Patrick is an AMAZING human and an insurmountable asset to Finger Lakes Wrecker! He was prompt, informative, and kind, even at 3:00 in the morning! My, less than desirable, night was brighter because of his professionalism and kindness! Not to mention his insightfulness! Thank you for your superb service! The driver Patrick was efficient, kind and thoughtful. He arrived under an hour from my nighttime call, pulled my vehicle forward to allow a neighbor to get in to their driveway, listened to me for a minute because I was a bit freaked out after my brake lines had failed and took my vehicle to my nearby shop. Called Finger Lakes Wrecker Service when my wife's car wouldn't start. Patrick came out promptly and provided some insights into the problem. My daughter was excited to see the tow truck, and he even talked to her about Paw Patrol and showed her how the truck worked. Patrick provided an incredible service, I'd absolutely call again.

My parking brake was stuck locked on. Patrick came out early in the morning to help me, even while it was freezing out he lifted my car with a jack, removed a wheel, got down on the ground and attempted to unseize the brake. He helped me navigate local repair shops and rentals when we determined my car couldn t be fixed on the spot. I ll definitely be calling Finger Lakes Wrecker again.

I had a wonderful experience. While I was on the phone with Patrick we continued our conversation while he was starting the physical towing process of my car. He was quick and efficient, amazing customer service. And honestly very fair pricing. 10/10 will be using again. :)

The driver towed my car out of a ditch on a hill, and the road was very icy. He towed me to the bottom of the hill to prevent me from sliding again. He was an awesome help.

A dismal morning was turned into a glorious start when Patrick showed up to tow my car for what I thought was a starter problem. Before setting up the trolley he asked me what the car sounded like when I knew there was a problem. I told him when I turned the key it went click click click and didn't start but I knew it couldn't be the battery because the electric windows still went down. He asked me to pop the hood looked at the battery and said it was "swollen" and then explained to me what that meant. He then jumped it and got it going and told me to drive directly to an auto shop to get a new battery. Talk about amazing service!!! Patrick was smart, experienced, polite, funny and above all honest! He could have easily towed the car without caring what the problem was but instead he took a great interest and worked for me the client - problem solving on the spot for my benefit. I honestly wanted to hug him when he left as it is rare to get such personal, competent, and dedicated service.Service: Battery service

The driver is so caring and compassionate. I have never wrecked a vehicle before and I was so scared and upset he hugged me because i kept crying and reassured me everything would be OK, the truck is replaceable you are not. He most definitely was my angel in time of need. I can't thank you enough for everything you did I truly appreciate you.

This is a predatory tow truck. I m sure the repair services are fine, but my car was towed. And he told my family when we picked up my car, that he was laying in wait and saw me park. As soon as I walked away, he towed my car. What kind of person would do that instead of letting me know I was parked illegally? It was an honest mistake on my part, but I had to pay $270 dollars for him to watch me make a mistake. Picked up my car less than one hour after towing. $270. Nice way to top of a family weekend. Happy I could pay for this man s messed up business model. This is the first unkind review I ve ever left in my years and dozens of Google Reviews. It s not easy to write something unkind, but I m very upset with a small business today for the first time in my life.

The tow driver, Patrick, was amazing. He got my son's car out of ditched and was very friendly and calming which help my son as he was a little upset. I rarely write reviews but this one is worth it. My car could not start and I was about 15 minutes from home. It was late in the evening, cold and with 3 kids in the car. They came extremely fast. Special thanks to Patrick. He made sure my kids were warm before my wife picked us up. This guy does not just work to accomplish tasks but he does them knowing he is serving fellow humans. I am greatly impressed by this service. I greatly recommend them. They are not only professional but really good people out there.Service: Car towing

I called AAA for a tow when my back tire seized-up on the road and driving became improbable.Patrick came over with a tow truck and before towing, helped me and the kind guy who had stopped to help me figure-out what was wrong with the vehicle before he towed, and helped me to decide where to take the vehicle for a tow. Because I was completely stranded, he also ensured that I had a ride home. This kind of super service deserves the highest rating! He not only helped me, he honestly cared about me, the situation, and my car. He has made a forever friend in me, and I would recommend him to you in a heartbeat. Service: Car towing

called this service this evening as our vehicle had broken down in Ithaca. Talked with Randi who was super nice and sent Joe to us within 10 minutes. By the time Joe arrived our car was running again and we apologized to Joe. He then followed us to Maguire Jeep in case we had trouble again. He never charged us for a tow or the call. These are the kind of people we need in these crazy times of mistrust and apathy. Thanks to you both.

Can't say enough about how helpful they were to my daughter when her car ended up with 2 flat tires at night after they closed. When I called, they dispatched a tow right away and recommended a local place to help with the tires. Service was quick and efficient and so pleasant on the phone. I was driving from Toronto to Ithaca, and around Farmington (on the I-90) at 12:30 AM, I hit a huge pothole that rendered my car undrivable. After calling over 15 places and being told to wait till morning, I finally reached a Patrick at finger lakes wrecker services. Patrick drove an hour and a half from Ithaca to get me, my car, and my dogs home safely. He will not rush you, and will take utmost care that your car and you are in the best of hands.Please do support this business for all your towing needs - they deserve it.To the owner - kudos to have folks like Patrick on your team!

I was having issues with my car to the point where I couldn't drive it anymore, and got stuck on the side of the road. I called finger lakes wrecker service and they had a tow truck out to me in about 30 minutes! The driver, Joe, was just super pleasant to interact with and was so friendly the entire time. He made the experience of breaking down on the side of the road not so bad. And the price (which included not only bringing my car to a mechanics shop, but ALSO bringing me and my boyfriend home!) was super reasonable. Overall a super great experience and I would definitely use this business again if I ever find myself in a similar situation, and I would recommend to anyone.Service: Car towing

after a long set of mishaps with my car being serviced at a local dealership, I had to be towed not once, not twice, but at least 4 times. Patrick has been the one to come out at the strangest of times and circumstances, he even recognized me walking up the hill to get to my car and gave me a ride in what I swear was a blizzard. 10/10 service, would recommend. 100% professional and made sure the job was done right.Service: Car towing

Honestly one of my most pleasant flat-tire experiences ever! I had a flat late last night, and was stuck on-campus at a library 30 minutes away from my house when it happened. Everything that could go wrong basically did the tire valve was leaking air, the spare tire had no air in it, and fastener that kept the spare tire down was rusted over; I honestly didn t know what to do. Zach was so insanely helpful, in not just being able to think through the issue while I was panicking, but also calming me down. Because we couldn t get the spare tire out, he tried (and succeeded!) in fixing the valve on the flat tire. We then actually drove to two different air pump locations to get my flat tire pumped back up (the first one was out of order), and reinstalled it on my car. I honestly don t know what I would ve done without Zach he really went above and beyond the service I expected. I was expecting him to just tow my car to a service center and call it a night, but he actually fixed the issue for me on the spot! I don t know if the owners monitor these reviews at all, but fingerlake wreckers is a great company, and Zach is an employee that really emphasizes the company s values. So my old VW broke down. (Now THERE is a surprise, right!? HA) Called Triple A and they sent Finger Lakes Wrecker Service. Second time I have used them now that I think about it. They flat bedded another piece of garbage I owned once. (Also a VW, I used to really love them but I'm feeling much better now.) Anyway, the tow truck driver's name was Patrick and he was fast and friendly and had a much better sense of humor than a lot of driver's from other companies I've had to deal with over the years. If you don't know who the OTHER companies are, don't worry...just call Finger Lakes Wrecker service. Absolutely the kind of service you need when dealing with an old piece of garbage and all you really wanna be doing is sitting on the couch with your feet up and a glass of wine.
