I had a really good experience at this car dealership. Everyone I met was interested in helping me and being professional. I have never bought a new car from any dealership. This was my first experience at a car dealership, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was in a position where I needed a car right away. Within two days I was a happy customer with a new car. I was able to get a Chevy Cruze and I think it's my favorite car I've ever owned. Definitely coming back for my next or additional car.

Brought in to have heated steering wheel chip, heated front seats chip and F&R park assist.Other Chevy dealers kept giving me a run around that the chips were on backorder for months.Called Maguire and they took my truck in RIGHT AWAY and installed!Fast and amazing service!!!

The dealership is excellent with communication, personable, great at explaining what repairs are needed, and always gets the car in asap, and has the repairs done correctly and on time. Doug, especially, is a pleasure to work with in every way. He really seems to care about the welfare of his customers.

Sales team went above and beyond to make us happy. It took a long time to get the vehicle, after being ordered, but that's not their fault, it's GM's. The team did their best to mitigate that and then did a great job with delivery. Thanks Again.

Took truck in to have an alignment done, look at why my drivers side mirror wouldn't return to original position after backing up, wanted and oil change and tire rotation. Also want them to look at lubing up and get my passenger side power running board to work.They didn't do the alignment oil change or tire rotation. The just disabled the mirror from moving when in reverse and just said the the running board was junk and wanted 1600 for a new one.I brought the truck back in a few weeks later because it STILL needed and oil change, tires rotated and alignment done. But also now needed and inspected. The called to tell me the truck was all done, when I got there they still didn't do the alignment and after I went off on the advisors and MADE them do the alignment the called saying that they had to make quite a bit of adjustment to the front tires. These tires are on 22" rims and quite expensive and the outside edge of the tire that was on the front right was worn so bad there is almost Zero tread left on outside. The service manage was notified and said he talked to the GM and they decided they weren't going to do Anything about the fact that because they didn't do the alignment the first time it as almost ruined my 2 front tires

I bought a used car. They didn't give me all the offers & I had to call to get a better loan (that they had the offer, just didn't tell me about it) Get the car and was not given any documentation regarding the loan & purchase details... The detail job was terrible (sticky stuff between the seats)... day 4 a check engine light comes on. The reason there are 3 stars is because the service dept was great & fixed everything quickly.

Everyone was very nice. They took my vehicle right in and was done within a reasonable amount of time. They even gave it a wash and wiped down the inside.

From the first day this dealership has been so amazing. They took our unique situation into great consideration ( we broke down 5.5 hours away from home ) and really went above and beyond to get us back with our car. They gave us frequent updates, even gave his personal line. Everyone in the service department was amazing , especially Rob. Thank you so much!

Service department fit me in,as I had to leave the State unexpectedly. Sorry to say I forgot who I spoke to. He was very nice and polite. Everything I needed and more was completed. Very pleased. I did receive a phone call with details and price.

The car buying experience was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Two Maguire dealerships worked together to help get me into the car that I wanted in a timely manner.My only complaint is the car needs a front plate bracket, the dealership said they were ordering it and I've had to call and text several times , three + weeks later I'm still driving without my front plate.That being said I would still go back.

Getting my lease at an agreed amount and picking up my car was a breeze with this dealership. I was able to have 2-3 phone calls and everything was set up ready to go. Nick responded quickly & made everything go smoothly; I spent minimal time at the actual dealership which is unheard of. This is why this is my 2nd lease through this family dealership I make the 1+ drive to. Great job!

Went in for a couple recalls and an inspection. Marissa (spelling?) at Maguire Hyundai in Ithaca was awesome! Her personality and helpfulness was fantastic! When the tow truck dropped my car off at the dealership he said it would be 6 days before they could look at it. I canceled my vacation plans. Two days later my car was fixed. I was surprised and happy. Thanks for the speedy service.Laura

Recently, I had my car in for a small repair job, which involved the car having to be in the shop for 4 days. The staff were all very nice and made the dropoff efficient and easy. The shuttle service to get me home was great and made it very clear how to contact them to get back to pick my car up when it was done. The only "problem" that I had was that I had to call the shop to make sure that my car would be ready by closing time on Friday so the shuttle could be arranged. It ALL worked out fine....and the car looks brand new..inside and out!! (detailed!! THANKS!!)

I most recently have had an exceptional experience at this location. I stopped in because water was getting in my door. Instead of having to make an appointment and come back Tyler came over to assist cleaning out the drains on the door so that the water would run out.I appreciate this very much. It saved me time, worry and money.This is a very nice young man that went out of his way when overhearing what my question was while talking to a service tech. This in my estimation is going "above and beyond" when he took initiative on his own to be of service.I would say that this is the first time that I have this exceptional service experience anywhere in town. This is the fourth car that we have bought from Maguire and this is the best experience ever. A few days later I went back in and they put my registration sticker on and put air in my tires. They were very helpful on that day as well. I think maybe Tyler is helping to set the standard higher. Thanks everyone but especially Tyler!

My solstice had a bad AC compressor, a broken bumper, and the top had a tensioner whose plastic tensioner tab was broken. When I came in I also thought the transmission was bad and needed fixing, but they fixed the AC first and then figured out that was the cause of the problem and saved me a bunch of money. They also fixed the top for free. The new bumper looks great. I wish all dealerships were this good. Doug and Ed were both a pleasure to work with and walked me through my options and gave great advice.

My wife and I are extremely disappointed with the outcome of out vehicle. Items that functioned as designed when dropped off are no longer working correctly. I have mentioned this to the staff and they explain that these items are not directly associated with the repaired items therefore I would have to pay for any correction to making these inoperable items. Therefore, I do not recommend looking services at Maguire's,

Still waiting to see if repair works out, but they were able to get our car in within a week and were quick to get the car back to us.So far, so good.
