely happy!

Definitely done taking my car here. They never do the multi point inspection when I ask for it when I take my car in for oil changes. The one they did do wasn t accurate compared to the dealership I was taking my car to before. They also tried to overcharge me for their services and I had to point it out to them. Definitely check that everything lines up before paying for them to service your vehicle. They seem to do the bare minimum most of the time.

I am in process of working something out. It probably is best for me to NOT do a survey right now. I haven't made the first payment and I have rust concerns that may not be addressed. I was given 1500 less then quoted for my truck originally and there was no give on the price of what I bought

I looked all over many dealerships in multiple towns and counties. I could not find anything suitable to my finances and wants in a new truck. I spoke with Braden Eakins and Jamie Owens. I m so glad I did. I got a reasonable trade-in, a couple of add-ons and an extended warranty that convinced me to sign. Jamie stated to me that he wanted to get me back as a costumer. I am very pleased with how Braden and Jamie handled the whole purchase. So Maguire has me back as a costumer and I am hoping that servicing my new truck, with Jamie helping me along the way, will go smoothly as well. Thanks Jamie and Braden! Let the driving begin!

Amazing experience at this dealership! They are always friendly and happy to answer my questions. They gave me a complimentary car wash with my oil change and were quick and efficient.
